Method of producing wollastonite ceramic pigments based on dicalcium silicates Method of producing wollastonite ceramic pigments based on dicalcium silicates / 2498967
Method involves fast water cooling of a gel calcined at 1050-1100°C, said gel being obtained by concentrated hydrochloric acid treatment of a mixture of finely ground wastes - dicalcium silicate (nephelene sludge) (63.0-70.4 wt %), silicon oxide (22.0-24.6 wt %) and chromophore (5.0-15.0 wt % with respect to the oxide). Obtained pigments are stable in the 650-850°C temperature range and can be used to produce overglaze paints and low-melting glazes.
Brick glaze / 2498966
Brick glaze contains the following, pts.wt: clay 1-2; chalk 1-2; yellow lead 30-36; pyrolusite1-2; zircon 20-26; potash 6-8. A glaze suspension with moisture content of 45-47% is prepared. The suspension is deposited in form of a thin layer on the surface of the formed brick, which is dried to moisture content of 2-5%, dried and sent for firing at temperature of 950-1050°C.
Method of producing protective-decorative coatings on wall ceramic articles / 2498965
Method of producing protective-decorative coatings on wall ceramic articles involves depositing on the front surface of a ceramic article a slurry of quartz sand, which is finely ground using superplasticiser MB-1 in amount of 0.8-1.0%, plasma melting of said front surface with a plasma jet lying horizontal to the front surface at a distance of 5-8 mm. The plasmatron has operating power of 9.5 kW and the plasma jet moves on the front surface at a speed of 0.30 m/s. Quality of the finished articles is inspected after treatment with the plasma jet.
Engobe / 2495005
Invention relates to engobed ceramic construction materials. The engobe contains the following components, wt %: white-burning clay - 54.0-58.0; quartz sand - 5.0-7.0; scrap glass - 10.0-14.0; ferrochrome slag - 25.0-27.0.
Engobe / 2494082
Invention relates to engobe compositions which can be used in making household ceramic articles (dishes, casks, jars, racks etc). The engobe contains, wt %: clay 68.3-77.0; ground scrap sheet window glass 5.0-7.0; a colouring additive 0.5-9.0; glycerol 0.3-0.7; zircon 3.0-4.0; bone ash 11.0-13.0. Components of the mixture are mixed and glycerol is added. Moisture content of the engobe should be 35-50%. The engobe is applied onto the surface of moulded ceramic articles and fired. The engobe has heat resistance of 190-210°C.
Engobe / 2494081
Invention relates to engobe compositions which can be used in making household ceramic articles. The engobe contains white-burning clay, ground scrap sheet window glass, a colouring additive and pyrophyllite, with the following ratio of components, wt %: white-burning clay - 81.0-88.0; ground scrap sheet window glass - 5.0-7.0; colouring additive - 0.5-5.0; pyrophyllite - 5.0-7.0.

The invention relates to the construction materials industry and relates to compositions of glazes for use on ceramic brick.

Famous brick glaze containing, parts: clay 100; chalk 10; lead litharge 57; pyrolusite 8 [1].

The objective of the invention is to increase the frost resistance of the glaze.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that brick glaze, including chalk, lead litharge, pyrolusite, additionally contains quartz sand and the mold in the following ratio of components, parts: chalk 3-4; lead litharge 40-45; pyrolusite 3-4; quartz sand 32-34; flask 15-20.

The glaze was obtained as follows.

Prepare and dispense components, such as any selected from the table structure.

Table
Components Maintenance, parts, structures
1 2
Chalk 3 4
Lead litharge 45 40
Pyrolusite 3 4
Quartz sand 34 32
Flask 15 20
Frost resistance, cycles ~50 ~50

Components subjected to grinding to a complete pass through the mesh 014 and melted at a temperature of 1400°C. the Melt granularit in the water. The obtained granulate is milled until a complete pass through the mesh 008.

Prepare the glaze slurry with a moisture content 45-47%. The suspension is applied as a thin layer on the surface of the brick and fired again at a temperature of 900-950°C.
