FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: heading machine contains actuating device, support lifter, caged platform, electric equipment, control post, feeding mechanism, conveyor and chassis. In pivot mechanism located at chassis and driven by swing hydraulic cylinders spherical roller bearing is installed at bearing axis inside two-sided plain thrust bearing. Plain thrust bearing consists of assemblies (two at each side) segments in circumferential direction; segments are made of wear-resisting steel and are fixed by sunk screws.

EFFECT: decrease in dimensions and increase in service life of heading machine.

The invention relates to the field of mining engineering and can be used in the construction of mining machines.

Known continuous miner PC-SM (see "Tunneling machines" YA Baser, V.I. Crotalin, UL Sokolov, Moscow, Nedra, 1974. p.101, 102), a turning device which consists of a reference axis, mounted on the main frame of the harvester, and a pivotable frame with brackets.

Rotating frame is mounted on a support axis by means of a spherical bearing and cast iron sleeve.

Use this as a turning device, spherical roller bearing, perceiving axial and radial load, and a cast iron sleeve, located at some distance from the spherical roller bearing and withstand the radial load, it is not possible to achieve the specified lower technical result.

The presence of double loading (axial and radial) leads to rapid wear of the spherical roller bearing.

This is the turning device has a large size because of the remoteness of the cast-iron sleeve spherical roller bearing.

The closest technical solution adopted for the prototype, is a mountain combine to patent No. 2168015 "Mountain harvester", the priority 01.09.1999 g, CL E21C 27/24, E21A 13/04 was investigated, including suspension, bearing slewing column, the Executive body, pittel is, conveyor, magnetic station, oil station, oil tank. In the rotary column there are two thrust bearings.

The disadvantage of this design are the large dimensions of the support-PowerToy column vertically because of the remoteness of the bearings from each other, and that the two thrust bearing may perceive less of the total load. Therefore, the resource function of the rotary column known prototype small.

The present invention is to reduce the size and increase the service life of the harvester of the tunnel.

Comparison of the claimed harvester heading, containing the Executive body, crepidodera, a platform with railing, electrical, seat control unit, feeder, conveyor, running gear, with the prototype allows to make a conclusion about the absence in the latter of signs similar to a distinctive signs in the claimed harvester heading:

- located in the chassis and driven by hydraulic cylinders turning device of a spherical roller bearing is installed on reference axis within bilateral thrust sliding bearing;

thrust sliding bearing consists of four rows (two rows on each side) located on the circumference of the segments of Inosanto is some steel and secured by countersunk screws.

The set of features of the claimed technical solution is different from the prototype and known similar and should not be explicitly studied the prior art, therefore, the authors believe that the object is new and involves an inventive step.

These characteristics are related to each other so that when the removal of one of them disappears produced by the invention of the technical result.

The invention also represents a step in the development of technology and is progressive, as it allows to reduce the size and increase the life of the harvester of the tunnel.

Harvester sinking, which claimed the invention may find wide application in the mining sector, i.e. is industrially applicable technical solution.

The achievement of the technical result in the application of the claimed harvester heading, containing the Executive body, crepidodera, a platform with railing, electrical, seat control unit, feeder, conveyor, suspension, provided that:

- located in the chassis and driven by hydraulic cylinders turning device of a spherical roller bearing is installed on reference axis within bilateral thrust sliding bearing;

thrust sliding bearing consists of h is four rows (two rows on each side) located on the circumference of the segments of wear-resistant steel and secured by countersunk screws.

This arrangement of bearings significantly reduce the dimensions of the rotator and combine the tunnel.

The application of the thrust sliding bearing is allowed to unload spherical roller bearing from axial loads and to increase its service life. The use of four rows spaced around the circumference of the segments of wear-resistant steel has also increased the resource of the rotary device and combine the tunnel.

The essence of the claimed invention is illustrated the accompanying drawings (figure 1, figure 2. figure 3, figure 4).

On the drawing (figure 1) depicts the harvester heading, which contains the Executive body 1, crepidodera 2, platform barrier 3, 4 electrical, place the control processor 5, the feeder 6, the conveyor 7, the chassis 8.

In the drawings (figure 2, figure 3, figure 4) depicts a rotary device, which contains the rotary plate 9, a cover 10, the body of the sliding bearing 11, a spherical roller bearing 12, the supporting axis 13, a base 14, the bolts 16 and 17, the seals 18 and 19, the pins 21 and 22, the high-pressure hose 23, the segments 24, countersunk screws 25.

The rotary device is mounted on the main frame of the harvester 15 and held in place with axis 20 (figure 2).

In front of the rotary plate 9 (figure 2) has two lugs 28 (Fig 1) to install Executive organ (figure 1) and two lugs 29 (figure 1) to install two lifting cylinders 26 (1) of the Executive body. In the middle part of the rotary plate 9 (figure 2) has two lugs 30 (figure 2) for cylinder installation turn 27 (figure 1).

The rotary plate 9 (figure 2) mounted on the housing of the sliding bearing 11 (figure 2) by means of pins 21 (figure 2) and is secured by bolts 16 (figure 2). Pins 21 (figure 2) is pressed into the housing of the sliding bearing 11 (figure 2).

Segments of wear-resistant steel 24 (figure 3) mounted on the cover 10 (2), on the support surface of the body of the sliding bearing 11 (2), on the supporting axis 13 (figure 2).

The segments are located on a circle with a certain gap (figure 4), and each segment is fixed with six countersunk screws 25 (Fig 3).

Between the top two rows of segments has guaranteed the gap.

The pins 22 (figure 2) is pressed into the supporting axis 13 and the base 14 (figure 2) and is required for installation of the cover 10 and the reference axis 13 (figure 2).

The reference axis 13 (figure 2) with the attached spherical roller bearing 12 (2), the housing of the sliding bearing 11 (figure 2) and a lid 10 (figure 2) mounted on the base 14 by bolts 17 (figure 2). For this purpose, the base 14 (figure 2), there are threaded holes.

High-pressure hose 23 (figure 2) is screwed into the support axis 13 (2) and serves to supply under the pressure of the grease in the bearing cavity.

The seal 19 (figure 2) is made of rubber and prevents leakage of lubricant from the bearing cavity. Sealing of the e 18 (figure 2) is made of felt and protects the bearing cavity from the ingress of particulate matter.

SUBSTANCE: rotating axle of machine corresponds to element installed in stationary supports on both sides. The stationary supports have semi-spherical recesses for placement of a ball. At least from one side the rotating element has a cavity with a spring loaded part movably installed in it. The said part has a semi-spherical recess for placement of a ball and a cross groove. The groove fixes the part in the cavity of the element in two positions by means of a screw. The screw is set in the orifices made in a wall of the cavity of the rotating element. An orifice pushing the ball out of the semi-spherical recess is made in the stationary support.

EFFECT: facilitation of assembly and disassembly of axle.

SUBSTANCE: bearing unit consists of hydro-mechanical switching device positioned in bore of case (2) radial to shaft (1) and including: rolling element (7), slide (6) encasing rolling element, choke (9) installed with a gap "b" relative to slide, exceeding gap "a" between friction bearing (3) and shaft, and pusher (8) resting on rolling element. Oil channels (4) and (5) are made in the case. Cavity of high pressure (14) is located between slide (6) and case (2), while cavity of low pressure (15) is located between slide (6) and choke (9). Slide (6) and pusher (8) are independently spring loaded relative to choke (9); also, rigidity of spring (12) of the pusher is less, than rigidity of spring (13) of the slide. Rigidity of spring (12) of the pusher is chosen from a condition of minimal required pressure of pusher (8) onto rolling element (7), while rigidity of spring (13) of the slide is chosen from the condition of ensuring operation pressure of oil in the cavity of slide (6).

EFFECT: compact design of complex bearing unit possessing high reliability and long service life.

SUBSTANCE: radial articulated-spherical module complex by type of friction consists of rolling bearing including external and internal rings, separator and elements of rolling friction, and also of articulated-spherical, radial cylinder and end bearings made out of anti-friction self-lubricating composite. Also, internal surface of the internal ring of the rolling bearing is spherical, whereon there is secured the spherical friction bearing in kinematic conjugation with the internal ring of the articulated-spherical friction bearing, external surface of which is spherical. The internal ring of the rolling bearing is simultaneously the external ring of the articulated-spherical friction bearing. The radial cylinder and end support or thrust friction bearings are arranged on internal cylinder and on end surfaces of the internal ring of the articulated-spherical friction bearing. According to the second version the spherical friction bearing is fixed on spherical surface of the external ring of the articulated-spherical friction bearing; the spherical friction bearing is in kinematic connection with the external ring of the rolling bearing. Its external surface is made spherical. The radial cylinder and end friction bearings are secured on cylinder and end surfaces of the internal ring of the rolling bearing.

EFFECT: raised reliability and essentially increased resource of friction supports at operation under emergency conditions.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to rotor-support unit production. Combined hybrid support comprises a housing and a bush of hydrostatic/hydrodynamic sliding bearing. The bush is set in the housing and can be moved axially; a closed cavity supplied with the operating fluid under pressure is formed by the bush and the housing. The bush inner surface comprises two parts: one is characterised by mating conical multilobe surface embracing a shaft conical journal, the other one - by mating cylindrical surface on the shaft. On the cylindrical surface side the bush is applicated with an axial application spring in respect to the shaft, the spring force value is less and its direction is opposite in relation to the force developed in the above closed cavity and affecting the bush. A system of supplying operating fluid to the running clearances of the hydrostatic/hydrodynamic sliding bearing is formed in the housing and the bush; it consists of feeding pipes, gasket rings and a jet.

EFFECT: increasing reliability and service life of the rotor-support unit, simplifying its production and operation due to simple design, increasing operation resource, motion stability and suppressing shafts and rotors whipping.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in most industries for production of machine and mechanism shaft bearing supports operated under axial and radial loads. The taper hydro-static-and-dynamic taper-thrust surface plain bearing incorporates the shaft journal external bush with grooves on its inner surfaces. One of the said grooves, representing a circular groove, is arranged across the bearing taper generating lines and shifted relative the bearing central transverse axis towards the taper smaller base by 0.25 to 0.35 of its length. Note that working fluid is forced via the radial hole into the aforesaid groove. The bearing inner surface facing the larger base opposite the said circular groove is furnished with lengthwise recesses to form a multi-wedge inner surface of the bearing. The proposed taper plain bearing feature consisting in separating and duplicating the bearing smooth and multi-wedge functions serves to simplify its design and operation.

EFFECT: higher reliability and longer life, ease of manufacture and operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to production of the rotor-bearing assemblies made up of a combination of plain and rolling bearings increasing the reliability of rotor machines. The controllable bearing support incorporates a rolling bearing and a taper-thrust-surface plain bearing fitted on the shaft. The shaft bore houses an elastic ring with an inner chamber whereto working fluid is forced through the shaft central and radial holes to deform the said ring radially, that is, to change its OD to ensure a friction contact with the plain bearing taper movable bush. Note here that the said ring is reinforced along its OD by metal plates and fastened in the shaft bore by means of clips.

EFFECT: higher reliability and longer life, simpler design and manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: combine bearing is made up of a rolling bearing with inner and outer races with rollers arranged therebetween and a radial-thrust plain bearing fitted fixed on radial and end face surfaces of the rolling bearing inner or outer race. The radial thrust plain bearing represents a trough-shaped solid toroidal bearing brass made from antifriction self-lubricating composite material, e.g. industrial fabric made up of polyphen and arimide fibers impregnated all over their thickness with a binder, for example, GIPK-114 and a tallow-compound break-in oil layer SURM-1 bringing about, in friction with the rider, a selective transfer effect, i.e. a no-wear effect.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to production of rotary-bearing supports made up of a combination of a plain and anti-friction bearings increasing the reliability and life of rotary machines. The combination bearing support consists of an anti-friction bearing and a plain beating with a tapered bearing surface fitted on the shaft. The shaft accommodates also an unequal-rigidity ring fitted to get deformed in radial direction, i.e. to have outer diameter varied under centrifugal force effect, to ensure a friction contact with the plain bearing movable tapered bushing. Note that the said ring is a corrugated one furnished with recesses and ledges, the former being designed to rigidly fix the ring on the shaft and the latter accommodating the weights.

SUBSTANCE: heading set of equipment includes heading machine with actuator device fixed at it by timberer with hold-down beam and spacing cylinders. Turning shaft at hold-down beam is equipped with turning mechanism at the machine conveyor. Manipulators are equipped with drilling and anchoring tools with permanent anchorage. Hold-down beam is equipped with sliding telescopes; manipulators with permanent fixtures are fixed at sliding telescopes of the hold-down beam. Turning shaft is made as load lifting telescopic boom with lifting and spacing cylinders. Hold-down beam at carry does not protrude beyond machine dimensions.

EFFECT: improving reliability of timberer, reducing errors at erection of permanent anchorage, increasing mobility and expanding scope of application both with minimum and maximum draft size.

SUBSTANCE: tunnelling machine actuator comprises a boom, a dispensing reducer and two breaking-loading crowns, axes of which are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the boom, the direction of their rotation is mutually opposite, and the body of each breaking-loading crowns is arranged in the form of a truncated conical surface combining a smaller base at the side of the bottomhole with a larger base at the side of the dispensing reducer. On the outer surfaces of bodies of breaking-loading crowns there are trihedral prisms installed with disc tools as capable of covering trajectories of movement and reversing rotation directions.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of mine tunnelling by combination of breaking, grinding and loading processes in a tunnelling actuator.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: mining tunnelling combine comprises a displacement mechanism and a boom or a frame. On the frame there are at least two rotary cutting heads and two cutting rollers. Axes of cutting heads rotation pass in direction of tunnelling or are arranged at the sharp angle relative to tunnelling direction. Two cutting rollers are installed in parallel and behind the cutting heads, and may be arranged on the foot and on the roof, accordingly. Both cutting rollers comprise end sections capable of sliding to the profile width to form a substantially rectangular profile of cutting. At the same time each cutting roller is separately hingedly connected with the boom or the frame with the possibility of height adjustment, and each cutting roller has a diameter corresponding to at least one fifth of diameter of cutting heads cutting.

EFFECT: formation of a rectangular profile of a tunnel by a mining machine, exclusion of operation to remove curved profiles, higher safety.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: The invention relates to mining, in particular, to design of operating element of a mining machine. The operating element of mining machine for coal extraction in formations with hard inclusions comprises a revolving gear and a cutting section installed on rotatable output gear shaft. A power transmission which rotates the output gear shaft of this revolving gear is installed inside the frame of revolving gear. The cutting section receives power pulses from unbalanced vibrator positioned inside of it. The cutting section is kinematically connected by coaxially positioned outer and inner torsion bars with output gear shaft and unbalanced vibrator respectively. The unbalanced vibrator is actuated through inner torsion bar. There is an additional transmission installed inside the frame of the revolving gear, which is positioned in parallel with the power transmission or the output gear shaft. This additional transmission rotates the inner torsion bar relaying the rotation to the unbalanced vibrator.

EFFECT: reduced size of operating element while retaining efficiency of extracting thin coal layers with hard inclusions.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: mining tunnelling combine comprises a frame equipped with a travelling mechanism, a boom that carries cutting facilities and a traction facility that passes in the longitudinal direction of the combine behind the back end of the frame. Cutting facilities are formed by at least two rotary cutting heads having axes of rotation passing in direction of tunnelling or arranged at the sharp angle to the tunnelling direction. The mining tunnelling combine also comprises a block suitable for towing behind the frame, having a transverse passage for the traction facility and hingedly connected to the frame by means of blocks of hydraulic piston cylinders. The block comprises at least one boring and setting device for anchors and at least one support device fixed on the roof and foot, each at both sides of the traction facility. On the block there is also a control device connected to the drive of the travelling mechanism and/or drives of cutting facilities and with hydraulic control of blocks of hydraulic piston cylinders, so that blocks switch to free-flow or floating position during combine tunnelling.

EFFECT: invention provides for installation of anchors most closely to the face with simultaneous continuation of boring process.

Section of the second end drum includes the following: the second shaft passing along rotation axis and located at some distance along rotation axis from the first shaft and including the second channel passing along rotation axis; the second end drum attached to the second shaft; extension piece of the second end drum, which is located coaxially around rotation axis; the second piston located in the second channel with possibility of being rotated relative to it, fixed relative to extension piece of the second end drum and offset along the rotation axis between extended configuration of extension piece of the second end drum and retracted configuration of extension piece of the second end drum; the second connecting sleeve transmitting the torque moment between the second end drum and extension piece of the second end drum. Section of middle drum is located concentrically to rotation axis and passes between the first and the second shafts.

EFFECT: development of extension piece of drum of lower layout of cutter drum, which is supported irrespective of the main drum for relative extension and retraction.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: escapement transportation facility intended for system of deposits development by flow-line method, comprising module conveyor sections, which are joined together to form conveyor chain. Escapement transportation facility comprises the main frame for support of back conveyor section of conveyor chain. The main frame has the first side, through which additional conveyor sections are added to conveyor chain, and the second side. Accumulating conveyor is installed on the main frame. Driving unit is intended for selective motion forward and backward retraction of conveyor chain. Besides escapement transportation facility comprises ceiling arranged over the main frame. Ceiling is installed at least on one cantilever support, passing upward as joint with the second main frame, so that the first side remains open for addition of additional conveyor sections to conveyor chain.

EFFECT: creation of escapement transportation facility used for development of deposits at relatively narrow benches.

SUBSTANCE: drive device for rotary tool, which operates with oscillation loading, has drive housing, load-carrying sleeve installed with possibility of being rotated in drive housing, drive shaft installed with possibility of being rotated in load-carrying sleeve, carrier of the tool for receiving processing tools, and oscillation excitation device for creating oscillation loading of carrier of the tool. Oscillation excitation device for each carrier of the tool has at least two intermediate shafts which by means of eccentric parts are attached to carriers of the tools and made with possibility of synchronous actuation.

EFFECT: improving support and sealing of drive shaft and load-carrying sleeve, increasing service life of drive devices.

Every sector accommodates, at least, three elastic toothed cassettes each comprising elastic plate from sheet metal with cut teeth and elements ot secure plates on central piece.

EFFECT: longer life, lower weight.
