The material based on schungite mineral represents a three-layered material, two exterior layers of which consist of a carton or a plastic sheet, on each side of which a printing ink containing fragments of a schungite mineral is applied, and in the capacity of the middle layer the aluminum foil is used. At that the layers are connected by a glue. To increase the strength of the three-layered material it is drawn for example through rollers or placed under a press. The printing ink contains particles of the schungite mineral, these particles have dimensions of 5-10 microns and make 90 % of the mass of the printing ink, in which they are dispersed. The printing ink containing the particles of the schungite mineral makes 6-7 % of the mass of the board or 3-3.5 % of the mass of the plastic material. The layer of the carton has a depth of 0.3 mm, and the layer of plastic material has the depth of 0.6 mm. The technical result of the invention is production of the material from the accessible raw being an effective and low-cost material for protection of people against action of electromagnetic fields of the radio-frequency range generated in the process of the operation of electric appliances, electrical circuits, at exploitation mobile and radiophones, and also from a geopathogenic action of the environment. |
