FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mail processing hardware and can be used for automation of mail sorting. Proposed sorter has intake bin, sorting machine, mechanical analyser, copying device and belt conveyors. Proposed sorter comprises vertical sorting device branching downward and equipped with branching points with mail passage pickups and coordinator of mail direction to required branch. Said branches have pulsed air valves electrically connected with computer. Said computer is connected with bar code readout devices located at every side of the first flute of sorter branching downward. Said computer generates short-term pulses for opening of required pulsed air valves at operation of mail flute passage pickups. Said pulsed air pulses push said mail by compressed air to definite flute of aforesaid sorter at pulsed air valve open state. Conveyor belt is arranged under every branch to extract sorted main for mailman for deliver to preset address.

EFFECT: simplified design.

 

The invention refers to a hardware and can be used for mechanization and automation of sorting letters and parcels.

The technical result of the invention is to simplify the design.

The device operates as follows.

This batch of postal items delivered to the sorting point, up the freight Elevator to the top floor and unloaded in a device for the allocation of the total weight of mail items of each mail piece. FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: bench includes frame (1) and belt (4) closed on drive (2) and tension (3) drums. Straps (5) with projections (6) are attached to inside surface of the belt edges. Rollers (7, 8) on upper branch of the belt are installed with possibility of being rotated on axes (11, 12), and on the non-working branch of the belt, rollers (9, 10) are installed so that they can be rotated on axes (13, 14). One roller of upper branch of the belt is installed so that it can interact with the projection edge, and the other roller has the possibility of being interacted with outside surface of the belt edge. Rollers are offset relative to each other through the length of the belt, and the strap joint is offset throughout the belt length relative to its joint. Above upper branch of the belt, slide (19) is arranged so that it can be offset in vertical plane relative to guides (20, 21) of the frame. On lower part of the slide on axes (22) there installed are disc rollers (23) with possibility of being rotated. Slide is equipped with drive (24) of its offset in vertical plane and instrument (25) for recording the hold-down force of disc rollers to upper branch of the belt. Tension drum is equipped with mechanism (26) of its offset and instrument (27) for recording the value of tension force. Drive unit (28) of the drive drum provides the possibility of changing the belt movement speed. Distance between drive and tension drums is accepted equal to not less than the length of three bays of roller carriages of the load-carrying branch of the conveyor belt.

Roller bearings of inoperative branch are shifted relative to roller bearings of load-carrying branch along conveyor and installed with possibility of inoperative branch belt to interact with rollers of load-carrying branch. End drum is made driving with synchronisation of its circumferential speed with circumferential speed of head drum. Rollers of roller bearings of inoperative branch of conveyor belt are shifted in vertical plane relative to rollers of roller bearings of load-carrying branch with possibility to provide maximum angle of wrapping the rollers of load-carrying branch from below by inoperative branch. Rollers are placed from the side of belt inoperative branch running on roller bearings of load-carrying branch.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: bench consists of a segment of the conveyor belt, enveloping the drum mounted on the frame. The upper and lower branches of the tapes are available with the possibility of their bearing on the carrying rollers. One carrying roller is displaced relative to another in the direction of the drum and is placed on a plate mounted on the frame by means of removable plates, with an ability to interact with the upper branch of the band. The upper and lower branches of the band round the deflection rollers uniting their ends with hanger rods with a possibility of placing on them the replacement loads with adjustable weight. Above the upper branch of the band with a shift to both sides of the carriage roller the pressure rollers are available mounted on vertically oriented rods with an ability of rotation and bending down of the upper branches of the band. The stems are made with screw drive mechanisms fixed on the frame for vertical displacement. On the upper branch of the band in the area of its adjacency to the drum the device for measuring the tension of band is placed with a possibility of bearing and guided displacement.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: toothed coupling is arranged in bearings of support carcass. Said carcass comprises intersecting axles and ring units fitted in opposition on axles bearings. Linings are secured in said units. Said units are interconnected by two pairs of translating links. Linings are secured in units along and around thrust axles. Mechanism have engagement ledges and recesses on periphery of said units to interact, one with another and with coupling. Every link consists of two pistons on two rods at free angular carcass and comprises radial solid of revolution between rod and piston as well as between rod and free carcass. Mechanism converts axial and lateral components of piston force into rotation of units. Radial solids of revolution of links convert lateral forces into drive forces. Solids of revolution ensure rotation of units by rolling working piston in lining without slippage. Thrust carcass has through holes arranged around axles opposite piston bottoms, two of which being coupled with working body (not shown). Mechanism with fast train of pulses from working body is produced to feature twofold decreased in weight and fourfold acceleration.

EFFECT: saved power is used for cooling purposes.

Dynamometre 9 with spring brace 10 secured on support bottom part is jointed to belt bottom part. Replaceable bars 11 with fixed weight are used as weights to allow torque acting on webs similar to load from carried cargo of designed conveyor.

SUBSTANCE: test bench consists of the main drum mounted on the frame with steel various-diametre cables wound thereon. Said cables fitted in the grooves of said main drum that feature depth smaller than cable thickness measured along drum radius. One end of square-section cable or two round-section cables are interconnected via tension metre and compression spring with the frame. Other ends of the cable envelope additional drum and deflecting devices and are suspended on suspension accommodating changeable weights. Additional drum is arranged under the main one on bell crank articulated to the frame and provided with adjustable counterweight mounted on opposite end to allow pressing additional drum to the main one. Endless conveyor belt loop is arranged in vertical plane on return drums. Two return drums are arranged on both sides of the main drum to make conveyor belt interact with the main drum. Pillar with screw mechanism to adjust its height and pillar axial force transducer is mounted on the frame in vertical plane crossing the main drum axle. Thirds return drum is arranged on pillar top end.

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: stand has a frame on which a section of a belt is tied with possibility of placing samples of the conveyed load on the belt, support apparatus for the belt, a device for measuring tension in the belt and apparatus for stretching the belt. Lateral edges of the horizontal section of the belt are tied to longitudinal beams whose edges are detachably connected to cross-bars with possibility of changing the distance between the longitudinal beams. Each cross-beam is fitted at its ends with moving rollers which can rest and move on horizontal guides mounted on the frame, where the rollers are fitted with braking apparatus with possibility of controlling the value of the braking torque. Each cross-beam is attached to ends of a flexible element, both horizontal arms of which bend angle pulleys mounted on the frame with possibility of rotation and lying in the horizontal plane to formation of a vertical loop section formed by two semi-units mounted on a movable iron ring. A shelf is suspended on each movable iron ring with possibility of placing removable loads of equal weight on both shelves. One of the shelves is kinematically linked to an additional flexible element with a built-in dynamometre with apparatus for stretching the additional flexible element and measuring the tension value. Ends of a steel wire cable are tied to a side-block fitted in vertical guides with possibility of moving on the guides and fixation through detachable connections to form a loop section and with possibility of capturing a tray with a gap, where the said tray is formed by a section of the belt with a sample of the conveyed load placed on the tray. The stand also includes a goniometre which can measure inclination of the loop of the steel wire cable and a ruler for determining the displacement of the section of the belt. The ends of the steel wire cable on the side-block are tied with possibility of changing the distance between the ends in the horizontal plane.

EFFECT: possibility of analysing parametres of catchers for suspended belt conveyors with different methods of supporting sides of the belt.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed test bench consists of the frame and conveyor belt strop secured thereon. Support devices for said strop represent two steel rope strips and inclined roller supports arranged across the belt. Ropes and roller supports are arranged horizontal flanges and slides pivoted together. Said flanges accommodate rollers with chutes to receive ropes. Suspension with additional horizontal flanges are secured to aforesaid flanges on the side of hinges to receive replaceable weights. Roller supports on the slides are mounted by means of hinge assemblies to vary and fix roller angle of inclination to horizon with the help of arc-like lateral guides with vertical cutouts and nuts to interact with axle threaded ends. Opposite ends of axles are located in guide sleeves of hinge assemblies to allow axles to displace axially therein on turning the nuts. Length of each roller is smaller than that of axles, while rollers in their initial position are arranged with minimum clearance relative to arc-like lateral guides. Flat limiters for carried cargo sample adjoin the belt strop chute on the side of its faces. Limiters are furnished with rolls and arranged to move along the frame. Both ends of belt and tope are secured on said limiters. Rope ends are connected to dynamometre for it to be moved with ropes along the frame.

SUBSTANCE: proposed modernization method consists in that all ropeway vehicles are divided into groups with identical number of vehicles and locating said vehicles at identical spacing. It includes also marking all vehicles in a group, arranging a set of boarding platforms by the ropeway lower pulley and making said platforms like vehicles in a group, making starting positions for passenger on every boarding platform and mounting acceleration-boarding or boarding devices on starting positions. Method of operation describes operation of the ropeway updated in the way described above. Claimed invention covers also designs of boarding assemblies and acceleration boarding devices used in aforesaid methods, as well as thrust-traction rotary level incorporated with boarding device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to overhead belt conveyors. Said conveyor contains brackets connected to edge surface of belt with running rollers secured on free ends of brackets and fixing members arranged diametrically, and tubular guides for rollers. Fixing members are made in form of clamps which enclose tubular guides coaxially with clearance. Each clamp in zone of enclosing of tubular guides is made convex in cross section towards side of tubular guide.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to overheated belt conveyors. Said conveyor contains brackets connected to beads of belt with running rollers secured on free ends of brackets and guide for running rollers secured on frame. Running rollers are made with semiround rim in cross section, and guides form running rollers are made with concave cross profile towards running rollers. Radius of curvature of inner surface of guides exceeds rounding off radius of running roller rims.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stands for checking parameters of belt conveyors. Proposed stand has length of belt secured on frame for carrying transported load sample and measuring device. Length of belt is suspended from frame posts by sides by means of hinge joints. One hinge joints is secured on slider for displacement by slots along horizontal guide post and fixing on guide by means of bolts. Plate-indicator is secured on opposite side of belt length, being orientated in plane of length side. Screen with scale graduated in angular units is secured on post for indicating belt side tilting to horizontal plane by means of plate-indicator. End face edges of belt are freely arranged between transparent vertical wall for adjoining of belt to said walls. Transparent vertical walls can be removed, if necessary.

EFFECT: provision of checking cross profile of suspended belt and angles of side tilting, with belt carrying transported load of different bulk density.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt conveyors with single-drum drive and sliding supports on conveyor belt return run. Proposed belt conveyor has frame, flexible endless belt closed on drive and tension drums forming carrying run on roller supports and return run on sliding supports, return run deflecting device installed for engagement with working surface of belt arranged in zone of running off of return run from drive drum and receiving funnel for material unloading from conveyor. Deflecting device is made in form of guide curvilinear in vertical plane with convex pointed to side of belt working surface and in plan in form of V-shaped plows following each other, installed with clearances, pointed by peaks to side opposite to direction of movement of return run and arranged symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis. Plows are interconnected by central longitudinal rib coinciding with longitudinal axis of belt, side and cross beams, and both vertical walls of plows are provided with slot cutouts from side of belt return run which are reduced in steps at change from one plow to the other in direction of belt movement, and angle between walls of plows is less than double angle of friction between particles of transported load and walls of plows. Curvilinear guide is installed by one end of axle and by other and is spring-loaded from side of drive drum relative to frame through cross beam. Belt unloader is installed under guide with possibility of delivery of belt cleaning products to receiving funnel of conveyor.

EFFECT: combination of functions of deflecting drum and belt cleaning appliance in one device with increase of efficiency of cleaning of belt return run and reliability of functioning of sliding supports on belt return run.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt conveyors with single-drum drive and deflecting drum. Proposed belt conveyor has frame, endless belt closed on drive and tension drums, deflecting drum installed in zone of belt running off from drive drum and receiving funnel for material unloaded from conveyor. Deflecting drum is kinematically coupled with drive drum at gear ratio less than unity. Kinematic coupling is made in form of bevel gears installed on axles of both drums and transmission shaft with bevel gears on its ends for meshing with said bevel gears. Cylindrical surface of deflecting drum is formed by replaceable ribs, wedge-like in cross-section, narrowing in direction of said cylindrical surface for engagement with working surface of conveyor belt. Ribs are freely fitted in wedge slots in end face walls of deflecting drum and are locked from longitudinal displacement by bands fitted in cuts of ribs from outer side of end face walls of deflecting drum. Flexible endless belt enclosing deflecting drum from bottom is laid on three rollers under drive and deflecting drums. One rollers is arranged in zone of conveyor belt running off from deflecting drum with minimum clearance relative to conveyor belt, second roller is arranged under cut of receiving funnel, and third one is installed for displacement and locking in vertical guides under deflecting drum.

EFFECT: combination of functions of deflecting drum and belt cleaning appliance with increase of pulling properties of single-drum drive of conveyor, and increased efficiency of belt cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt conveyors with single-drum drive and deflecting drum installed in zone of belt running off from drive drum and it can be used at transporting sticky loads by belt conveyor. Proposed belt conveyor has frame, endless belt closed on drive and tensions drums, deflecting drum installed in zone of belt running off from drive drum and receiving funnel for handled material unloaded from conveyor. Deflecting drum is kinematically coupled with drive drum at gear ratio less than unity. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to belt conveyors designed for transportation of sticky loose loads. Proposed belt conveyor has carrying and return runs, head drum, idlers for carrying and return runs, loop consisting of two laminated chains closed in vertical plane on two sprockets and provided with fitted-on scrapers installed for engagement with working surface of return run of belt moving off head, drum, and chute for resting of scrapers of loop lower run. Scrapers of upper run of loop rest on chute for moving of upper run of loop to side opposite to direction of movement of conveyor belt return run. Sides of chute are flanged to side of belt and are installed with clearances relative to belt. Head drum of conveyor is made driven and provided with two deflecting drums. Sprocket arranged under drive drum of conveyor is mechanically coupled with cylindrical brush to rotate the brush and engage the brush with scrapers.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of cleaning of belt at transportation of sticky loose loads by conveyor, with drive drum and deflecting drum arranged in head of conveyor.

SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor is installed on support surface and is provided bent in vertical plane to form concave section, carrying and return runs of belt resting on roller supports, and pressing arrangement. Pressing arrangement consists of three drums installed in tandem, each consisting of at least two pneumatic wheels secured on axle. Lower edges of pneumatic wheels are encircled in vertical plane into arc of circumference following concave profile of carrying run of belt, and are arranged in plane in staggered order with overlapping. Bearings of axles are secured from bottom on frame with cross ties spring-loaded to brackets of twin posts and installed for displacement relative to guides of said posts secured on support surface of conveyor and provided with inclined and vertically installed sliding supports with possibility of their engagement with non-working surface and side edges of carrying run in zone of its bending, and roller support of return run of belt in zone of bending are arranged over belt.

SUBSTANCE: monitoring system includes accelerator, collimator and vertical detection console, all mounted on floor; horizontal detection console supported by means of upper end of collimator. Vertical 7 and horizontal 8 detection consoles are connected one to other and they are arranged at side opposite to accelerator. Collimator 2, vertical 7 and horizontal 8 detection consoles form stable portal like carcass. Under horizontal detection console 8 there is transporting apparatus. Collimator 2 is arranged between transporting apparatus and accelerator 1. Portal like carcass and transporting apparatus form scanning tunnel. Transporting apparatus includes roller conveyers 5,12 and chain conveyer 10. Roller conveyer 5 and roller conveyer 12 are arranged respectively at both ends of chain conveyer 10. Transition roller having no drive is used for providing smooth transition between roller conveyer and chain conveyer.

EFFECT: possibility for checking objects without opening them, full checking of object after single passing of it through system, high-speed safety for operators checking system providing high contrast degree and high resolution.
