The invention relates to the development of gunpowder small arms.

The famous charge of ammunition for small arms of the spherical powder (TFP) TU 7506804-98-90, which is intended for use in sporting rifle cartridges of 5.6 mm caliber "Sniper", "Junior". The charge consists of fractions: 0,4...0,2 mm - not less than 95 wt.%, more than 0.4 mm and less than 0.2 mm and no more than 5 wt.%, the bulk density of the powder charge is 0.61...0,77 kg/inch

The use of this charge in a hunting cartridge, the 7.62×51 (308 Win) does not provide ballistic characteristics due to the low bulk density and fine powder of elements.

As a prototype, the authors selected the patent SU 1813292 A3, through which the powder charge is made with a bulk density of 0.62...to 0.72 kg/DM3particle size of 0.2-0.4 mm, phlegmatized from the surface to the powder weight of 2.0...4.0 wt.% dibutyl phthalate, grafitomane from the surface to 0.1...0.3 wt.% graphite, with a water content of 0.1...0.9 wt.% when the next mass ratio of fractions, wt.%:

0,2...0,4 mm - at least 75
0,2 mm 0,4 mm - no more than 25

The use of this charge in a hunting cartridge, the 7.62×51 (308 Win) does not provide ballistic nature of the sticks on the flight speed of bullets, the variation of the speed of flight of the bullet and the powder gas pressure in the barrel of the weapon.

The aim of the invention is to increase the stability of the ballistic characteristics of spherical powders for hunting cartridge of 7.62×51 (308 Win).

View of the cartridge shown in Fig.

The cartridge consists of bullet 1 and the sleeve 2 with primer-igniter 3, in which is placed a charge of spherical powders 4, made of spherical powder of elements consisting of nitrocellulose (NC) with nitrous oxide 210,5...213,0 ml NO/g, 20...30 wt.% ColleXion "NC", 13,0...20.0 wt.% nitroglycerin (galvanizing room), 0,1...0,3 wt.% centralite II (C II), 0.5 to 1.1 wt.% of diphenylamine (DFA)with a bulk density 0,960...0,990 kg/DM3, phlegmatized with the surface...7,0 4,0 wt.% centralita I (C I) and 1.5...3.0 wt.% dinitrotoluene (DNT), grafitomane from the surface to 0.1...0.3 wt.% graphite content of 0.2...0.9 wt.% moisture and 0.1...0.9 wt.% ethyl acetate (EA) in the following ratio fractions, wt.%:

- mass fraction of powder,
passing through the grid 0.8 mm
and remaining on the grid 0,315 mm at least 90
- mass fraction of coarse fraction the
powder remaining on the sieve of 0.8 mm
and fine fractions of the powder held
through the mesh 0,315 mm, total: not more than 10

Developed charge to hunting cartridge, the 7.62×51 (308 Win) must provide the following ballistic characteristics: the speed of a bullet, middle - 810...830 m/s, the spread between the highest and lowest values of the velocity of a bullet - not more than 35 m/s, the powder gas pressure MPa: average no more than 299,0; the highest is not more than 328,4; least - at least 255,0.

The authors found that the charge of powder elements for hunting cartridge of 7.62×51 (308 Win), consisting of NTS with nitrous oxide 210,5...213,0 ml NO/g, 20,0 30,0...wt.% ColleXion "NC", 13,0...20.0 wt.% Galvanizing room, 0,1...0,3 wt.% C II, 0.5 to 1.1 wt.% DFA with a bulk density 0,960...0,990 kg/DM3, phlegmatized with the surface...7,0 4,0 wt.% C I and 1.5 to 3.0 wt.% DNT, grafitomane from the surface to 0.1...0.3 wt.% graphite content of 0.2...0.9 wt.% moisture and 0.1...0.9 wt.% EA provides ballistic characteristics in a hunting cartridge, the 7.62×51 (308 Win).

The reduction of nitric oxide in NC less 210,5 ml NO/g, ColleXion "NC" less than 20.0 wt.%, Galvanizing room less of 13.0 wt.%, C II less than 0.1 wt.%, DFA less than 0.5 wt.% and musypneummaot less 0,960 kg/DM increases the mass of the powder charge and increase the pressure of the powder gases in the barrel of the weapon.

To ensure the progressivity of the burning propellant charge powder elements phlegmatizers from the surface...7,0 4,0 wt.% C I and 1.5 to 3.0 wt.% DNT, gratitude from the surface to 0.1...0.3 wt.% graphite. Reducing C I less than 4.0 wt.%, DNT less than 1.5 wt.%, graphite is less than 0.1 wt.% leads to reduction of weight of the powder charge and increase the pressure of the powder gases in the barrel of the weapon.

The ethyl acetate and the moisture in the composition of gunpowder perform the role of technological additives. The decrease in EA of less than 0.1 wt.% and moisture is less than 0.2 wt.% associated with an increase in the duration of the technological process, and the increase in EA of more than 0.9 wt.% and moisture of more than 0.9 wt.% leads to increase of mass of the propellant charge and the reduction of speed of a bullet.

To ensure stable ballistic characteristics of the hunting cartridge of 7.62×51 (308 Win) powder charge must have fractional composition: spherical elements with a diameter of 0,8...0,315 mm - not less than 90%, the spherical elements with a particle size of about 0.8 mm and less 0,315 mm - not more than 10%. The increase in fractional composition of spherical elements exceeding 0.8 mm leads to an increase in the mass of the powder charge and the reduction of speed of a bullet, and the increase in the mass of the powder elements of less than 0.4 mm leads to an increase of the pressure of the powder gases in the barrel of the weapon.

The table shows the specifications developed by the authors powder taradale hunting cartridge of 7.62×51 (308 Win), performed within the boundary conditions (examples 1...3) and the charge is outside the boundary conditions (examples 4, 5).
