SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology and represents a cosmetic skin care product in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion, containing: (A) a volatile hydrocarbon oil 3 to 25 wt %, (B) a non-volatile silicon oil 2 to 15 wt %, (C) polyethylene glycol mono- or diisostearate 0.1 to 0.8 wt % containing 4 to 12 groups of oxyethylene, (D) polyoxyethylene and polydimethyl siloxyehtyl dimethicone copolymer 1 to 5 wt %, an d (E) organically modified clay mineral 1.5 to 3 wt %; the ingredients normally introduced into the skin care products - the rest.

The technical FIELD

The present invention relates to a cosmetic treatment for skin care in the form of an emulsion of the type water-in-oil", which has excellent stability and is not oily when applied. More specifically the present invention relates to a cosmetic treatment for skin care in the form of an emulsion of the type water-in-oil containing volatile hydrocarbon oil and non-volatile silicone oil, which has excellent stability of emulsification.

PRIOR art

Cosmetic products for skin care in the form of an emulsion of the type water-in-oil" is used as cosmetic products for skin care applications, such as sunscreen cosmetic products, for which the necessary resistance. However, since the emulsion of the type water-in-oil" inevitably contain a relatively large amount of the oil component, they have a problem with the application, since it gives the feeling of oiliness, when applied to the skin.

In order to improve the feeling of the oil in the emulsion of the type water-in-oil" include volatile oil component. However, in some emulsions, mainly containing volatile silicone oil as a volatile oil component, a sense of surface slip and the feeling of scriptsisti become strong, the appropriate sense of lost moisture after application. In patent document 1 describes a cosmetic composition having resistance to migration, containing non-volatile silicone compound and the non-volatile hydrocarbon oil component that is incompatible with silicone. This cosmetic product contains volatile hydrocarbon oil component (the solvent), which may be dissolved non-volatile hydrocarbon oil, and can be dissolved or dispersed non-volatile silicone compound, and has improved resistance to migration due to the precise definition of the parameter dissolving the above-mentioned non-volatile hydrocarbon oil component.

In patent document 2 describes a composition in the form of an emulsion of the type water-in-oil containing fibers, silicone surfactant and clay, which is considered having good stability even at high temperatures (such as 45°C).

The INVENTION

A task that should be solved by the invention

Thus, the present invention is the development of cosmetic products for skin care, which can ensure the stability of emulsification and has excellent application properties, such as lack of oil, even in the case when the type of non-volatile hydrocarbon oil in the composition is in the form of an emulsion of the type water-in-oil containing non-volatile silicone oil.

The authors of the present invention conducted intensive research aimed at solving the above problem, and found that it is necessary to form a stable oil gel in order to obtain stable cosmetic emulsion of the type water-in-oil containing volatile hydrocarbon oil and non-volatile silicone oil, and that the above problem can be solved, and stable cosmetic product for skin care, which has excellent application properties can be obtained due to the inclusion of mono - or diisostearate of polyethylene glycol having a predefined number of groups oxyethylene, copolymer of polyoxyethylene and polymethylsilsesquioxane and organically modified clay mineral in combination, and completed the present invention.

The solution of the problem

(A) from 3 to 40 wt.% volatile hydrocarbon oil,

(B) from 0.1 to 25 wt.% non-volatile silicone oil,

(C) from 0.1 to 1 wt.% mono - or diisostearate of polyethylene glycol containing from 4 to 12 groups oxyethylene,

(D) from 0.1 to 5 wt.% copolymer of polyoxyethylene and polydimethylsiloxyethyl the tikona, and

(E) from 0.1 to 3 wt.% organically modified clay mineral.

The effects of the invention

As a cosmetic for skin care according to the present invention contains a volatile hydrocarbon oil, it does not cause the feeling of oiliness, or does not cause feelings of surface slip or feeling scriptsisti, but has excellent application properties and can give the skin feeling moisturized after application. In addition, it also has excellent emulsion stability over time.

Ways of carrying out the invention

Cosmetic product for skin care according to the present invention contains a volatile hydrocarbon oil (component a). Volatile hydrocarbon oil used in the present invention are not specifically limited if it is a hydrocarbon oil having a volatile at ordinary temperature, which is common used in cosmetics and the like, and examples may include isododecane, isohexadecane, hydrogenated polyisobutene and the like.

A number of include volatile hydrocarbon oil in the cosmetic of the present invention is from 3 to 40 wt.%, preferably from 3 to 30 wt.%, more preferably from 3 to 25 wt.%. The number of inclusions of non-volatile silicone oil in the cosmetic of the present invention is from 0.1 to 25 wt.%, preferably from 0.1 to 20 wt.%, more preferably from 0.1 to 15 wt.%. When the number of inclusions is less than 0.1 wt.%, there is no feeling of smoothness of the skin after application, and when the non-volatile silicone oil include more than 25 wt.%, surface slip becomes stronger, and sufficient convenience in the application cannot be achieved.

The cosmetic of the present invention contains a mono - or diisostearate of polyethylene glycol (component C), and it is necessary that this mono - or diisostearate of polyethylene glycol had from 4 to 12 groups oxyethylene. Cosmetic product for skin care according to the present invention can eliminate the feeling of oiliness and to give a sense of moisture due to the inclusion of volatile hydrocarbons. So it could be used as a cosmetic for skin care products for use in applications for which conventional use of cosmetic products in the form of an emulsion of the type water-in-oil.

Further, the present invention is explained in more detail with reference to specific examples below, but the present invention should not be construed as limited below and Examples. Compositions in the form of an emulsion of the type water-in-oil according to the present invention (Examples) and the compositions of Comparative examples were prepared and evaluated according to the following respective positions.

1. The state oil gel

The composition was evaluated in appearance after the composition was left at room temperature for 1 week.

In Comparative example 12, which contained diisostearate of polyethylene glycol containing only three groups of oxyethylene, homogeneous oily gel was not obtained, and the feeling of use was oily. On the other hand, examples 2-9, which contained diisostearate of polyethylene glycol containing from 4 to 12 groups oxyethylene were excellent stability of emulsification and consumer properties.

3. Cosmetic according to claim 1 or 2, where the copolymer of polyoxyethylene and polydimethylsiloxyethyl is a PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl.

4. Cosmetic according to claim 1 or 2, where the organically modified clay mineral is dimethyldodecylamine hectorite.

5. Cosmetic according to claim 3, where the organically modified clay mineral is dimethyldodecylamine hectorite.
