SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for storage and twisting in rolls of sheet materials for various purposes, in particular, cellular polycarbonate sheets. The device comprises a cylindrical element (1) fixed on the base and the supports (2, 3) fixed at its ends, with axes for mounting the device (6) for winding with its placement inside the cylindrical element (1), at that one support (3) is made removable.
EFFECT: invention provides easy storage and transportation of the sheet material and its mechanised twisting into rolls for extraction from the cylindrical element.

The invention relates to storage devices and convenient twisting of sheet materials for various purposes, in particular for polycarbonate sheets. The invention can find application in retail, sheet materials, when you need to quickly roll the leaves into rolls.
Currently, sheet material, in particular polycarbonate stored and transported in two ways: in a stack on top of each other and in a twisted state - coils (see, for example, http://www.carboglass.ru/support/storage, http://www.kton.ru/product/sotovyi-polikarbonat). The first method of storing and transporting sheet materials is extremely inconvenient, as it requires large areas and does not provide enough safety sheet materials. At the location of the sheet material in the stack of open space likely to wind damage. In addition, in one twisting is not possible to have a sufficiently large number of sheets. Also experience discomfort when twisting the sheets into a roll when they leave for the buyer.
Thus, currently, there are no special devices for storing and transporting sheet materials that can improve the degree of the sheets while they are outdoors, and there are no fixtures for cruciani the sheets in a roll to leave them to the consumer.
Object of the invention is a device for storing and curl of a sheet material, which will ensure the achievement of the technical result consists in increasing the degree of preservation of the sheets and to provide opportunities for twisting the sheets into rolls.
This technical result is achieved in that a device for storing and transporting sheet material is attached to the base of the cylindrical element and secured at its ends supports for fixing them to the axis or axes of the device for winding when placing it inside a cylindrical member, one bearing made with the actuator, and the other removable.

In a preferred embodiment, the cylindrical element is made from a solid cylindrical wall.
It is also possible to execute when the cylindrical element is formed of annular elements, connected to each other in rectilinear elements.
Figure 1 shows a device for storing and curl of a sheet material made from a solid cylinder, front view; figure 2 is the same, side view; figure 3 is a device made of ring elements, side view.
Device for storing and twisting the sheet material contains p is edocfile embodiment, the cylindrical element in the form of a solid cylinder 1 with open ends (figure 1, 2). One end of the cylinder 1 is fixed on a stationary back support 2. The other end of the cylinder 1 mounted on a removable support 3.
In another embodiment, the cylindrical element may be made of non-continuous and includes a coaxially arranged annular elements 4, United rectilinear elements 5 (Fig 3).
Inside the cylindrical element is mounted device 6 for winding sheet material and connected with the axes 7 and 8, which are mounted respectively in bearings 2 and 3 for rotation (Fig 1, 3). For this purpose one of the axes connected to the actuator 9 of the rotation, mainly manual.

The device 6 for winding can be performed in different ways. In one embodiment, it is made of two cross-pieces 11 are connected to each other with their ends with the line elements 12, when the axes 7 and 8 are secured in center crosses 11.
To download the sheet 13 is removed from the axes 7 and 8 of the device 6 for winding and remove the support 3. The leaves bend 13 and have consistently inside of the cylindrical element in such a manner that they are adjacent to it.
When storing or transporting sheet materials 13 are arranged in a bent state in contact with each other inside of the cylindrical element. To exclude the possible offset the sheets 13 they are fixed relative to each other by an adhesive tape, the external sheet also tape is fixed relative to the cylindrical element.
For discharging the sheet material, the device 6 for winding first set on the axis 7 of the stationary back support 2, then install the removable support 3 and set the device 6 on the axis 8 of this support.
For removal of the sheets 13 one edge of the sheet is fixed on the fixture 6 for winding, for example, clamp or tape and perform the rotation device 6 with a drive 9, twisting him the sheet 13, while winding the sheet 13 is almost no slip is moved relatively in contact with the sheet, which prevents damage. Thus wound, the required number of sheets 13 to each other. The resulting roll is fixed with tape to avoid deployment, remove the support 3, and then remove the roll from the device.
The invention provides a convenient storage and transport of sheet material and its mechanized curl into rolls.

SUBSTANCE: protective case is designed for protection of padlocks of general purpose of all types against external effect of environment. When the proposed protective case is used, environmental effect at padlocks is reduced, and their service life increases.
EFFECT: reduced costs of consumers, in connection with increase service life of padlocks.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packages for eggs. The invention object is to increase the flexural rigidity and stability during stacking of the package, reduction of the contact of the eggs, ventilation of the package. The package for eggs comprises a base in the form of a tray in which two rows or more cells for the eggs are made, and also dividing stops placed in a tray between the cells, ring-shaped dampers at the bottom of the cells in the form of ring-shaped grooves directed inside the cells. And along the perimetre of the tray a reinforcement rib in the form of a flanging is made. Each cell is made with a shape of smoothly mating spherical surfaces close to the form of eggs, the bottom part of each cell is made cylinder-shaped in the bottom of which a ring-shaped groove is made, which is a ring-shaped damper. The bottom parts of all the cells are connected to each other with jumpers to form a ring-shaped reinforcement rib in this part of the tray, separating stops between the cells are made in the form of projections of a height not exceeding the height of the tray. On the tray flanging along the perimetre the distantly located projections are made oriented in the direction from the flanging to form channels for ventilation.
EFFECT: increased flexural rigidity and stability during stacking of the package, reduction of the contact between eggs, ventilation of the package.

Proposed device comprises first container with closed chamber with negative pressure and inlet for external harmful chemicals. Proposed device comprises second container fitted and secured in said first container. Note here that said second container contains, in fact, safe liquefied gas and has opening communicated with ambient medium for control purposes.

FIELD: transport, package.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tare for sweets or similar confectionery. The aim of invention is to simplify apron structure while keeping possibility to pile aprons and to disassemble this pile. The apron represents plastic tray and is made in plane as rectangular with multiple cells. Each of the cells represents cavity with bottom oriented downwards in apron operational position. In this structure, the cells are located in groups so that each group of cells consists of two cells the geometrical centres of which are located in plane symmetrically relative to point where diagonals of the mentioned rectangular intersect. Hereat, cell height is less than apron height. Additionally, in the places free from cells the apron has oriented upwards in apron operational position hollow vertical projections located in groups. Each group of projections consists of two projections the geometrical centres of which are located in plane symmetrically relative to point where diagonals of the mentioned rectangular intersect. Hereat, projections of each group of projections are made with different height and with mating geometry. Smaller projection of group may be freely placed in the cavity of larger projection of the group, and top part of larger projection of the group may be freely placed in the cavity of smaller projection of the group.
EFFECT: simplification of apron structure while keeping possibility to pile aprons and to disassemble this pile.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to containers provided with dispensers. Proposed dispenser comprises case with carcass, flexible top wall and bottom wall. Said walls are retained by carcass. Note here that flexible top wall and bottom wall define container inner volume. Proposed dispenser comprises additionally a cover jointed with top flexible wall to open on pivoting thereon. It includes also sealant to tightly secure the cover to case, work part and handle. Note here that said sealant may be broken to open said cover, hence, to allow dispensing container contents.
EFFECT: efficient dispenser, savings of plastic material.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable means for tea brewing and other infusions. Disposable device is a sieve for tea brewing, it includes a rigid base with a folding line which folds along the folding line after brewing tea, easily deforming moisture-permeable brewing container and a spinning mechanism of threads laid on the surface of the moisture-permeable container of the sieve, which by the method of pulling the threads enables to press the tea leaves which are inside the sieve, after it was folded.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to veterinary and sanitary helminthology. The device for determining the survival of eggs of nematodes in liquid manure is made up of plastic containers with volume of 1 litre or more, which upper part is cut on three quarters of the circumference to form a hinged lid. Holes in the upper and middle parts are made, as well as in the walls and bottom of the containers to close and sink them to the desired depth. The containers are interconnected through the required intervals with a twine made of synthetic material, which is attached to the load and a float.
EFFECT: invention is characterised with simple design and ease of use.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Brush fastener allows window wiper brush vertical and horizontal locking without interfering with its longitudinal travel. Holder comprises cleaning scrapper 3 and structural element 8. Holder has inner section 5a to accommodate said scrapper 3 of brush 2 for it to be locked therein in horizontal position. In compliance with proposed invention, holder 1 incorporates brush positioner 7 brush fastener 6. Note here that said fastener is made up of at least one fastening point 6a to act on brush structural element 8. Invention covers also brush fastening system including two holders, packing container including holder or fixation means, and method of mounting window wiper brush in said holder.
EFFECT: brush fastener allows window wiper brush vertical and horizontal locking without interfering with its longitudinal travel.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to package for stack of chewing gum pellets. Proposed package allows repeated opening/closing and ease of fabrication. Proposed package comprises tubular stack made from flexible wrap to envelope said stack and cap fitted on stack end. Said cap has base attached to stack lateral wall and cup attached to base to move between open and closed positions. Said cup features shape to allow retaining pellet fed from stack in its open position. Wrap has loose line running all along face wall or along one its section. In fabrication, cup inner surface is secured to face wall. Cup opened first time, wrap is torn off along loose line to make opening in stack for pellets to be taken out.

SUBSTANCE: container comprises two opened shells formed as solids of revolution and brought into releasable contact trough ring-shaped members. The opened shells include semi-ellipsoids made of molded recycled paper mass. Outer surfaces of each shell or inner surfaces thereof are formed with visible shape deviations. Ring-shaped members are made as cylindrical belts located at shell edges. Inner annular surface of belt connected to one shell cooperates with outer annular surface of belt located on another shell.

Layers are connected so that a space is defined between the layers. The space is filled special-purpose medium having necessary properties. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric films and it can be used to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metals and articles made of said metals from atmosphere corrosion in process of transportation and storage. Proposed packing material in form of polymeric film includes polyolefin with addition of hydrogen absorber, product of company Ciba-SchelfplusO2 2400 to increase barrier for penetration of oxygen, high density polyethylene, grade FL5580 produced by Borealis company featuring high barrier properties to penetration of water vapors, and modifier. Six-component complex of volatile corrosion inhibitors in form of superconcetrate of Cesa-Cor 9103 is used as modifier which contains no nitrates, and contact inhibitor cyclohexylamine chromate at the following ratio of components, mass %: six-component complex of volatile corrosion inhibitors in form of superconcentrate Cesa-Cor 9103-0.1-5.0; contact inhibitor - cyclohezylamine chromate 1.0-2.0; oxygen absorber SchelfplusO2 - 2.0 - 10.0; polyethylene FL 5580 - 10.0 - 40/0; polyolefin - the rest. When using proposed packing material, active inhibitors, evaporating, migrate in to all cavities and irregularities with subsequent condensing on metal surface. If moisture gets onto surface, molecules of inhibitor hydrolyze and protective ions are attracted to surface of metal, thus forming thin protective film. Packing material with volatile corrosion inhibitor can be used in transportation and storage of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Moreover, complex of volatile corrosion inhibitors migrate on protected surface quicker than other similar inhibitors, thus creating high pressure of protective vapors.
EFFECT: improved corrosion protection of metals.

SUBSTANCE: proposed container has outer metal shell provided with metal layer, thermal protection and inner space. Inner space consists of housing made up of semihousings and thermal protection made of wood. Housings of inner space of semihousing are double layer ones, consisting of outer metal shell and inner layer made of heat-resistant nonmetallic material. Inner surface of metal shell in zone of butt joint is made cylindrical. Height of inner cylindrical part of metal shell is 1.5-3.5 of length of butt joint fasteners. Cylindrical surface of metal shell changes into spherical surface. Spherical part of metal shell of semihousings is 0.1-0.4 of thickness of end face part of metal shell of semihousing. Heat-resistant nonmetallic layer follows shape of outer shell and is made in cylindrical part with variable thickness. Relative to end face part of metal shell, thickness of nonmetallic layer from place of butt joint is from 0.1-0.4 to 0.6-1.5. In spherical part, thickness of heat-resistant nonmetallic layer is constant, being 0.6-1.5 relative to end face part of metal shell.

SUBSTANCE: package material with volatile corrosion inhibitor has a form of hose, half-hose or canvas with thickness of 80-250 mcm. It includes polyolefin or polyolefin mix and "ВНХ-Л-20" volatile corrosion inhibitor dispersed in "ФМТ" contact corrosion inhibitor at the following component rate, mass % : "ВНХ-Л-20" volatile corrosion inhibitor - 0.13-1.13; "ФМТ" contact corrosion inhibitor - 0.80-2.2; the rest is polyolefin or polyolefin mix. Package material can include both one and several layers due to co-extrusion, pasting, lamination. Tests proved ant-corrosion effect of the film, particularly in conservation of pipes, steel bridge fastening bolts, steel ball bearing pin rolls (without lubricant). Production conserved by this method is delivered to customer and can resist corrosion for 1 year at least, or can be stored at a heated/cold storehouse (at room temperature of over +5°C and under +55°C) resisting corrosion for up to 5 years.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of package materials, namely, to multi-layer polymer films for food products, and may be used in food industry, and also in agriculture and household use. Package is made of multi-layer film material that includes several layers from polymer components and internal layer adjacent to product that contains polyolefine and modifier. At that as modifier of internal layer, synergetic mixture is used that consists of sodium salt of dehydroacetic acid, calcium lactate or citrate and calcium ethylene diamine tetraacetate with the following ratio of components, wt %: synergetic mixture of sodium salt of dehydroacetic acid, calcium lactate or citrate and calcium ethylene diamine tetraacetatet - 0.5-5.0, polyolefine - the rest. As polyolefine polyethylene is used with high or low density, or propylene, or their mixture, or copolymers of ethylene with propylene or with higher olefins, or vinyl acetate or their mixtures and alloys. Such package has higher protective properties, including antioxidant action, is able to more efficiently suppress microorganisms.

SUBSTANCE: box for oblong items has longitudinal axis which is located horizontally when box is worn. The box consists of a body having rear, front and side walls coupled with bottom element, valve for body closing from above and locks for valve holding in the body in its closed position. There is a slot in the front wall which crosses the whole wall and separates them into parts. The slot also crosses bottom element.
EFFECT: invention ensures easy use of box.
