EFFECT: methods for application of oral care substance includes stages whereat one uses the oral care device including toothbrush elements that become engaged with the oral cavity surface, application of the oral care substance from the release device onto the oral cavity surface after the said device having been turned from the storage condition into the application condition wherein the applicator projects from the handle proximal end. 77 cl, 18 dwg
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS Under this application, the priority on the basis of the provisional patent application, US no 61/242,954, filed on 16 September 2009, the contents of which are fully included herein by reference. THE TECHNICAL FIELD TO WHICH THE INVENTION RELATES The invention relates generally to systems for oral care, sets, and how to substances for oral care and, in particular, to the system, and set the method of oral care, including toothbrush, having device containing a substance for oral care, built-in toothbrush handle. Suitable substance for oral care include inactive and active means, including, without limitation, bleaching agents, the means to strengthen and restore enamel, means to prevent the erosion of the teeth and tools for sensitive teeth. PRIOR ART Substances for oral hygiene are applied in different ways. The usual way is casting mould of human teeth and manufacturing spoons, in appropriate form of this mould. If necessary, people only adds substance for oral care in a spoon and imposes a spoon on the teeth. It is left for some time and then deleted. If the substance for oral health care is a bleaching agent, then after a certain number of sessions teeth gradually bleached. Another way is to use strips for oral care, having on one surface of the substance for oral care. This strip is applied to the teeth of the man and left about 30 minutes. If the substance for oral health care is a bleaching agent, after several infliction of teeth gradually bleached. Another way consists in application of substances for oral health care to teeth with a small brush. When applying substances for oral health care of the teeth, this brush repeatedly immersed in a container or bottle. If the substance for oral health care is a bleaching agent, after several sessions teeth gradually bleached. The problem of existing methods of cleaning is that saliva, located in the oral cavity contains the enzyme catalase. This enzyme accelerates the decomposition of certain substances for oral care, for example, peroxides. Brush can collect a number of catalase during application of the substance for oral care and transfer this catalase back into the vial. Next in vial this catalase can destroy the substance for oral care, for example, peroxide, already in a bottle. Another problem with this last method is that it is not suitable for use with some of the substances for oral care, for example, become dehydrated whitening compositions. In such situations, the brush can carry the moisture contained in the saliva from his mouth back into the vial. This will have a negative impact on the substance for oral care, for example whitening composition, due to the potential destruction of the active component of peroxide. In addition, if a person washes brush after every use, the moisture from the wet bristles can penetrate into the vial. Although the systems using a spoon, are suitable, many people do not use them due to the fact that the spoons often uncomfortable and/or cumbersome. Moreover, to use a spoon, the user must keep the spoon and the necessary components at hand. Not only require additional storage space in such a limited space lockers bathrooms, but it also requires that the user did not forget about the use of the system for oral care. Moreover, such use spoons system is inconvenient to carry on trips and/or travel. These problems require the best method for substances for oral care on the surface of the oral cavity and more convenient system for oral care for trips and/or holiday. THE ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION The present invention is directed to a system for oral care, in which the device is used for oral hygiene, namely toothbrush, having device containing a substance for oral care, which is installed on the handle of a toothbrush. Accordingly, the invention is not specifically limited to such preferred option implementation, illustrating some of the possible, but combination of characteristics, which may be provided by themselves or other combinations of signs; the scope of the invention is determined by the applied formula. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in this document with reference to one possible system of oral care or treatment of the oral cavity. Options for implementation of the system for care of the oral cavity may include, without limitation, the following tools: tools for whitening teeth, antibacterial protection means, enamel, against tooth sensitivity, anti-inflammatory, to discourage the accumulation of plaques, fluorides, means to control/protection against the formation of Tartar, fragrance, perfume composition, color and other. However, for storage and distribution of any suitable type of means for care of oral cavity can be used in other embodiments of the present invention and the invention is not explicitly limited to any private system for oral care or sole. In figure 1, 2, taken together, depicts a system 400 for oral care according to one variant of the implementation of the present invention. System 400 for oral health care is an Autonomous user-friendly system that contains all the necessary components and chemicals for the user desired daily oral care. As discussed further below, the system 400 for oral health care in General takes the form of a modified toothbrush with device installed with the possibility of rotation inside the handle. Because device invested flush into the handle of the toothbrush, the system 400 for oral health care is a convenient road system, easy in use, which reduces the amount of required storage space. Toothbrush 500 in General contains a plot of 510 handle, the narrowed area of 520 and head portion 530. Handle 510 provides the user with a way by which he can easily grab a toothbrush 500 and manipulate it. Handle 510 can be made of various shapes, sizes, of different materials with the help of many manufacturing methods, which are well known to specialists in the field of technology and can be installed with the possibility of rotation device 600, as discussed in more detail below. If necessary, handle 510 may include a suitable site 511 to capture, made of soft elastomer materials. Suitable elastomeric materials include thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) or other similar materials used for the manufacture of products for oral hygiene. Elastomer material can be measured hardness, which is in the range A13-A50 shore, although there may be used the materials with hardness, beyond this range. The preferred range of hardness range is A25-A40 shore. Though can be used design forming on top", may also be suitable a thermoplastic material, for example, TPE, which can be molded using a thin layer and attached a suitable adhesive or other means. Handle 510 can represent a single or multi-component structure. Handle 510 passes from the proximal end of 512 to the distal end of 513 along the longitudinal axis of the X-X. As discussed further below, device 600, stored, is flush with the handle 510 toothbrush 600 and thus forms a constructive plot of 510 handle. The closed end of 601 device 600 forms the proximal end of 512 handle 510 toothbrush 500. Toothbrush 500 and device 600 represent not just a single individual designs that are specially designed for joint installation with the possibility of rotation. Handle 510 enters narrowing 520 at the distal end of the 513. Although narrowing 520 generally have a smaller cross-section than the pen 520, the invention is not limited to this. Narrowing 520 is simply a transitional region between the handle 510 and head 530 and can essentially be seen as a plot handle 510. Head 530 and handle 520 toothbrush 500 preferably implemented as a uniform structure by means of moulding, milling, machining, or other suitable processes. However, other options for implementing handle 510 and head 530 may be in the form of individual components, which are functionally connected at a later stage of the production process using any appropriate method, known from the prior art, including, without limitation, heat-sealing, seated, connecting sleeve, adhesion or clamps. Whether the head of 530 and handle 510 one-component or multicomponent structure (including connection methods), not a limitation of the present invention, unless explicitly stated otherwise. In some embodiment, the head of the 530 is made to detach (and replacement) from the handle 510 through methods, well-known from the prior art. Head 530 contains the front surface of 531, the back surface of the 532 and peripheral surface 533. The front surface and the back surface of 531 532 head 530 can have a great variety of forms and shapes, and none of them are non-restrictive present invention. For example, front and rear surface of 531, 532 can be flat, relief or a combination of both. Moreover, if necessary, back surface of the 532 may also contain additional patterns for cleaning of the oral cavity or gearing teeth, for example, cleaner soft tissue or design for polishing of teeth. An example of a suitable cleaner soft tissues is cleaner, opened in U.S. Patent 7143462, issued on 5 December 2006, the owner of this application to the complete content of which is included herein by reference. An example of structures for polishing of teeth may be elastomer element, namely preventive Cup(and) or elastomeric cleaning devices. In addition, although the head of 530 usually expanded relatively narrowing 520 handle 510, in some designs, it can represent just a continuous expansion or narrowing handle 510. The front surface of 531 contains a set of cleaning materials 535, extending from it to the scouring or polishing contact with the surface of the oral cavity. Although a set of cleaning materials 535 particularly suitable for cleaning teeth, a set of cleaning materials 535 may also be used for cleaning of soft tissues of the mouth, for example, the tongue, gums or cheeks, instead of or in addition to the cleaning of the teeth. When used in this document, the term " teeth element is used in a General sense to refer to any design which can be used for cleaning, polishing or wipe the surface of the oral cavity by a relative of contact with the surface. Common examples " teeth elements" includes, without limitation, bunches of setae, fibrous bristles, fibre bristle, nylon bristles, spiral bristles, a rubber bristles, elastomeric tabs, flexible polymer tabs, their combination and/or structures containing such materials or a combination. Suitable elastomeric materials include any biocompatible elastic material, suitable for use in a hardware device for oral hygiene. To ensure optimum comfort, and efficient cleaning elastomer material preferably has a hardness, which is in the range A8-A25-shore hardness. One preferred elastomeric material is a styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS), produced by the campaign GLS Corporation. However, can be used SEBS-materials of other producers or other materials with a hardness within and outside the range. teeth elements 535 according to the present invention can connect to the head 530 any way, well-known from the prior art. For example, to install cleaning materials can be used way firmware (AFT). When using AFT plate or membrane attached to the brush head, for example, by means of ultrasonic welding. The bristles are passing through the plate or membrane. The free ends of the bristles on one side or membranes perform purifying function. The ends of the bristles on the other side of the plate or membrane merge with each other by heating to secure it in place. In a wide practical application of the invention can be used any form of cleaning materials. Alternatively, the bristles can be installed into blocks or sections for beams with the help of pulling through the appropriate holes in blocks for the beam so that the basis of bristles installed inside or beneath the unit for beams. In one embodiment teeth elements 535 preferably include numerous setae for cleaning teeth, and elastomeric elements for polishing of teeth. In one embodiment, the implementation can be provided by a ring of elastomeric elements, which has located inside the ring source of UV radiation. 3 and 7, taken together, presents toothbrush 500 400 system for oral care with any device 600. Handle 510 toothbrush 500 is an elongated structure that runs along the longitudinal axis of the X-X. Handle 510 is the main part of 516, preferably made of a material with high structural rigidity. Preferred thermoplastics. Suitable plastics include polymers and copolymers of ethylene, propylene, butadiene, vinyl compounds and polyesters, for example, polyethylene terephthalate. The main part of 516 handle 510 generally contains two located at a distance from each other flange 514 and underlying plot 515. Underlying plot 515 forms the distal section of main part of 516, and flanges 514 form the proximal section of main part of 516. Underlying plot 515 preferably a monolithic construction on most of its length, thus ensuring structural stability and rigidity toothbrush 500. Of course, the invention is not limited to this. In a case of the implementation of the basic plot can be added hole, which contains elastomer corrugated element, center of gravity, which moves under the pressure of the fingers of a user. Cavity 551 (which has a view of excavation) is formed in the transverse wall 519 main part 515. Cavity 551 is spatially reported with space 550, which is formed between the flanges 514, and passes the longitudinal axis X-X from the space of 550 to the distal end of 513 handle 510. As discussed further below, the cavity 551 works as an area of investments applicator 605 device 600 when a device is in storage. As a result of the cavity 551 exists in the form of a hollow, formed the upper and lower structural tabs 552, 553. Tabs 552, 553 may be formed of hard plastic handles 510, soft elastomer materials plot 511 for the capture and/or their combination. Preferably at least one of the projections of 552, 553 executed, so as to be flexible enough to applicator 605 device could 600 clicks inserted into the cavity 551 and unplugged from the cavity 551 through deformation of projections 552, 553 when turning from the state storage. Of course, the invention is not limited to, and in some cases, the implementation of one or more of the projections 552, 553 can be essentially rigid or absent. On the inner surfaces of 517 flanges 514 provided convexity 505, and those bumps are from internal surfaces 517 flanges 514. Convexity 505 aligned along the axis Y-Y, which is essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X-X toothbrush 500. Convexity 505 provide swivel design which is conjugated with recesses, 606, educated with device 600, forming thus, swivel, when the system 400 for oral care is fully assembled. This swivel for easy installation with the possibility of rotation device 600 on the main part of 516 handle 510 toothbrush 500. The Y-axis Y-axis is the axis of rotation. Although convexity 505 have the form of a cylindrical thickening, they can have a great variety of shapes and designs, including tapered, , hemispherical or irregular shape. Similarly, deepening 606 device 600 may have a shape that aggravated corresponds bulging 505. In addition, although the swivel is given as an example of convexity 50 on the flanges, 514 and deepening 606 on device 600, convexity/deepening may, of course, to change places. Moreover, there may be other types swivel to install device 600 with the possibility of rotation on the toothbrush 500, including, without limitation, the axial connection, ball bearing swivel, hinge on the magnet, the connection on hinges and/or their combination. The 4 and 8 taken together, shows schematically device 600. device 600 presents an elongated design having in General holker longitudinal section (which is truncated at one end). device 600 has a body 602, passing the closed end of 601 (which can essentially be considered as the proximal end), and end 603 (which can essentially be considered as the distal end). The closed end of 601 housing 602 has narrowing form. The closed end of 601 has the taper and the path to form a smooth proximal end of 512 toothbrush 500 when device 600 is in a state of storage. In other words, the outer surface of the closed end 601 has a form to be flush with the outer surfaces of the flanges 514 and goes beyond the end of the flanges 514 (presented in figures 1 and 2). end 603 housing 602 has the following form to rest against the ledge 552, 553 handle 510 toothbrush 500 when a device is in storage (as shown in Fig.8). end 603 housing 602 preferably rests on the ledge 552, 553 so that cavity 551 (which accommodates applicator 605) on the merits was closed and/or sealed in such a way as to avoid unwanted leakage and/or drying of the applicator 605. Housing 602 has an internal cavity 608, acting as a reservoir for liquid for the conservation of the substance for oral care or product, which can be any active or inactive substance for oral care. Substance for the oral cavity care and/or media can be of any type, for example, can be solid or fluid material, including, without limitation, viscous paste/gel or less viscous liquid compositions. Preferably, a substance for oral health care is a fluid material having low viscosity of the preferred options for implementing. In the present invention may be any suitable substance for oral care. For example, an agent for oral care can include bleaching agents, including, without limitation, containing peroxide compositions for teeth whitening. Suitable containing peroxide compositions for teeth whitening disclosed in U.S. patent № 7557936, issued July 7, 2009, the owner of this application to the complete content of which is included herein by reference. Although the teeth whitening and/or remedy for tooth sensitivity is one of the preferred operating funds in the present invention, the options for implementing may be used and, thus, be in the tank 608, any other suitable materials for care. Alleged substances for oral care can be a the active and inactive component, which includes, without limitation, Antibacterials; oxidizing or bleaching agents; means for strengthening and restoration of enamel; means to prevent the erosion of enamel; components, reducing sensitivity; means improving a condition of the gums; nutrients; components for control Tartar or components that prevent the formation of spots; enzymes; perfumery components; flavourings or perfumes components; components, refreshing breath; means of reducing the unpleasant smell from the mouth; means of preventing attach, or sealants; diagnostic solutions; absorption; anti-inflammatory agents; components to reduce dry mouth; catalysts to increase the impact of any such means; dyes or components that enhance the aesthetics; and their combinations. Substance for oral health care in one embodiment, preferably not contain toothpaste (that is not a toothpaste). Instead, the active substance is intended to provide additional benefits when oral care, in addition to simple cleaning of teeth. Other suitable substance for oral care can include lip balm or other materials, usually available in half-hard temper condition. In some cases, the implementation of the materials used in the oral care contained in the tank may include composition for oral care products containing essential amino acid in a free form or in the form of salts. In one embodiment basic amino acid can be arginine. To enable the user arginine there will be different compositions. Can be used one such composition for oral care, for example, means for cleaning teeth, containing: i) effective number of basic amino acids in a free form or in the form of salt, for example, arginine, for example, is present in quantities of at least approximately 1%, i.e. approximately 1-30% by weight of the entire composition, weight is calculated on free base; ii) the effective number of fluoride, for example, soluble salt, for example, sodium fluoride, tin fluoride or sodium, providing from approximately 250 to approximately 25000 parts per million of fluoride ions, for example, from approximately 1000 to 1500 parts per million: iii) the abrasive substance, for example, silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate or. Substances to treat teeth according to the present invention preferably have a viscosity suitable for use in dentistry. When used in this document, the term "viscosity" should be understood as "dynamic viscosity and define as the ratio of the initial shear stress to strain rate, measured with the help of a rheometer AR 1000-N campaign TA instruments, new castle, Delaware. When measured at the shear rate equal 1C -1 , viscosity preferably will be in a range that has a lower bound component of a total of approximately RUR 0.0025 poizat, preferably approximately 0.1 poizat, and more preferably approximately 75 , the upper bound of the range is selected, regardless of the lower limit of the range totals approximately 10,000 , preferably approximately 5000 , and more preferably, approximately 1000 . examples of suitable ranges viscosity, measured at the shear rate equal 1C -1 include approximately 0,0025-10000 , approximately 0.1-5000 , approximately 75-1000 , and approximately 0.1-10000 . As measured by the speed shift equal to 100 -1 , viscosity preferably will be in a range that has a lower bound component of a total of approximately RUR 0.0025 poizat, preferably approximately 0.05 poizat, and more preferably to approximately 7.5 , the upper bound of the range is selected, regardless of the lower limit of the range and amounts to a total of approximately 1000 , preferably approximately 100 , and more preferably approximately 75 . examples of suitable ranges viscosity, measured at the shear rate equal to 100C -1 include approximately 0,0025-1000 , approximately 0.05-100 , approximately 7.5-75 and approximately 0,05-1000 . When measured at the shear rate equal to 10000 -1 , viscosity preferably will be in a range that has a lower bound component of a total of approximately RUR 0.0025 poizat, preferably approximately 0.05 poizat, and more preferably approximately 5 , the upper bound of the range is selected, regardless of the lower limit of the range and amounts to a total of approximately 500 , preferably approximately 50 . examples of suitable ranges viscosity, measured at the shear rate equal to 10000 -1 include approximately 0,0025-500 , approximately 0.05-50 , approximately 5-50 and approximately 0.05-500 . Each track contains a component supporting viscosity regulation, which regulates the viscosity of the composition at a level that allows the effective expiry of the tank 608 through the input channel 610 to end 603. This tool can be water, a thickener or diluent. Viscosity should be regulated in accordance with the size of the feed table 610 (including length, internal cross section, form etc)used for the feed channel 610 composition (for example, hollow channel, porous channel etc), and the amount of power available to move a song through the input channel 610. Tank 608 reported applicator 605, submerged end 603 housing 602 a supply channel 610. The input channel 610 gives substance for oral care from the reservoir 608 into the applicator 605. The user then compresses and/or tert applicator 605 about their teeth for applying a substance for oral care on the desired surface of the oral cavity, for example, the teeth, preferably after and/or before cleaning. The process of applying is largely similar to the normal usage of the handle and/or token. Of course, in some versions of the implementation of the input channel can not be a mandatory element, or it can be simply an extension of the tank or space, connecting the tank and applicator (or hole in end). Applicator 605 preferably made of setae, the porous material or fibrous material. Suitable bristles include any traditional material of bristles, for example, nylon or PBT. materials can be any foam, for example, of polyurethane foam. Fibrous surface can consist of various thermoplastics. When using setae the input channel 610 takes the song to the ends of the bristles. Typically provided only the input channel. For the spongy and fibrous surfaces usually have multiple channels of smaller diameter for even distribution of the songs on the teeth of the user. In one embodiment, a fibrous material has a special flat surface, which has a lot of speakers fibrils length of up to approximately 3 millimetres. Such a fibrous surface provides a surface in the form of mini-brush. Invention, however, is not limited with this, and applicator 605 can be any surface, which may cause a viscous substance on the hard surface of the tooth. In other variants of implementation of the applicator 605 could be any type of surface and/or configuration, which may cause a viscous substance on the hard surface of the tooth, including myself just unclosed opening/aperture which spatially communicates with the agent for oral care, user should apply. In one embodiment applicator 709 can be made of elastomer materials, e.g. TPE, and simply involves passing through the channel. This option may be particularly suitable for applying a substance for oral care whose effectiveness increases when driving in tubules of the teeth, for example, a song described in detail in this document before. The input channel 610 can be a tubular channel of a suitable size, hollow inside, or it can be made of porous material. Feeder substances for oral care from the reservoir 608 into the applicator 605 (which can be just a hole in end), can take place exclusively due to capillary action, mechanical or chemical actions compression device 600, gravity and/or a combination of the above. In one embodiment at least plot housing 601 can be made to have an opportunity to transverse deformation, so that the user can compress device 600, thereby increasing the pressure inside the tank 608 and squeezing the substance for oral care from the reservoir 308 through applicator 605. In this embodiment, to provide reverse current of air in the tank, in device may be integrated one-way valve to building 601 device after use return in uncompressed/ state. In other variants of implementation for the issuance of substances for oral care from the reservoir 608 into the applicator 605 can be used piston mechanism. Of course, to ensure delivery of other mechanisms may be used and actions. In some cases, the implementation of the input channel 610 may optionally include one-way valve, which provides only a current substance for oral care from the reservoir 608 to the spraying nozzle 605, thus avoiding the retraction of saliva or other pollutants from the applicator 605 back into the reservoir 608 and/or output channel 610. In the illustrative embodiment device 600 near end 603 by adding transverse wall 612 created overflow Luggage 611. Transverse wall 612 separates and essentially isolates tank 608 from the overflow chamber 611. The input channel 610 passes through the lateral wall of 612 and through an overflow camera 611, thus linking the tank 608 applicator 609. Inside the overflow chamber 611 can be located porous material having coupling type 613. Overflow Luggage 611 can minimize the intake of excessive amounts of substances for oral health care to the spraying nozzle 605 or escaping from device 600. Depending on the feed mechanism overflow Luggage 611 is not necessary in all variants of implementation device. The above described features device 600 does not imply a limitation of the present invention, unless it is specifically indicated in the formula. You should understand that structural features of the housing device and its supply system of fluid can vary significantly. However, in one embodiment, in order to make the system 400 for oral care convenient for the user in the journey, tank 608 and/or volume of substances for oral care in the tank can be chosen so that the system 400 for oral care can be taken on Board the aircraft. Since 2002 the volume of liquid, which can be taken on Board the aircraft in the U.S. and other countries in a single container is limited and usually is about 3 oz.. It is preferable that the tank 608 and/or volume of substances for oral care in the tank 608 chosen in accordance with the existing regulatory standard that can be vary from country to country and over time. Moreover, in some embodiments of the invention, in which applicator 605 is a hole, applicator 605 will act like the nozzle or the issuance and/or release of liquid or paste-like material/substance for oral care on the desired surface of the oral cavity. This design is especially useful in combination with compressed/ housing device. The options for implementing that use hard substance for oral care, hygienic lipstick, marketed under the trade name of Chapstick®, the hole can simply provide a path out of the tank, which will act or which can slide hard substance for oral care. In one embodiment housing 602 device 600 may contain calibration element (not shown), which shows the user how much of the substance for oral care remains in the tank 608. In one embodiment calibration element can be a transparent or semi-transparent window, built-in housing 602 device that contains the calibration risks. In flat lateral surfaces 621 housing 602 made deepening 606. Deepening 606 provided for interfacing with bulges 505 toothbrush 500 so that device could be installed with the possibility of rotation on the main part of 516 toothbrush 500 to be able to rotate back and forth between the condition of the storage (Figure 1) and the state of the application (Fig.6). Preferably, deepening 606 provided in the middle section 625 housing 600 (measured along its length). The middle portion of the 625 is preferable to the average of fifty percent (50%) of the length of the hull 602, and more preferably, the average thirty-three percent (33%) length of hull 602. Most preferably, deepening 606 are in the middle of hull length 602. Through the implementation of deepening 606 (or other swivel design) in the middle section 625 housing 602 device 600 does not act excessively beyond the proximal ends 512 flanges 514, when device 600 is in a state of application. With reference to figure 1, 2 and 8, 9, taken together, describes a system for 400 for oral care when device 600 is in a state of storage. When device 600 is in a state of storage, housing 602 device 600 invested in the space of 550 formed between the flanges 514, and is situated along the longitudinal axis of the X-X. Applicator 605 invested in the cavity 551 between the upper and lower ledge 552, 553. end 603 device 600 acts as a focus and rests on the top and bottom tabs 552, 553 so that essentially overlap and/or seal the cavity 551 with being in her applicator 605. By overlapping and/or sealing cavity 551 is minimized and/or eliminates the unwanted leakage, leak and/or drying of the applicator. In addition, hard contact between end 603 device 600 and the upper and lower ledge 552, 553 holds device 600 able to storage when it is subjected to the usual auxiliary force created by hand and/or your fingers while cleaning. Contact between the applicator 605 and the upper and lower ledge 552, 553 additionally helps keep device 600 stored during cleaning. Alternatively, to end 603 housing 602 can be attached cap, which can eliminate the need for sealing cavity 551. In this version the implementation of one or two tabs 552, 553 may not be able to ensure the passage of a cap inside the cavity 551 and out of the cavity 551 by turning devices around the Y-axis Y. As mentioned above, device 600 embedded in the space of 550 handle 510 toothbrush 500, when in a state of storage closed end 601 device 600 forms the proximal end of 512 handle 510 toothbrush. In addition, the housing 602 device 600 is flush with the plot of the main part of 516 handle 510 and forms so that the handle 510 has smooth lines in all directions. How best can be seen in Figure 9, the upper and lower surface 622, 623 (which are convex in the transverse direction) housing 602 device 600 with outer lateral surfaces of the 518 flanges 514 form a compound handle with in the context of holker. Preferably, the handle Assembly (educated device 600 and the main part of 516) has essentially oval cross section profile throughout its length. Figure 5 and 10 taken together, the system presents 400 for oral care, in which device 600 rotated around the Y-axis Y of state storage. Figure 5 device 600 rotated clockwise (relative to the longitudinal axis X-X). 10 device 600 rotated counterclockwise (relative to the longitudinal axis X-X). The direction of rotation is not relevant for the invention. When device 600 originally rotated around the Y-axis Y of state, the pressure generated by the applicator 605, distorts the top or bottom tab 522, 523 until continues to rotate, and applicator 605 released with a click from the upper or the lower settle 522, 523. Alternatively, the applicator 605 may be deformed and/or bend. When you continue turning device 600 around the Y-axis Y closed end 601 device 600 should be on the first circular path CP1, which runs from the back of the handle 510, and end 603 device 600 should be on the second circular path CP2, which runs from the front of the handle 510. Turn around axis Y-Y continues until device 600 it comes to drawing. Although this is not provided, it may be preferable to ensure the retention mechanism and/or elements that will hold device 600 stored, when it is subjected to the action of the forces arising in the process of applying a substance for oral care. For example, each of the flat inner surfaces 517 flanges 514 may be ledge, and the lateral surface 621 device 600 can be ensured by appropriate recess to gearing. In one embodiment protrusions and recesses can have a hemispherical shape. Of course, to hold device 600 able to storage can be used in other forms and retainer and/or cage design. In addition, if necessary, the lip and/or seizure may be positioned properly so that they also contribute to the retention of device 600 stored when cleaning. On Fig.12 and 13, taken together, represented alternative implementation toothbrush 500A and device 600A, which can be used in combination with him for the education system 400A for oral care according to the second variant of the implementation of the present invention. Toothbrush 500A, device 600A and system 400A for oral care identical to those in the toothbrush 500, device 600 and 400 system for oral care, discussed above with links figure 1-11, except that swivel used for installation, with the possibility of rotation, device 600A into the handle 510A toothbrush 500A, is done in such a way as to facilitate and relative progressive movement and the relative rotational movement between device 600A and toothbrush 500A. In addition, device 600 and toothbrush 500 additionally performed in keeping device 600 in a state of storage and the state of the application by improving gearing. In order to avoid duplication, the detailed consideration of such components toothbrush 500A, device 600A and system 400A for oral care, which is essentially identical to those of the toothbrush 500, device 600 and 400 system for oral care omitted. However, for reference and accuracy, for the designation of such parts are similar numbers reference position, except for an increase in alphabetic suffix "A". Toothbrush 500A contains the top and bottom tabs 552A, 553A. However, from the inner surfaces of the upper and lower projections 552A, 553A in the cavity 551A acts as an annular edge 554A. As will be described below, there is no need to top and bottom tabs 552A, 553A could deform, if device 600 progressively moves before (or after) turn device 600 for moving extract (or moving insert the applicator 605A of the cavity 551A. Cavity 551A has a slightly different shape to accommodate the applicator 605 another form. device 600 contains an annular groove 661A in the housing 602A near the closed end 601A. Similarly, end 603A housing 602A contains an annular groove 662A. As will be described below, the annular grooves 661A, 662A are of a size and shape for moving hooking and unhooking with annular groove 554A toothbrush 500A for: (1) closed-cell insulation cavity 551A (with available in it applicator 605A)when device 600 is in a state of storage; (2) withholding device 600A stored; and (3) hold device 600A able to storage. Although an example is engages groove/ridge, this invention is not limited and can be used by other structural elements and forms, and achieve appropriate gearing, including without limitation gearing type tabs/deepening, gearing type fixed landing, crimping landing and the like. In addition, deepening 606A in flat lateral surfaces 621A housing 602A are extra long slots (instead of being round). Through the implementation of an elongated deepening 606A convexity 505A toothbrush 500A and can progressively move and rotate when inserted into the recesses 606A. Thus, convexity 505A and extra deepening 606 form a connection that facilitates and turning and moving forward device 600A relatively toothbrush 500A. On Figure 14-18 presents the system 400A for oral care when device 600A moves from state storage (Figure 14) the state of the application (Fig.18). On Figure 14 device 600A is in a state of storage device 600A is located along the longitudinal axis X-X applicator 605A fully embedded in a cavity 551A. In the condition of the storage ring edge 554A toothbrush 500A is engagement ring groove 662A on end 603A device 600A. Pairing between annular edge 554A and groove ring 662A preferred to it tightly insulated cavity 551A, thus, preventing the expiration and drying applicator 605A in the period when it is not used. In addition, engagement between the annular edge 554A and groove ring 662A holds device 600A able to storage when the application of additional forces applied by the user during cleaning or other procedures for oral care. On Fig.15 shown that when a user wants to use applicator, he can apply a force to device 600A to moving way to move device 600A along the longitudinal axis X-X from the distal end 513A handle 510A (from right to left in the picture). When device 600A progressively moves in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of X-X, annular groove 662A device 600A and annular edge 554A toothbrush 500A , providing free progressive movement device 600A. device 600A progressively moves until applicator 605A not will be postponed to a sufficient extent from the cavity 551A to applicator 605't contacted with the tabs 552A, 553A during the subsequent rotation device 600A. In other words, device 600A progressively moves until applicator 605A not will be postponed to a sufficient extent from the cavity 551A not to disturb and/or not made it difficult to turn. As shown in Fig.16 as you continue to turn device 600A, closed end 601A device 600A should first circular path that runs from the back of the handle 510A and end 603A device 600A should be on the second circular path, which runs from the front of the handle 510A. As shown in Fig.17, turn device 600A continues until device 600A will not happen again along the longitudinal axis X-X, the applicator 605A acts of the proximal end of the 512A toothbrush 500A. And in this case, the immediate effect of approximately 180 degrees. As shown in Fig.l8 as soon as device aligned as shown in Fig.17, device 600A steadily moves to the distal end of 513A handle 510A in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of X-X (left to right in the picture). This translational movement continues until the annular groove 661A device 600A not come in pair with an annular edge 554A toothbrush 500A. This conjugation helps keep device 600A able to storage. At this stage the closed end of 601A device 600A embedded in a cavity 551A. Although there were described in detail and illustrated only some embodiments of the present invention, the specialists in this field of technology will be obvious various options and modifications without derogating from the meaning and the volume of the invention. As in the above methods, compositions and designs can be made various changes without a derogation and of the volume of the invention, means that all the contents of this application, including all of the above mechanisms and/or modes of interaction, should be interpreted only as illustrative and does not in any way limit the amount of the applied formula. 3.
