The disadvantage of these is the low productivity.

The closest to the technical nature and the achieved economic effect of a device (patent of Russia №2415563), contains a rod with a transversal grip and working body in the form of a wedge-shaped concave blade with support for the leg and convex front casing in the form of blades with a handle, and the wedge-shaped blade and cover each other form a working cavity, the emphasis has collars that interact with the top edge of the cover, and pivot flip spacer, interacting with pen casing.

The disadvantage of this planters is insufficiently high quality of the planting.

The technical result of the invention is to increase the quality planting by improving the termination of the root system of soil and ensuring more rapid establishment and further development of seedlings.

Delivered technical result is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with a u-shaped frame containing the wedge-shaped side knives with supports for legs, connected by a shaft, which is installed inside the casing of the rotary mechanism with stopper, while the housing is mounted hour front with a grip made in the form of two hubs interconnected squares, and placed inside the rack movable rod, one of the loose ends, which is fixed the working body in the form of a rectangular plate with a blade, and between them - the detachable handle.
