Composition for producing cosmetic products and method for production thereof

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology, particularly a composition enriched with silver nanoparticles and a method of producing said composition. The composition is intended to replace water as the basic component for producing cosmetic products (shampoos, Balsams, masks, intimate hygiene agents, creams etc). The composition contains a dry 65% whey protein concentrate, a micellar solution of silver nanoparticles in form of an aqueous solution having concentration of 500 mg/l in amount of 0.01-0.5% and additionally water. The method of producing said composition involves heating water to temperature of 50-55°C, adding the whey protein concentrate to the heated water in portions, recirculating the obtained mixture for 15 minutes using a cam-driven pump, adding the micellar solution of silver nanoparticles to the stirred mixture and cooling the obtained mixture to 30°C.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain cosmetic material which protects skin from inflammatory processes and ageing, controls and maintains the skin water-oil balance.

The invention relates to the field of cosmetology, in particular to obtain a composition used as the main component for the production of cosmetic products (shampoos, conditioners, masks, hygiene, creams and others) instead of water.

A method of obtaining cosmetic raw materials on the basis of whey (patent No. 2236144, publ. 20.09.2004, IPC AS 21/02), providing for the cultivation of Lactobacillus siccum and Bifidobacterium siccum in sterile non-fatty milk. The method provides receiving cosmetic raw materials on the basis of whey, which meets the necessary requirements for cosmetic products in terms of sterility, toxicity, allergenicity.

The disadvantage of the invention is insufficient properties of cosmetic raw materials to protect the skin from inflammation and aging, adjustment of water-lipid balance of the skin.

The problem solved by the present invention, consists in obtaining cosmetic raw materials in the form of a composition for cosmetic products based on whey, enriched with silver ions.

The technical result will be obtaining cosmetic raw materials in the form of a composition of whey, enriched with silver ions, with improved properties to protect skin from the sun is Alitalia processes and aging, regulation and support of water-lipid balance of the skin due to the enrichment with silver ions whey and use it as a base for cosmetic products (shampoos, conditioners, masks, hygiene, creams and others) instead of water.

To solve this problem we use the composition for cosmetic products based on whey, enriched with silver, with the following formula:

As michelango solution of silver nanoparticles can be used, the preparation of nanostructured particles of silver grade SILVERNANO-2, the company Nanomet" or any similar composition. The drug is obtained from a micellar solution of silver nanoparticles (drug SILVERNANO-1, TU 2499-001-89609298-2009) according to the method described in the patent for invention №2202400, priority from 05.07.2002,

Bactericidal effect is negligible concentrations of silver ions is due to the fact that they interfere with the activity of the microbes, interfering with the work of biological catalysts - enzymes. Connecting with the amino acid cysteine, which is part of the enzyme, silver ions interfere with its normal operation.

Biologically active silver produced by advanced technology, supports and regulates the water-lipid balance of our skin, stops the ripening microorganisms, inhibiting their reproduction and, consequently, protecting the skin from inflammation and aging.

The production method composition:

Example 1

Preparation of composition a total volume of 100 kg:

Protein-whey concentrate - 20 kg

- Preparation of silver nanoparticles grade SILVERNANO-2 - 0.1 kg

- Water - 79,9 l

In an installation for production of raw water is injected into the component (1) 79.9 litres.

Next, the reactor is heated water up to 50-55ºC (temperature is not exceeded as a result of the degradation of protein and collapse). Then slowly through the hopper add protein and whey concentrate in the amount of 20 kg (powder, is added in portions in order to avoid clumping). After entering the concentrate open ball valves 3b, 3C and turns on the pump 2, is being circulated for 15 minutes. Next, the pump is off, the valves are closed.

The recirculated add drug nanoparticles and cooled to 30ºC. The preservative is not necessary to enter, since silver ions have bactericidal action of the M.

Installation for production of raw component (figure 1) consists of a reactor (1), the Central anchor stirrer (4), a feed hopper (5), the Cam pump (2), ball valves (3).

The reactor (1) with a working volume of 120 liters made of stainless steel. Inside the reactor there is a Central anchor stirrer (4) with additional scrapers, which works at the speed of 10 rpm to 25 rpm In the reactor itself is the whole process of mixing due to the work of the Central anchor stirrer, which provides a continuous smooth mixing. The Cam pump (2) provides the necessary recirculation and mixing of the product without changing its structure.

Ball valves (3) regulate the direction of the product when opening valves 3b and 3b of mixing product is recirculated by means of a Cam pump. When opening valves 3b and 3A drain the finished composition (draining by gravity).

SUBSTANCE: binder contains bitumen and a polymer component consisting of industrial oil which is nano-modified with single-wall carbon nanotubes without purification from impurities of carbon and metal nanoparticles, and a polymer. The polymer component used is thermoplastic elastomer DST-30R-01. Components are in the following ratio, wt %: DST-30R-01 - 1.1-3.4; industrial oil - 2.2-9.4; single-wall carbon nanotubes - 0.001-0.03; bitumen - the balance. The method of producing the binder involves adding the polymer component to bitumen while stirring. Before adding to bitumen, the polymer component is prepared by mixing the single-wall carbon nanotubes with industrial oil at temperature of 100-120°C and then adding the polymer, after which the obtained mixture is added to bitumen while stirring at 120-160°C.

EFFECT: obtaining highly homogeneous bitumen binder, having improved physical and mechanical properties while reducing consumption of polymer and industrial oil.
