FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device in which at least one tube from plasticised synthetic material can be provided by extrusion into the open mould, and at least the filler material can be fed by at least one filling device having several separate channels, in the respective container by means of the filling rod. At that the device comprises a nozzle covering the filling rod. The nozzle in its functional position for cleaning and/or sterilisation and/or drying establishes medium conductive communication between its respective cavity and filling device channel designed for it and during manufacturing and filling of containers it is removed from its functional position. The nozzle comprises the first and second functional cavities located offset with respect to each other in a direction of the longitudinal displacement of the corresponding filling rod, at that the rod end part enters the first cavity, with the outlet of the filling channel passing centrally in the rod.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to a device for producing and filling containers, in which at least one tube of plasticized synthetic material can be made by extrusion in an open form, and using the casting device having several separate functional channels in an appropriate container through intended for shape casting rod may be submitted, at least, the infill material.

The level of technology

From the prior art in this field is known protected trademark of bottelpackŪ system, which provides an economical automatic molding (moulding or vacuum forming, filling and sealing containers. When these containers must not be filled with a sensitive product, such as pharmaceutical products shall be complied with international standards for aseptic packaging.

To meet these requirements known solutions, in which the form for the manufacture of the container when it is in the filling position, is in the so-called sterile space filling, in which sterile air flows around the pouring opening of the container and creates effective protection against the penetration of microorganisms to those on the, until after completion of the filling process will not be closed, the movable parts of the form to a combined vacuum-welding method to shape a closed cylinder container. Such sterile space filling and device for sterile filling of containers known in the prior art, for example, from the patent document DE 19648087 A1 or US 5862840.

An additional measure to ensure sterility during fabrication in accordance with the international classification of class 100 is conducted periodically, and in each case at the beginning of the period of production, careful cleaning and sterilization as filling device with its functional channels and cooperating parts.

Disclosure of inventions

The objective of the invention is to provide a device of the indicated type, in which the processes of cleaning and sterilization can be carried out particularly simply and more effectively in comparison with the known solutions.

In accordance with the invention the solution of this problem is achieved by a device having a set of features in claim 1 of the claims.

Under this paragraph, a significant feature of the invention lies in the fact that the device has a covering casting rod attachment, which contains at least one functional on the awn, in its functional position for purposes of cleaning and/or sterilization and/or drying establishes a conductive environment communication between its respective cavity and intended for her functional channel of the filling device during manufacture and filling of containers removed from its functional position.

The implementation of the invention

In the usual manner for such devices casting rod 11 is made with possibility of installation in various selected positions, for example, due to the fact that he, along with his casting device 9 is mounted for movement on a support element 13 of the frame. In any case casting rod 11 are operated in a cyclic mode with cyclical installed in working position required for manufacturing processes and fills, as well as to processes for cleaning, sterilization and drying.

In addition to the functional channels, such as the Central filling channel 21, in which devices of this type are known in the casting rod 11, is provided, hence, is her least one additional functional channel, which serves as a supply channel environment and the indicated position 39 in figure 4 and 5. As shown in figure 4 and 5, this additional functional channel 39 passes along the outer surface of the respective casting rods 11 from the inlet connection 41 (figure 5) to the outlet 40 at the end surface 7 of the extrusion head 5. In this operating condition may be all associated with cleaning and sterilization of the event thanks to the connection between the channels 21, 39 casting rod 11 and the cavities 31, 35 covering the nozzle 27. The process can be arranged t is thus, through the connection of supply lines 23 and is enabled to permit flow metering unit 25 cleaning liquid after cleaning the filling channel 21 is supplied to the functional cavity 31 and is discharged from it through the channel 33. Accordingly the channel 39 of the fluid sterilizing hot steam may be supplied into the cavity 35 covering the nozzles 27 that provides sterilization outer side section 29.

The usual way for processes of cleaning and sterilization forth through the same connection can be sootvetstvujusjie drying and cooling, the steam condensate from the preceding sterilization is blown through the supply of sterile air.

After drying, the corresponding casting rod 11 is pulled shown in figure 3 the working position, and covering the nozzle 27 is output from the functional position shown in figure 2 and 4. While covering the nozzle 27, for example, moves along the end surface 7 of the extrusion head 5 in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.

After removal of the covering nozzle 27 from the functional position, the device is ready for the beginning of the period of production. Due to the fact that in the process shown in figure 1 and 5 production phase output hole 40 passing along the outer side of the casting rod 11 functional channel 39 is located inside the tube 52 extending from the orifice of the extrusion nozzle 50 (figure 5), supplied by the functional channel 39, the medium flows inside the tube 52. When this tube 52 at its following from the extrusion head 5 to form 17 form a closed space. Thus, when the flow through the functional channel 39 of sterile air is formed sterile space 53 filling, inside of which runs the entire production process, that is, until forming a closed head filled container, which is made by closing the communication is relevant cheeks form 17. Device provides for displacement of the first transverse seam from the centre relative to the longitudinal axis of the first pipe section in direction of displacement, practically perpendicularly to the first transverse seam with subsequent moulding of the appropriate finished package with a wall that has the specified angle of inclination to the displacement direction. The packaging laminate fabric to form a pipe by means of a moulding device comprises a folding template, corresponding to one unit of a package and repeating itself along the fabric. The folding template comprises a front fold, which determines the length of the front wall in longitudinal direction of the package, directed towards the upper wall and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the first pipe section, back folding line that determines the length of a back in longitudinal direction, the first side folding line that determines the length of the first side wall in longitudinal direction and the second side folding line, which determines the length of the second side wall in the longitudinal direction, in which the first and second side folding lines are inclined in the transverse direction of the fabric. A machine is also presented to produce packages, comprising a moulding device, according to invention, there is also a method to shape packages on this machine and a process of packages production, which includes the method of packages shaping.

Proposed device comprises product feeder 170 with pump to allow a continuous volumetric flow, packing tube 20 connected to feeder 170 and intended for providing the stock 32 of sleeve-type package 30 that can be removed from tube 20 together with packed product. Besides proposed device comprises clamping device 150 fitted downstream of tube 20 to press filled package 30 into bundle during filling and pressing of clamping element 162 around said bundle. It has also retaining device 100 that embraces tube 20 along its edges and brake ring 110 that reciprocates parallel with the former to cause friction forces to act on package 30 in its removal. Clamping device 150 incorporates control device designed to generate squeezing and clamping force proceeding from selected portion size and continuous volumetric flow and to feed control signal to clamping device 150. Brake ring 110 is moved back on packing tube 20 towards direction of removal into position of packing volume release directly before of during squeezing and clamping. After clamping it moves forward on said tube 20 in direction of removal into working position. Product squeezed is forced into free packing volume and, after clamping, forced again into removed package 30.
