The invention relates to the field of welding production and can be used in manufacturing processes of welding methods of thin-walled shells with reinforcements in the form of longitudinal corrugations used, for example, as a heat shield nozzle turbine engines.

Known manufacturing process conical shells, including accommodation welded shells in a conic slabbing frame, transverse compression shell with a combination of welded edges, align its ends and commit it to the desired position with the subsequent welding of joints (SU 1747247, 23 37/04, 1992).

Known also various ways of manufacture of shells with the ribs, containing, for example, the installation shell seat, its fixation, accommodation inside the shell edges of rigidity and their welded to the surface shell (SU 343814, 23 19/02, 1972); wound on rings of rigidity of thin-walled sheet material and weld (SU 841880, 23 37/04, 1981); required forming of thin-walled shells and the weld to her ribs (EN 2082529, 23 37/04, 1997).

The disadvantages of known technical solutions are, as a rule, sufficient complexity of the technological process, the complexity and the complexity of the necessary production equipment, as well as an additional negative impact on the design process as the welding of shells and the weld to shell stiffening ribs. In addition, the known methods do not allow to manufacture corrugated pallet collars. Object of the present invention is to simplify the process of manufacturing thin-walled shells, extending the technological possibilities by obtaining corrugated sidewalls, and high precision parameters of the received structure without additional heat treatment.

The solution of this problem is achieved by the fact that produce formation segments shell with longitudinal corrugations, then place the segments on the basis of which is made in form of truncated cone, with the flange on its end face of a greater diameter and , located on the conical surface along forming. The segments are placed corrugations in cradles, and then pre-recorded on the basis of. After this, on the basis coaxial him on top of the segments are placed hard crimp frame made in the form of a conic frame, consisting of the end flanges, one of which is larger diameter is made by ring, connected by a longitudinal strips mounted with clamping elements. The circular flange of the frame and base flange hugging each other, and then carry out the final fixation of the segments by pressing their clamping elements to a conic surface of the base, welding of longitudinal joints of adjacent segments, received shells and its removal from the base.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where:

figure 1 shows a segment of the conical corrugated pallet collars;

figure 2 shows the base of the unit for the Assembly;

figure 3 shows a crimp frame;

figure 4 shows a cross-section of the device for Assembly with mounted cowling;

figure 5 shows the cross section a-A figure 4;

figure 6 shows the finished corrugated shell.

Example of implementation of the method.

The proposed method can be implemented, for example, the following device for assembling tapered corrugated pallet collars. Device for Assembly segments 1, ribbed with the formation of a thin-walled conical shells 16 contains a base 2 (figure 2), which is made in the form of truncated cone, with flange 3 of the LPT larger diameter. On the conical surface of the bottom 2 along its branches are located 4 lodgements for the longitudinal corrugations. In those 4, where joining and welding of adjacent segments 1, are longitudinal grooves 5 under the welding seams, and on the ends of these containers are placed liners 6 for input and output of the weld. The device is supplied with fixing elements on the basis of 2 segments 1 collected shells 16, which are located in those 4, where there is no welding segments 1, and are made in the form of a clamp bars 7 and clamping devices 8 type of clamps.

The device also contains a hard crimp frame made in the form of a conic frame (figure 3), consisting of the end flanges 9 and 10, one of which 9, larger diameter is made by ring. Flanges 9 and 10 are interconnected longitudinal slats 11 mounted with clamping elements of 12, who are, for example, in the form of spring, screw etc. clips. Longitudinal slats, 11 are located on the conical surface, that when placing a frame on the basis of 2 conic surface of the base. Liners 6 for input and output of a welded seam can be made to segments 1 collected shells by means of elastic elements 13 located, for example, on the inner surface of the front flange 10.

It should be noted that the number of the cradle 4 on the basis of 2 can be any corresponding to the quantity of corrugated pallet collars, and the number and placement of the cradle 4 with the slots 5 and inserts 6 to conduct welding depends on the amount of collected segments 1, i.e. the number of their joints.

In this example there are two segments of the airfoil with a total number of corrugations - four. Also can be any number of longitudinal slats 11 and 12 hold-down elements of conic frame that depends on the specific technological conditions and materials used.

The method is implemented as follows.

On the basis of the 2 place prepared segments 1 16 shells corrugations in 4 lodgements and fix in those of them, where there is no welding, by means of a clamp bars 7 and clamping devices 8, to install the flange 3 holes 14. Further, on the basis of 2 attached to it segments 1 shell is installed conical mounting frame (crimp frame), the flange 3 grounds and 9 frame contract bolts 15, liners 6 biased to the end segments 1 elastic elements 13. Using pressure items 12, installed on the longitudinal rails 11, is compact pressure segments 1 to the base 2, which can significantly reduce thermal deformation of welding and avoid the subsequent heat treatment. Collected and recorded thus the body moves on the welding place, where welding of longitudinal joints of 17 segments 1 shell, located in 4, where docked to the edge of the adjacent segments. After that removed the bolts 15, open, items 12 and removed crimp frame. clamping devices 8, remove the clamp bars 7 and liners 6 and ready shell 16 (6) is removed from the bottom 2.

Method of manufacturing of welded thin-walled conical shells with longitudinal corrugations, including the formation of segments shell with longitudinal corrugations, segments on the basis of the made in the form of truncated cone, with the flange on its end face of a greater diameter and , located on the conical surface along forming, corrugations in cradles, preliminary fixation segments based on, accommodation on the basis of coaxial him on top of segments hard crimp frame made in the form of a conic frame, consisting of the end flanges, one of which is larger diameter is made by ring, connected by a longitudinal strips mounted with clamping elements, pulling each other ring flange frame and base flange, and then the final fixation of the segments by pressing their clamping elements to a conic surface of the base, welding of longitudinal joints of adjacent segments, received shells and its removal from the base.
