Pontoon bridge

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: pontoon bridge comprises ramp bays with gangways, interior bays, access ramps, end sections. All sections and bays are connected to each other by jointing units made in the form of a fork with a closing mechanism and an ear and installed in pairs on adjacent transoms of all types of sections and bays. The pontoon bridge comprises two coastal ferries and a river ferry. The coastal ferry is assembled from a ramp bay with transoms, interior bays of the coastal ferry and access ramps. The river ferry is assembled from interior bays of the river ferry assembled from separate pontoons. Two end sections are fixed to the transom of the interior bay, and access ramps and the interior bay of the coastal ferry are connected to the other transom of each end section. The traffic area of each end section is made at the angle of 6, and in the upper part of its transom facing the interior bay of the coastal ferry, there are seats of access ramp installation, which with their lower part are installed on the traffic area of the interior bay of the coastal ferry.

EFFECT: increased length of a pontoon bridge and throughput capacity of a bridge.

The invention relates to crossing-bridge means, and more particularly to floating bridges and ferries.

The famous floating bridge (see Guide pontoon-bridge Park RAP. Voenizdat, 1965, p.142-153), including coastal links with gangway, boat parts, ramps, all the links are interconnected by means of connecting units, made in the form of a fork with closing mechanism and ear and installed in pairs on adjacent transom all kinds of links.

A disadvantage of the known floating bridge is the inability to use the river links floating unified railway bridge-tape MLG-EOF-W collected from individual pontoons, when the tip (the Assembly) of the bridge over the wide water barrier for the passage of wheeled and tracked vehicles.

The famous floating bridge (see Floating unified railway bridge-tape MLG-EOF-W. Technical description and instructions for installation, transportation, storage and operation. Moscow. 61 KRII BRANCHES OF THE ARMY. 2007, p.9-20), including river links collected from the individual pontoons, coastal parts of superstructures coastal and transitional parts of the bridge, restrictive lifting supports, tower lifting supports, flat lifting support and the abutment. In the niches separate adjacent pontoons river link located on both sides of the Central longitudinal axis on the face of the bridge, placed flush to the deck of the pontoon rails of the railroad tracks, while the deck is adapted for the passage of wheeled and tracked vehicles.

The disadvantage of this floating bridge is the inability to use the river links pontoon Park RAP at the equipment of the bridge over the wide water barrier for the passage of wheeled and tracked vehicles.

Kryukovsky railway car building plant. 1976, p.42-45), including coastal links with gangway, boat parts, ramps, transient links and ferry-bridge machine, all parts and machines interconnected by means of connecting units, made in the form of a fork with closing mechanisms and ear and installed in pairs on adjacent transom all kinds of links and the sides of the ferry-bridge machines.

The disadvantage of this floating bridge is the inability to use river links floating unified railway bridge-tape MLG-EOF-W collected from individual pontoons, when the tip of the bridge over the wide water barrier for the passage of wheeled and tracked vehicles.

The objective of the invention is to increase the ability of the troops on the equipment of the state border of wheeled and tracked vehicles through an extensive water hazards increase the length of the floating bridge and increase its bandwidth), due to the common use of the material part of the pontoon Park RAP and floating unified railway bridge-tape MLG-EOF-WATTS.

The solution of the stated problem is achieved by the fact that floating bridge containing coastal links with gangway, boat parts, ramps, transient links, all links are connected between a connecting node, is made in the form of a fork with closing mechanism and ear and installed in pairs on adjacent transom all kinds of links, consists of two coastal ferries and river ferry, coastal ferry going from coastal management on a gangway, river links the coastal ferry ramp, river ferry going from river river ferry links collected from individual pontoons, to the transom river link river ferry attached transom two transitional link and another transom of each transition element attached ramps and river link of the coastal ferry, with the passing of each transition element is at an angle of 6, and in the upper part of the transom facing the river link of the coastal ferry made nests installation of ramps that its lower part is installed on the roadway river link of the coastal ferry. Thus the connecting nodes that are installed on the transom of each transition element facing the transom river link river paro is a, shifted relative to the Central vertical axis of the transom on one transitional link to the left to 990 mm, and on the other a transitional link to the right to 990 mm, while on the transom of the transition element facing the transom river link river ferry, additionally installed symmetrically to the Central vertical axis of the transom another connecting node.

The use of the proposed solution will increase the length of the floating bridge 107 m, the throughput of the bridge will increase in 2 times, up to 700 vehicles per hour (formed two-lane floating bridge).

The invention is illustrated by drawings, which depict: figure 1 is a view in plan on the floating bridge; figure 2 is a view in plan on transitional links in the composition of the floating bridge; figure 3 - section a-a in figure 2; figure 4 is a view in plan on the transition link; figure 5 is a view from the Board on the transition link; figure 6 is a view in plan on a single pontoon bridge.

Floating bridge consists of two coastal and river ferries. Each of the coastal ferry includes coastal links 1 with gangway 2, river links 3 of the coastal ferry ramps 4. River ferry includes river links 5 river ferry, assembled from separate pontoons, and transitional links 6 and 7. All the links are interconnected by means of connecting units, made in the form of a fork 8 with closing mechanism 9 and the ear 10 and have been fitted the x in pairs on adjacent transom all kinds of links. To transom river level 5 river ferry attached transom two transitional link 6 and 7, and another transom of each transition level 6 and 7 attached river link 3 of the coastal ferry ramps 4. Then in the slots 13 of the transitional links 6 and 7 are fixed ramps 4 that its bottom part installed on the roadway river units 3 coastal ferries. Then sequentially connected to the collected part of the floating bridge parts of the river ferry, and at the final stage, the tip of the bridge to the river ferry to the transitional links 6 and 7 connect two coastal ferry. Then from the shore links 1 throw 2 gangways on both the source and across the lagoon to the false beach, coastal ferries are attached with ropes to the anchors that are installed on both sides, and the floating bridge is ready for use.

When aiming for the single floating bridge to the transom river level 5 river ferry attach one transitional link 6 (7) using the optional docking station mounted on the transom symmetrically with the Central vertical axis. Accordingly to another transom this transitional link 6 (7) attach one of the coastal ferry. In addition to assembling the coastal parts, otherwise fire single floating bridge is carried out by analogy with the above option.

SUBSTANCE: pontoon bridge comprises floating metal supports and a traffic area laid onto a beam metal span of the bridge. Floating supports are hollow waterproof metal vessels, which are trapezoid-shaped when looked at from the side above the deep-water line and ellipsoid-shaped under the deep-water line. Supports are connected in pairs at the level of the deep-water line with transversely aligned hinged joints and two longitudinal ropes that are common for the bridge and strength via foci of large axes of vessel ellipsoids, with a metal sheet on top overlapping above a rubber sheet at the bottom in the upper part of adjacent vessels coupled with hinged joints. Longitudinal ropes stretching via foci of large axes of vessel ellipsoids may be fixed with their ends via lanyards to the beam metal bridge span or to anchor devices on the shore. A rope conductor for each longitudinal rope may be a cylinder that connects two appropriate boards of vessel ellipsoids at the technologically justified level without damage to water tightness of the metal vessel.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing bridge service life and carrying capacity.

SUBSTANCE: method includes freezing of previously stretched steel springs at both sides of the crossing along its length. After its freezing the stretching forces are removed. For freezing of springs into their ice cover they are heated to the temperature above the ice melting temperature by means of electric current sending through ropes. After their submersion into the ice cover for the depth of more than the diameter of the spring, the electric current supply is stopped. The surface of the ice crossing prepared by this surface is exposed to low atmospheric temperatures t<0C to total freezing of water in grooves that occurred during ice melting.

Every ferry includes folding pontoon links composed of articulated two extreme and two central pontoons with built-in roadways and transom joints. Propulsors are arranged between said folding links. Displacement folding links are arranged on ends of every ferry with decks arranged on part of their length and inclined to transoms equipped with articulated triangular gang boards furnished with two-way roadways and lifted above water surface by gantry. Ends of extreme pontoon gang boards are furnished with paired fixed thrusts. Said ferries are jointed by transom joint links of extreme displacement folding links. Gang boards of said links are arranged and secured on pontoon deck inclined sections. Clearance between said paired thrusts makes 4-6 mm.

SUBSTANCE: pontoon hydropower motor road includes support links in the form of catamarans joined into a belt, on the deck surface of which there is a road surface. Between the catamaran bodies there are hydraulic drives of power plants installed. Double-body pontoon links of the motor road of catamaran type are shaped into a belt along a nonfreezing river bed.

EFFECT: using the invention makes it possible to erect a pontoon road of any length along a non-freezing river bed.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stream-crossing expedients. Proposed segment comprises articulated medium and extreme pontoons with roadway built in deck. Medium pontoons transoms accommodate segment joint assemblies while extreme pontoon transoms support eye bolts and bypass units. Outer board of one of extreme pontoons is furnished with extending flexible folding sector-like floater consisting of inflatable wedge-like vessels arranged between frames. Said frames are fixed in recesses to turn about vertical axles mounted at the center of recess adjoining the roadway. Another extreme pontoon is equipped with rigid pod with length equal to that of pontoon pivoted to the latter to turn about axis parallel with segment lengthwise axis. Said pod features triangular prism shape. With pod in top position, one face of said prism continues segment bottom outlines and, with pod in position, another face does it. Third face is provided with joint device made up of, for example, ear and yoke with moving pin for jointing segments together in pontoon bridges and ferries.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in freezing in steel ropes on ferry both sides over entire ferry length provided with preset elements rigidly jointed to said ropes. Prior to freezing in said elements, said ropes are pre-stretched. Said elements are made up of steel washers to be heated to temperature exceeding that of ice melting by feeding electric current there through. After immersing said elements in ice to depth half the ice entire thickness, current feed is terminated. Ice ferry surface thus prepared is subjected to effects of low ambient temperature (t<0C) to complete freezing of water originating in channels of ice melting.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction, modernisation and reconstruction of port berths. Method is characterised with formation of mooring wall in the form of raft from several layers of multifunctionally used tight pipelines of various diametre, which are manufactured as helical-seamed and multilayer from composite set of materials. Wall is produced by two groups of technological tight pipelines laid on water surface in direction of its formation, which are joined to each other in each group with the help of coaxial stiff transverse ribs with development of two pontoons. Adjacent ends of ribs are joined to each other with the help of hinged joints, along axis of which the first of bearing pipelines is laid, and a pair of joined pipelines of the second layer is laid on top, and so on till rated level. Functional pipelines are laid onto the last horizontal layer of bearing pipelines, and composite elements of hatches and working surface fixed with tension to anchor ropes are mounted on functional pipelines. Internal volumes of upper - subsurface layer of pipes are equipped as functional premises: warehousing, technological, working premises. Railway track and motor road, which are joined to according ground transport network, are laid on surface of mooring wall.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible, as a result of elimination of earth works related to dredging, to reduce capital, material and financial costs in case of port mooring part enlargement, and also to reduce construction time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water crafts and aims at expanding operating performances of tanks and armored personnel carriers. Water craft comprises two water-permeable onboard pontoons, fixed on armored vehicles by means of front and rear fasteners. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to collapsible floating docks of adjoining water area and coastal structures. The proposed dock features a cellular design and consists of the hexagonal floating modules made from a composite material, consisting of polyurethane enclosure and compacted foamed plastic fitted there inside. Detachable fasteners represent horizontally located plates jointed by vertical rods. Aforesaid plates feature teeth bent towards the module and conic recesses made at the plate centre to receive the rod heads. A part of floating modules features recesses for mooring floating means. Note that the dock is equipped with detachable hand-rails with fasteners.

SUBSTANCE: proposed collapsible unit includes two end articulated and two middle pontoons, ramp and collapsible streamlined shields located on one of transoms of collapsible unit. Each ramp is provided with longitudinal guides on lower plane and each collapsible streamlined shield is made from middle section and two end articulated sections locked with braces relative to middle section. Middle section is provided with stop and is movably connected with longitudinal guides of ramp by means of rollers located on upper edge of shield and is rotatably connected by means of connecting rods articulated at one end to lugs on rear plane of middle section; at other end provided with tubular head it is articulated to axles found on side walls of ramp.

EFFECT: facilitated action of crew in handling the collapsible shields during ferry crossing; reduction of time required for loading the equipment on and unloading the equipment from ferry.
