The present invention relates to medicine, in particular to physical therapy, and can be used in dental clinics, medical institutions, departments of rehabilitation treatment and rehabilitation centers.

The prevalence of chronic diseases of the oral cavity necessitates the development of new methods of treatment and prevention of these diseases. Gingivitis, an inflammatory process of the mucous membrane and tissues of the gum disease, the most common as adolescents and adults. Chronic catarrhal gingivitis may develop in smokers, on the background of gastrointestinal diseases, diseases of the endocrine system. According to clinical observations, untreated or insufficiently treated gingivitis leads to severe destructive processes in periodontal tissues, which is the main cause of tooth loss (Borovsky E.V., Ivanov V.S., 2001, Straka M, 2000). According to some authors, an important pathogenetic mechanism of diseases of the tissues of the mouth are disorders in the microcirculation of blood (Kukharenko J.V., 2005; Crecine E.K., 2007).

Numerous studies have shown that abnormalities in the microcirculation of the blood can be caused by both structural and functional changes in the vessels: reduced the eating of the number of functioning capillaries, violation of their permeability, the change of the aggregation properties of blood (Kropotkin A.I. Sidorov V.V., Baranov V.V., 2007).

In the practice of physiotherapy known method of treatment and correction of microcirculation in chronic catarrhal gingivitis using electrophoresis of drugs - the combined action of the constant current low voltage (30-80) and low intensity (up to 50 mA) and drug substance incorporated with it in the tissue (ulasik B.C., "Popular physiotherapy, 2003). The disadvantage of this method is the presence of contraindications associated with common diseases, and allergic reaction to injected drugs.

The known correction method microcirculation in acute exacerbations of chronic catarrhal gingivitis using broadband electromagnetic therapy based on the use of electromagnetic fields in the frequency range from 10 kHz to 1 GHz (Beketov E.N., Broadband electromagnetic therapy as a modern non-pharmacological treatment and secondary prevention of catarrhal gingivitis, 2006). The disadvantage of this is similar contraindications apply when the related common diseases, as well as individual intolerance of the high frequency current.

The closest in technical essence to appreciate the suggested method is a method of correction of microcirculation in chronic catarrhal gingivitis by conducting vibration massage implying the influence of mechanical vibrations of low frequencies on the processes of microcirculation in the tissues. Vibration massage is carried out with the help of special devices (EMF-2, "Vibratory") with vibrators adapted for vibratory massage of the gums. The technical result of the proposed method of correction of disorders of microcirculation in chronic catarrhal gingivitis in humans is to reduce painful and edematous syndromes, activation of microcirculation and neoangiogenesis, stimulation of metabolic processes, unilinearity processes, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial action.

This technical result is achieved by exposure to any reservation or shock wave generated by the electromagnetic system "CD", with a pulse duration of 0.3 to 0.6 μs, pulse frequency 90 Hz, with gradually increasing pressure amplitude from 5 to 9 MPa in the maxillofacial region through the soft tissue prior to application of the conductive gel and guidance of the head of the generator on the upper and lower jaw, are imposed on the application of enterosorbent "BS-" P adsorption capacity of 39.4 percent, a specific surface area of pores 2000 m2/g for 10-15 minutes, a total of 1000 pulses at the rate of 7-10 procedures.

The choice of the combination of the two factors on periodontal tissues, any reservation or shock wave generated by the electromagnetic system "CD", and applications of enterosorbent "BS-P, the proposed method of correction of disorders of microcirculation in chronic catarrhal gingivitis in man is justified by the fact that the properties of the enterosorbent "BS-P" to effectively absorb the chemical mediators of exudation and edema, to provide bacteriostatic and hemostatic effects potentiate the effects of any reservation or shock wave, which consists in improving microcirculatory reserve is in the gum tissue, stimulation of compensatory-adaptive mechanisms of the biochemical nature.

Examples of the method.

Example 1. Patient K. was born in 1975 admitted with complaints on pain when eating, bleeding gums during brushing. Smokes more than 15 years. Chronic diseases have been identified. In a study of marked redness and slight swelling of the gums, the soft dental plaque.

The patient is monitored by a gastroenterologist in occasion of a chronic gastritis. On physical examination, marked swelling, redness of the gums, her thickening, mechanical irritation accompanied by bleeding.

As a result of the course of treatment significantly reduced pain when eating, bleeding during mechanical stimulation is not observed, observed residual signs of redness and swelling of the gums. The proposed method of correction of microcirculation was tested on 46 patients aged from 27 to 54 years. Research was conducted on the basis of the fgbi "RRC MP and To the Ministry of health of Russia on the basis of dental polyclinic №35 of Moscow (Moscow). No side effects and good tolerability physiotherapeutic factors allow us to recommend this method for General use as a correction of microcirculatory disorders arising from inflammation of the periodontium, in particular in chronic catarrhal gingivitis.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treating patients with tongue cancer. For this purpose, on the 1st therapeutic day, taxotere 100 mg/m2 and cisplatin 50 mg/m2 are introduced intravenously drop-by-drop. One week later, a primary site and regional metastases are exposed distant gamma-therapy by accelerated fractionation in a single basic dose of 2.4 Gy fractionated by 1.2 Gy every 5 hours to a total basic dose of 40 isoGy. Every second day, in the middle of the 5-hour interval of the separate radiation fractions, platidiam 5 mg dissolved in actovegin gel is administered to the primary site, while the tumour is exposed to ultrasound at frequency 880 kHz and intensity 0.4 Wt/cm2 for 5 minutes. The therapeutic course is 9 administrations. After the 2-week interval of the radiation therapy, the chemotherapy is repeated as specified in the above regimen. The distant gamma-therapy in a single basic dose of 2.4 Gy, 1.2 Gy every 5 hours is conducted to a total basic dose of 60±4 isoGy. Between the radiation fractions, platidiam 5 mg dissolved in actovegin gel is administered to the primary site, while the tumour is exposed to ultrasound at frequency 880 kHz and intensity 0.4 Wt/cm2 for 5 minutes. The therapeutic course is 5 administrations.

EFFECT: method provides improving the therapeutic effect and quality of life in the patients with regional tongue cancer, including through a combination of the systemic and local administration of cytotoxic drugs, the effect of sonosensitisation and deeper penetration of the chemotherapeutic preparation into the full-thickness tumour as ensured by the intensive effect of ultrasound with underlying radiation therapy.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, neurosurgery and rehabilitation, and may be used to recover the sensor-motor function of the central nervous system and peripheral nerves. The therapy is three-staged. At the first stage, at least two hollow electrodes made of biologically neutral conductive material in a proximal and distal direction from a nerve injury are implanted into the nerve. The second stage involves at least one course of a focused extracorporeal shock-wave therapy consisting in at least five sessions in a combination with intraneural electric stimulation and intraneural ionic medication aiming at stimulating the growth of peripheral nerve fibre axons and the regeneration of Schwann cells forming the medullary sheath. At the third stage, the implanted electrodes are removed, and at least one session of transcutaneous electric stimulation with one-step electric myoneurography is conducted to coordinate neural pulses passage through the newly formed peripheral nerve synapses.

EFFECT: method provides the high therapeutic effectiveness in case of injuring up to 90% of neural synapses, reduced length of rehabilitation up to the complete recovery in the patient with no contra-indications and a possibility of the outpatient care.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely dentistry, and may be used for treating herpetic stomatitis in HIV-patients. That is ensured by conducting a therapy that involves anti-herpetic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory preparations. From the very beginning of the therapy, the 2-week oral administration of glyciram 0.05-0.01 g is prescribed 2-4 times a day after a meal. In addition, the oral mucosa is topically exposed to low-frequency ultrasound oscillations with amplitude of oscillation 30-35 mcm, with frequency of cavitation 24.5-28.5 kHz for the first minute through an aqueous solution of glyciram. The aqueous solution of glyciram is prepared in advance at 0.025 mg of glycyram granules per 100 ml of warm boiled water. The therapeutic course is 10-14 ultrasonic procedures.

EFFECT: method provides the increased clinical effectiveness ensured by eliminating the side effects and reducing the severity of the disease.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to physiotherapy, surgery. A method consists in conducting a course of pelotherapy by applications. The therapy is started within the first four weeks following a laparotomy. The therapy involves the sulphide mud applications on an anteriolateral abdominal wall. The sulphide mud temperature is 42° C. The application length is gradually increased from 10 to 20 minutes. The procedures are performed every second day. A minimum number of the applications is 10.

EFFECT: method reduces the peritoneal adhesions.
