Bottom discharge valve with built-in pneumatic actuator

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic actuator is built into a bottom discharge valve and separated from a flow part of the valve with an elastic diaphragm and a protective metal membrane. One of the pistons of the pneumatic actuator is attached to a mushroom-type stock. The other piston is floating and has an elongated hub. In the hub cavity there is a fixed separator with two-row symmetrically located seats. One ball is located in seats of a single-place row. Balls are arranged in pairs in seats of a two-place row. In the hub and on the stock there are grooves shaped to the balls so that the latter can interact with them in disengaged and extreme stock positions. In two-place seats of separator at extreme stock positions there formed are ball locks in the form of ball braces between grooves of the hub and the stock. In one-place seats of separator there is play-free contact of balls to the shaped groove on the stock. A shell from transparent material is installed on the stock end.

The invention relates to valves, widely used in various industries and is offered for use in the process as a valve to shut off the flow of slurries and liquids from containers.

In the literature authors J.F. ñ Gurevich, O. Shpakov "Handbook of designer pipe fittings", publishing house "engineering", Leningrad, 1987, describes the most common typical constructions of valves, actuators, main units and parts. Data design valves are designed primarily for mounting in a horizontal position. When installing the vertical sections in overlapped condition in the input side of the valve will form a precipitate in the settling of the dispersed phase of a suspension. In this case, to resume the process and flow of suspension will require loosening sludge or remove it by mechanical means. The execution of these operations involves extra work and loss of the working environment.

The most secure and simple in operation is the use of a piston of a pneumatic cylinder. The design of the piston when the odes may have a block structure in the form of a separate unit or be integrated into the design of the valve. The latter option is preferable, since it provides a compact. On RIS str in the above source shows the valve with built-in actuator is double-acting. The negative side of this design is the presence of seals and the lack of fixation of the piston in a predetermined position "closed" or "open". The closest in purpose and essence of the claimed invention is shown in RIS (str and described on str-288 the above reference piston actuator double acting locking end positions ball locks, which is taken as a prototype.

It should be noted the following disadvantages of this drive: it is shown separately and not in conjunction with the working body. The force from the pistons to the inner drive shaft is transmitted through a number of intermediate elements: cylindrical and disc springs, the outer stem, stem nut, the number of seals, which complicates the design. Besides, not provided to adjust the precise location of the inner shaft at the extreme positions of the piston to ensure gapless fixed position of the rod.

An object of the invention is to develop a valve in the bottom of the descent from the remote-controlled pneumatic actuator, ensuring safety and reliability is in operation.

The technical result is achieved in that the valve of the lower slope with integrated pneumatic actuator includes a housing, mushroom stem, saddle, outlet, the separator, the working piston, piston floating castle, diaphragm, membrane, and pneumatic actuator is separated from the flow of the valve, a flexible diaphragm and a metal protective membrane, one of the pistons of the pneumatic actuator is bonded with mushroom stock, another floating piston and having an elongated hub in the cavity which is the stationary separator with double row symmetrically arranged slots, sockets single row are one ball sockets double the number of balls placed in pairs, with the hub and shaft are made of specialized bulbs grooves to ensure interaction with them balls in deviant and extreme positions of the rod, double slots of the separator at the extreme positions of the rod are formed ball locks in the form of ball spacers between the grooves of the hub and shaft, and in single nests separator ensures play-free contact of the balls with the profile groove on the stem, and the space between the elastic diaphragm and the protective metal diaphragm is connected with a transparent glass through the Central channel in the stock.

The valve works in the following way.
