FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in compliance with first version, regular nozzle is composed of a stack of corrugated sheets made of solid or perforated sheets alternated with corrugated sheets of solid or perforated sheets with holes. Holes at made crimps extending parts facing both adjacent corrugated sheets. Distance between openings equals the pitch of crimps. Extending parts of crimps are fitted in holes of adjacent sheet so that clearances are formed between edge of said holes and said part of crimps. In compliance with second version, regular nozzle consists of the stack of sheets alternated with corrugated sheets rectangular or trapezoidal in cross-section from solid or perforated sheets in shape similar to profile of adjacent sheet. End face part of crimps between holes has a cutout.

EFFECT: higher efficiency mass exchange between gas and fluid, lower drag.

The invention relates to constructions of regular nozzles designed to conduct heat and mass transfer processes in the gas (vapor) - liquid, and can find application in processes of distillation, absorption, adsorption of natural gas, phase separation, as well as in chemical, petroleum, gas and other industries.

Known regular nozzle for heat and mass transfer apparatus, consisting of a vertically mounted corrugated sheets in contact protruding corrugations with each other, each of the corrugations of the sheet with the back concave elements, which are located at the intersection of parallel lines with the edges of the corrugation. On flutes along parallel lines at their intersections with the edges of the corrugation, made with the transverse holes in the form of cuts, and between each pair of incisions placed back concave elements in the form of, for example, raveboy trapezoid, bend so that the line break is located on the back MAGNETOM the edge of the corrugations. Between the corrugated sheets are installed perforated sheet or mesh, the cells are manufactured with dimensions that provide unseparated fluid flow through it (Patent RF №2188706, IPC7B01J 19/32, B01F 3/04, publ. 10.09.2002).

Common features of known solutions and the proposed solutions are:

The existing analogue has the disadvantages associated with low mass transfer efficiency in comparison with the claimed device due to the uneven distribution of fluid flow in the volume of the nozzle (i.e. due to the appearance of parietal effect in which the liquid through several layers of the nozzle gradually accumulate about the wall column apparatus that prevents its effective contact with a gas phase and requires redistributive devices on the height of the column of the device).

Closest to the proposed regular packing and selected for the prototype is a regular nozzle, consisting of corrugated sheets with holes, with the corrugations of adjacent sheets are directed relative to each other in opposite directions, and are mutually perpendicular. Corrugated sheets can be installed vertically, obliquely or horizontally. On each sheet holes are made in each serving one side portion of the corrugation, and the hole centers are along the lines of corrugation peaks and the distance between the centers of the holes is step corrugation, with speakers in the other side portion of the corrugation is installed in the same holes of the next sheet formed with the eat gap between the edge of the hole and this part of the corrugation. The gap created due to the different shape, size of holes and different configuration profile corrugated sheet: triangular, trapezoidal, wavy. Corrugated sheets can be made of solid sheet material, and a perforated or corrugated, or metal profile, or expanded metal sheet material, or from the grid. Common features of known and proposed solutions in the first embodiment are:

- acting parts bumps installed in the holes of the next sheet with the formation of gaps between the edge of the hole and this part of the corrugation.

Common features of known and proposed solutions on the second version are:

A disadvantage of the known nozzle is the occurrence when working regular packing parietal effect in which the liquid through several layers of the nozzle gradually accumulate about the wall column apparatus that prevents its effective contact with the gas phase throughout the volume of the nozzle and requires redistributive devices on the height of the column of the apparatus. In addition, the flow turbulization of gas and liquid in the known nozzle is achieved due to the significant changes the flow area of the channels of the nozzle as it moves on him gas, which leads to an increase in hydraulic resistance.

The technical result is to increase the efficiency of mass transfer processes between gas and liquid in the entire volume of regular nozzle for reduction of hydraulic resistance.

This result is achieved by the fact that in the first embodiment in regular nozzle for heat and mass transfer apparatus, consisting of a package of corrugated sheets made of solid or perforated sheet material, corrugated sheets have holes made in the protruding part of the corrugation and the distance between holes is step corrugation, while the protruding portion of the corrugation installed in the holes of the next sheet with the formation of gaps between the edge of the hole and this part g is FR, what's new is that the package consists of corrugated sheets made of solid or perforated sheet material, alternating with corrugated sheets of solid or perforated sheet of material with holes, and holes are made in the protruding parts of the corrugation, addressed to both of the adjacent corrugated sheets of solid or perforated sheet material.

The proposed set of features in the first embodiment, namely, the formation of the package regular packing by alternating corrugated sheets made of solid or perforated sheet material, corrugated sheets, made of solid or perforated sheet material, with holes formed in the protruding parts of the corrugation, which is installed with the formation of gaps between the edge of the hole and this part of the corrugation projecting parts of both of the adjacent corrugated sheets solid or perforated sheet material, enables you to create channels zigzag shape, the cross section of which is practically unchanged over the layer height of the nozzle, which reduces resistance and improves massoobmene characteristics of the nozzles in all its entirety.

This result is achieved by the fact that the second option in the regular nozzle, consisting of a package gofrirovannyi, made of solid or perforated sheet material, corrugated sheets have holes drilled in the protruding part of the corrugation and the distance between holes is step corrugation, while the protruding portion of the corrugation installed in the holes of the next sheet, it is new that the package consists of corrugated sheets made of solid or perforated sheet material, alternating with corrugated sheets of solid or perforated sheet material of rectangular or trapezoidal profile with holes, and holes are made in the protruding parts of the corrugation, addressed to both of the adjacent corrugated sheets of solid or perforated sheet material, and openings in the form correspond to the profile of the adjacent corrugated sheet, and the ends of the corrugation between the holes is a slot.

The proposed set of features for the second option, namely the formation of a package of regular packing by alternating corrugated sheets made of solid or perforated sheet material, corrugated sheets, made of solid or perforated sheet material, rectangular or trapezoidal shape with holes, the shape corresponding to the profile of the next sheet and execution between the openings of the slots, the JV shall facilitate the creation between adjacent sheets of channels, having over its entire height the same cross-section, which reduces the flow resistance of the nozzle and allows you to increase the efficiency of mass transfer processes between gas and liquid in the entire volume of regular packing.

Regular nozzle in the first embodiment consists of a pack of corrugated sheets made of solid or perforated sheet material. This package consists of corrugated sheets 1, made of solid or perforated sheet material, which are interleaved with corrugated sheets 2 of a solid or perforated sheet of material with holes 3 (Fig 1, 2). Hole 3 is made in the protruding parts of the bumps 4 of the corrugated sheet 2, is addressed to both of the adjacent corrugated sheets G of a solid or perforated sheet material. The distance "a" between the centers of the holes 3 is step corrugation corrugated sheet 1 (Fig 3). Corrugated sheets 1 and 2, arranged in package form channels 7, which is the basic movement of gas and liquid, as well as mass transfer between them (figure 3).

On the second version of the regular nozzle also consists of a pack of corrugated sheets made of solid or perforated sheet material. This package is also, as in the first embodiment, the corrugated sheets 1, made of solid or perforated sheet material, which are interleaved with corrugated sheets 2 rectangular or trapezoidal profile of a solid or perforated sheet material, but with openings 8 (see figure 4, 5). Hole 8 is made in the protruding parts of the bumps 4 of the corrugated sheet 2, is addressed to both of the adjacent corrugated sheets 1 from a solid or perforated sheet material. Holes 8 in the form according to testout profile corrugated sheet 1. The distance "a" between the centers of the holes 8 is step corrugation corrugated sheet 1 (6). Additionally, the bores 8 of the end portion of the corrugation 9 corrugated sheet 2 have notches 10, which can be performed in the center of the face part 9 (see figure 4) or in the form of grooves 11 of the mechanical part 9 on the periphery of the side hole 8 (see figure 5) Into the holes 8 of the corrugated sheet 2 has the protruding portion 5 adjacent corrugation of the corrugated sheet 1. The second option corrugated sheets 1 and 2, arranged in package form channels 12, providing transverse movement of the contacting streams and distribution channels through the slots 10 or 11.

Corrugated sheets 1, 2 can also be made of perforated sheet, representing, for example, profiled, or metal profile, or expanded metal sheet material, or from the grid. The nozzle operates as follows.

In the first embodiment, the gas stream passes upward through the package of corrugated sheets 1 and 2 for channels 7, making a zigzag path, thereby reducing the entrainment of the liquid phase with the gas phase, as in the zig-zag movement of the flow separation drip of liquid from the gas phase on the ledges formed by the tops of the protruding part of the corrugation 5 corrugated sheets 1, positioned across the stream.

In the channels 7, the liquid flows down, meeting on his way obstacles in the form of peaks protruding part of the corrugation 5 corrugated sheet 1, thereby increasing the path of the fluid in the channel, increases the degree of turbulence of the liquid flow, which leads to the intensification of diplomatically between liquid and gas phases in the channels and on the surface of the nozzle. In this part of gas and liquid flows through the gaps 6, and when the corrugated sheet 1 made of perforated sheet material, through this perforation is redistributed between adjacent channels 7 regular packing.

According to the second variant, the gas stream passes upward through the channels 12 (see Fig.6), making a zigzag path, thereby reducing the entrainment of the liquid phase with the gas phase, as in zigzag jet, the position of flow separation drip of liquid from the gas phase on the ledges, formed by the tops of the protruding part 5 of the corrugated sheet 1, positioned across the stream.

In the channels 12, the liquid flows down, meeting on his way obstacles in the form of peaks protruding part of the corrugation 5 corrugated sheet 1, thereby increasing the path of the fluid in the channel, increases the degree of turbulence of the liquid flow, which leads to the intensification of diplomatically between liquid and gas phases in the channels and on the surface of the nozzle. Proposed adapter comprises packs of a bundle of vertical tubes arranged in parallel that featured cross-section varying along their axes and spacer units composed of horizontal triangular prisms. Regular adapter is composed of sections arranged in several tiers over apparatus height and assembled from inclined staggered parallel drop-like elements. Ends of drop-like elements are interconnected by rod. Surface of said elements is made of net of lavsan monothreads. Round edge of plate section is directed toward gas flow while sharp edge are directed toward fluid flow. Angle of attack of said elements with respect to gas flow varies from 0 to 20 degrees. Elements are staggered but they are oriented in adjacent rows over apparatus height with opposite inclination relative to each other and horizontal shift by 1.0-3.0 of adapter element width. FIELD: chemical industry; fine gas separation from a liquid at reconstruction of separators and filter-separators of the absorbing and rectifying columns.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of chemical industry and intended for fine separation of gas from a liquid at reconstruction of separators and filter-separators of the absorptive and rectifying columns. The multi-cartridge ring-type separating nozzle contains: a cover, a filtering unit, a device of water separation, an inlet connection pipe connected with the filtering unit by a pin, gas-distributing discs fixed to the pin. The filtering unit is made in the form of mesh cartridges mounted one on another. At that the internal surfaces of the mesh cartridges form a gas-distributing collector. The device of water separation is made in the form of the overflowing pipes located in the cartridges and mounted under them the drain pans with the axial apertures. Each mesh cartridge is supplied with a baffle made in the form of a plain disk with an axial aperture and a ring-type bead along the disc perimeter. Each mesh is formed by simultaneous winding of two parallel bands of the mesh, one of which is made out of a flat mesh, and the other - out of a corrugated mesh. On the side of its cylindrical internal surface a mesh cartridge is supplied with a cylindrical perforated shell. At that the first layers of the mesh band are fixed to the perforated shell by metal staples or welded to the perforated shell. At least two external layers of each mesh band are fixed by metal staples. The number of the mesh cartridges makes 6. The overflowing pipes are installed uniformly around the nozzle on a circumference, diameter of which makes from 0.85 up to 0.92 of the external diameter of the mesh cartridge and the diameter of a flow area of each overflowing pipe makes from 0.038 up to 0.05 of the external diameter of a mesh cartridge, and the total area of apertures of the shell perforation makes from 50 up to 60 % of the area of the internal cylindrical surface of the shell. In result the invention allows to increase efficiency of separation at the expense of prevention of the separated liquid accumulation in the cartridges of the nozzle.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to distributing-contacting devices for the mass-exchange devices and may be used in chemical industry, petrochemical industry, heat-and-power engineering and other branches of industry. The distributing-contacting device contains a distribution plate supplied with a screen with holes, overflow branch-pipes, overflow devices, deflecting shields, perforated truncated cones. The perforated truncated cones are made out of a sheet of no more than 1 mm thick with shutter-type splits of a width -"S" equal to 0.3-0.5 mm, and with a step not exceeding the thickness of the sheet and with an inclination in direction of the liquid motion at an angle α equal to 30-45°, the ratio of the length "1" to its width "S" is from 13 up to 25, a direction of the shutter channels to the horizontal axis of coordinates is at an angle β is equal to 30-45° and the overflow branch-pipes. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for realization of mass-exchange processes in the column apparatuses used both in the systems of a liquid-liquid type and in the systems of a vapor-liquid type and may be used in petrochemical, oil-refining, chemical and other industries. The mass-exchange head includes a row of rectangular platesinclined to each other at an angle with a flanging towards to each other in the upper part of the plates. The rectangular plates of no more than 1 mm thick are made with a perforation in the form of a louver gauze, in which the slit louver holes have a width S equal to 0.3-0.5 mm and with a step equal to no more than the thickness of the plates, with an inclination at an angle α equal to 30-45°, the ratio of the plate length 1 to its width S - from 13 up to 25, a direction of the louver channels to the horizontal axis of coordinates at an angle β equal to 30-45° and with the spacing interval between the louver channels of 1-2 mm. The flangings are facing each other are connected among themselves without a clearance and form a blind bin with the overflow slats in height of no less than the values of a water seal.
