The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used to accelerate the hardening of concrete and concrete products.

Known steam curing chamber heat-moisture treatment (see Guidance on heat treatment of concrete and concrete products. M, stroiizdat, 1974, p.14).

The disadvantage of this device is a relatively small plant efficiency and low ability to control the process.

The closest in technical essence to the proposed installation is steaming Luggage Semenov L.A. (see kN, Y.M. Bazhenov, L.A. Alimov, V.V. Voronin, UH Magdeev. Concrete technology, building products and structures. M., Izd-vo ASV, 2006, p.105). It has a system of steam pipes, steam registers, concrete walls and cover. When heat and moisture treatment (TWT) in the setting of periodic action as an energy carrier is used saturated steam. The main drawbacks of this camera are: significant loss of thermal energy from the heat source; significant capital investment when used as a heat both Central and Autonomous sources of heat; lack of environmental friendliness of the process, because of the formation of contaminated condensate, and the impossibility of its use without the use of serious and costly treatment methods; n is sufficient quality control process, which in turn leads to marriage.

The technical objective is to create a camera for the accelerated curing of concrete products (UTBI) devoid of these shortcomings.

The technical result is an improvement of the regulatory process, minimize heat losses, the possibility of transport.

It is achieved by the fact that the building envelope is made of composite material comprising a metal, sheet asbestos and foil, with thermal insulation with air gap bounded by two layers of foil, with a layer of asbestos on the inner walls of the chamber are covered with foil, and at the bottom of the camera, on the side walls are installed infrared heaters, portable sensor, on the perimeter of the water with splintery, at the top of the camera is the contact device protection. Camera cover is made of transparent material resistant to temperature extremes, through which penetrates the infrared radiation from the sun in the visible part of the spectrum.

This is done in order to reduce the consumption of electric energy in the summer for the southern regions of the Russian Federation.

The insulating material is expanded polystyrene are relatively resistant to high temperatures (up to 250C), low coefficient of thermal conductivity of 0.04 W/m g) is included with the becoming combined enclosing walls of the chamber, reduces heat loss when a free Convention of air from the workpiece to the fence. Solid-state infrared emitters mounted on the bottom of the camera, can significantly reduce the duration of the heat treatment of products, to simplify the structural design, as well as to create conditions for quality automation. During heating and drying of wet materials infrared energy is converted into heat, and the phenomena of heat and mass transfer are developing outside of the material in the working chamber, and inside the material. The convective component of the solid-state infrared emitters is very small. Significant energy transfer occurs when radiant heat exchange, so walling included three layers of foil, the change in the wall with other materials to reflect the flow of radiant energy from the inner wall of the chamber and thereby to focus on his product. Setting the camera on a portable submersible sensor mounted directly in the molded product, allows you to control the temperature of the product, which should not exceed 80-90C, as under isothermal heating of the hardened concrete increases in volume and due to the difference of coefficients of linear thermal expansion of its components, the formation of microdefects, narusasusaku between the cement and stone filling (reduced strength). For timely and quality control process applied parallel connection of the emitters, which allows taking into account the load increases, connect the optional infrared emitters.

Figure 1 shows the proposed camera. She has a body 1, a removable cover 2, a portable submersible sensor 3, the solid-state infrared irradiators 4, stationary and humidity sensor 5, the stationary sensor 6, the water supply with splintery 7, contact the electrical protection device 8 mounted on the bottom of the camera the rails 9. Next to the camera installed in the electrical panel with transformer single-phase electric power supply 10, a water tank 11, a pump 12 with an automated valve 13.

The device operates as follows. After molding products and set them prior strength they fit into the camera, the intermediate product is placed submersible sensor 3 for quality control of heat treatment process, the chamber is closed by a removable cover 2, is checked contact protection 8, in accordance with the type of product is set to the mode of heat-moisture treatment on the electrical control unit 10, the voltage on the rails 9, on which is mounted infrared irradiators 4. For quality control of accelerated curing of concrete products in the camera is stationary wet is based sensor 5, the processed data which is coming to the pump 12 with an automated valve 13 diverting water from the tank 11 to feed it into the chamber through the water with splintery 7.

The positive effect of the invention is achieved by the execution of the enclosing structure of the camera of insulating material is expanded polystyrene, installing a solid-state infrared emitters and the use of foil as a reflector on all internal walls, parallel form of connection of the solid-state IR emitters for a softer heating supply and installation of portable submersible sensor indicating the temperature of the product.

Luggage for the accelerated curing of concrete and concrete products radiation in the visible part of the spectrum containing walls, a removable translucent cover and supply of thermal energy, wherein the enclosing structure and the removable cover of the camera is made of composite material comprising a metal, sheet asbestos and foil, with thermal insulation with air gap bounded by two layers of foil, with a layer of asbestos on the inner walls of the chamber are covered with foil, and at the bottom of the camera installed infrared heaters, portable sensor, on the perimeter of the water with splintery, at the top of the camera is contactee device protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel method of making articles in form of slabs, porous slabs, blocks made from a conglomerate consisting of pieces of stone. The method is based on the existing technology of compaction by means of vacuum compression and involves preparation of a mixture consisting of a granulate and binder which is an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic prepolymer. The granulate is selected from stone-like materials. The mixture also contains a finely dispersed inorganic aggregate. The mixture is deposited in form of a layer onto a substrate or inside a mould and is compacted via vacuum vibro-compression. Further, the binder which is present in the moulded article is hardened. At the step for compaction using vacuum vibro-compression, the article hardens in conditions which enable to prevent removal of water from the mixture due to evaporation. When making porous slabs, at the compacting step, the article hardens in conditions which enable to remove water from the mixture. When making blocks, the mixture is deposited only inside the mould. When using the method, blocks can also be made, which can then be sawed.

EFFECT: articles have high mechanical strength, resistance to UV radiation and are environmentally safe.
