Prior art

On the basis of General knowledge of GOST 30974-2002 "Connection corner wooden block and a log of low-rise buildings" known type corner joints in a one-sided, two-sided or four-sided locking groove, which is used in the construction of walls and partitions of timber or logs. This type of construction is a labour intensive process.

In the prior art (see, for example, patent DE 20302019 U1, published 12.06.2003 or patent CN 101597926 And published 09.12.2009) known methods of erection of wooden structures, according to which the construction elements, in particular in logs, in the upper and lower parts of the cut grooves. When building the walls of the first long element placed one notch up. In the above-mentioned groove is placed a second element, perpendicular to the first item. Thus, in the upper groove of the first elongated element stack bottom groove of the second elongated element, thus forming a gusset. Next, operations of the walls continue the same way up until the desired height is konstruktsii. The building, constructed in such a way, not strong enough, and need to be additional thermal insulation due to the fact that the walls formed of long elements made of single layer.

The above disadvantages are partially eliminated in the technical solution (see patent RU 2400604 C1, published 27.09.2010 or patent RU 92435 U1, published 20.03.2010). In the above technical solutions disclosed is a method of construction of multilayer walls, in which are placed, at least two structural element in the form of layers of boards, forming the outer and inner walls. Boards in layers with the same arrangement of parallel and Board one layer is shifted by half the width of the Board in respect of the boards of another layer. One of the layers may be made of heat insulating material.

The building, constructed in this way are more durable due to the fact that the walls consist of several layers that are offset relative to each other. However, the Assembly of this design is extremely time consuming and requires a significant amount of time.

The implementation of the invention

Further disclosed is a method of construction of multilayer walls of different heights, for example, double-layer walls, containing two rows in height (figure 1). The number of layers and rows is not limited and can be selected any, depending on the need. The Assembly of each of the rows is the same.

Prior to the construction of walls of buildings or structures prepare the construction of long items, such as logs or boards. Long element can be made of various materials. Each long element perform the connecting node in the locking groove. The locking groove can be cut with the residue or no residue (figa and 2B, respectively). Thus, the locking groove may have any depth, preferably, equal to half the height of the element and a defined width (figa or 2B). the width of the cut groove is selected depending on the number of long elements, laid in it, i.e. from the selected number of layers of the wall. For double-layer walls specified width of the groove is the total thickness of two stacked it long elements (figure 3), three walls - the total thickness of the three long elements (figure 4), etc.

In the construction of walls, one of the long elements of the stack with the locking groove up. In the specified locking groove at an angle to the first long element, stack, at least one conjugated lengthy element groove down, and at least another conjugate element is a notch up. So gather all the rows for a wall to the desired height.

Preferably, but not necessarily, long items, such as logs or planks have the same height, but they may have different heights. Between the layers of the walls of the elongated elements are placed insulating material. To make the structure more strength wall layers can be additionally connected by means of mechanical elements, for example, using dowels, pins, screws, nails.

As mentioned above, the locking groove can be cut without leaving residue. In another embodiment, the locking groove can be made two-sided (figure 5). In this embodiment, preferably, but not necessarily, the total depth of the double samoc the second groove should not exceed half the height of the element. When using long element made according to any one of the above options, but not limited to - no remainder, remainder or two grooves, the Assembly is performed in a similar manner described above.

1. The method of construction of multilayer walls includes forming at least one wall of the at least two rows of long elements stacked on each other, and each row is formed by mating the angle of long items through the connecting nodes, thus connecting node perform each long element in the form of at least one keyhole groove having a depth and width equal to the sum of the thicknesses of at least two mating with him long elements forming the layer of the wall, and at least one mating lengthy item set the locking groove up, in which are placed, at least two mating with him long element, of which at least one fit the locking groove down, and the other fits the locking groove up.
