SUBSTANCE: rope supporting rollers of an inclined hoisting unit are equipped with spring-loaded axes. Hoisting vessels are equipped under their bottoms with a removable friction rod allowing to perform friction contact of the moving vessel with a roller.

EFFECT: increasing service life of a hoisting unit.

The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to the inclined lifting installations and can be used for delivery of cargo and a steeply sloping trunks or other mining coal and mining industry.

Known inclined lifting equipment containing the drive motor, the traction body (drum or friction), lifting the vessel and one or more ropes, moving on kontopodis rollers (see, for example, Pravicy NICHOLAS Mine hoisting installation. - M.: Gosgortekhnadzor, 1963. P.52-54).

In these installations, the rope runs onto the stationary rollers, promoting them due to friction forces. This results in intense wear of the rope (ropes) and rollers that reduce their lifespan. This disadvantage is particularly significant manifests itself in multiple-rope inclined lifting installations due to the large mass, and therefore the moment of inertia used kontopodis rollers (see, for example, Sadykov EL, Popov YU.V. To achieve the technical effect is proposed to provide lifting vessels friction rod located under the bottom (frame) of the lifting vessel and additionally associated with the trailer device and rope, and kontopodis rollers to perform with the spring axis.

The essence of the proposal is illustrated by a drawing. Inclined lifting system includes a lifting machine with a drive motor 1 and the traction body (drum or friction) 2, rope, (rope) 3, lifting the vessel 4, moving on rails 5. At the same time bases of the end head of the bottomhole conveyor and the drift belt conveyor are matched in the vertical plane and are equipped with cuts of the side (cross) overturning along the axis of the drift conveyor, besides, the length of the cut of the bottomhole conveyor is more than the width of the cut of the drift conveyor by the value of the permissible displacement of the bottomhole conveyor relative to the drift one, and is equal to the length of hinged guides, when the spherical support of the unloading table is installed on the axis of the rock mass overturning, spheres with guides are not installed on the drift conveyor.

EFFECT: increased reliability of a device, lower error of measurements and provision of a single-process flow technology of coal stoping in longwall faces within a single cycle.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: two diesel trucks with two hydraulic rams each run on monorail beam in dismantling chamber under face conveyor. At a time, face conveyor fifteen linear sections, pans, are strapped with chain and scrapers of top working and bottom idle runs. In "repair opening" at fifteenth linear section of face conveyor, the pan, chains of top working and bottom idle runs are connected by chain locks. At first linear section of face conveyor, the pan, top working and bottom idle runs are connected by chain locks together with scrapers from outside. Sections are lifted and disconnected from sixteenth pan and transferred into mounting chamber.

SUBSTANCE: method includes feeding coal along the main external chain scraper conveyor from a receiving hopper to rolling stock, providing for automatic separation of coal into fractions in process of coal feeding, for instance, into three fractions, siftings - up to 15 mm, bean - up to 35 mm and coarse coal, with preliminary crushing and dosed discharge of coal. At the same time automatic separation of coal into fractions is carried out as coal moves along the main external chain scraper conveyor, for instance, to a half of conveyor length - to the siftings fraction, and on the other half - to the bean fraction, at the same time discharge and carry-over of fractional coal is carried out automatically by a lower idle branch of the main chain scraper conveyor with siftings fraction discharge into a tray of one belt conveyor, the bean fraction - into a tray of another belt conveyor, and coarse coal is carried over by the upper branch of the main external chain scraper conveyor directly to the rolling stock, besides, coal separation into siftings and bean fractions is carried out by sectors.

SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor comprises plate belt consisting of bed secured to two pull chains with rolls rolling in guides mounted on posts, intermediate drives, each composed of endless pull chain surrounding driving and tension sprockets to allow interaction between pull chain with plate belt. Plate belt links arranged opposite each other over belt width are interconnected by "П"-like beams with replaceable straps made from resilient material and secured at their top brass arms to allow interaction with outer surface of plate belt bed. Plate chains of belt upper run are arranged to interact with roller bearings. Bearing housings of driving and tensioning sprockets and said roller bearings are arranged on the frame to displace it vertically relative to conveyor posts and to be locked thereat by screw mechanisms. Magnets are arranged in gaps between pull chains and intermediate drive plate chains with minimum clearance relative to belt bed between said sprockets. Note here that said frame with chain pull member is arranged to be displaced vertically relative to fixed guides secured on conveyor posts and spring loaded thereto by spiral contraction springs. Said springs thrust against guide brackets to displace vertically relative thereto and be locked by screw mechanisms. Note here that total stiffness of springs is taken to ensure total working force equal to the sum of bed weight and total force generated by magnets. Brackets with magnets are attached to pull circuit frame.

SUBSTANCE: conveyor pan for use with a mining combine with a shoe in the form of sleds when mining in long faces comprises a side element, having a surface for contact with a shoe formed by a part of a side element, stretching horizontally along its entire length. This part has the first end and the second end, every of which has an upper part, a rear part, a front part and an edge. The edge at the first end and the edge at the second end are arranged at the angle of 45 degrees to the vertical plane perpendicular to the horizontal plane formed by the surface of the side element.

EFFECT: improved conveyor pan, delay in combine load transfer from one pan to another and balancing of this load.

SUBSTANCE: pan section comprises a lower branch and an upper branch to guide master elements of a conveyor chain. Besides, this section comprises a welded frame structure, having two sides, which comprise solid rolled bars. Bars have a permanent shape with a lower shelf and an upper shelf, which stretch at the angle outside in the assembled condition, and a link having a bend for maintenance and welding, at least one intermediate board. A base is provided, connected with the lower shelf of rolled bars for connection of both lower shelves with each other at the distance from the intermediate board. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a scraper of box type (1), a scraper hoist (2), head (3) and tail (4) traction ropes, diverting blocks (5) for traction ropes, a loading ramp (6). The scraper comprises side walls (7) and a rear wall (8), in its lower part inclined at the angle to the horizon. On the rear inclined wall of the scraper at the angle (10) of fixation of a tail traction rope to the scraper on brackets (11, 12) fixed on the walls a shaft (14) of cylindrical shape is installed with the possibility of rotation on the horizontal axis (13), and its lower edge is arranged with displacement downwards relatively to the lower edge of the rear wall of the scraper and is distanced from it along the horizontal line towards the tail traction rope. Brackets on the rear wall are fixed with the help of a board (15) with the possibility of its displacement in the vertical plane along the wall and fixation on it with the help of fastening elements (16). The shaft axis is installed in horizontally aligned slots (17) of brackets with the possibility of their displacement and fixation.

SUBSTANCE: mine skip hoist comprises drum-type hoisting machine with steel rope secured to said drum, rope deflecting pulley, and skip fixed to rope. Said skip consists if frame and body for rock mass to be carried therein. Second hoisting machine is installed parallel with the first one, equipped with deflecting pulley with second end of said steel rope secured to second machine drum to run through 180 degrees over reverse pulley arranged to run axle at skip frame top edge. Proposed skip plant is furnished with movable pressure pipeline with three-way cock 13 and ejecting unit 14. Skip is made detachable and is provided with elastic member 11 adjoining to its bottom part. Union 10 arranged in bottom part engages at discharge station with movable pressure pipeline 2 to feed compressed air to clearance between elastic member and bottom part.

Side walls of skip are interconnected by fixed rear wall and bottom. Device is furnished also with fixed chutes, whose plane is arranged at angle of repose of unloaded material, which are arranged between side walls to form rigidity partitions for said walls. Each turning chute of gate is arranged lower than corresponding fixed chute to change its position and arranged at angle of repose of unloaded material and arrange in position limited by upper part of lower adjacent chute. Turning and fixed chute corresponding to each other are interconnected by torsion joint, and sealed envelope is installed between each two chutes connected by torsion joint. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to skip dumpers for hoists. Proposed device contains body, skips. Front wall of skip consists of articulated trays installed one over the other. Side walls of skip are interconnected by fixed wall and bottom and in front part, by posts-braces. Trays are provided with sides carrying levers furnished with rollers on cantilever part. Bottoms of trays in middle part are connected from outside to posts-braces, the latter being secured in side walls of skip through it their both ends. In initial position, trays are installed horizontally to prevent spilling of coal from skip body. To discharge coal from skip, skip is lifted to position in which rollers run onto discharge ski-making trays turn from horizontal position to position of angle of repose of material to be unloaded. This provides twisting of post-brace made in form of torsion bar and unloading of material from skip. Skip completely unloaded, it is lowered down, rollers move off discharge ski, and trays return in initial position under action of resilient forces of posts-brace, thus preparing skip for loading.
