SUBSTANCE: quarto rolling mill bearing roll assy comprises roll pads with supports between which equaliser is arranged. Fast and reliable replacement of worn-out rolling tools are ensured by making taper holes at working toll ends at existing rolling equipment. Working roll supports are composed of cones revolving about their axes to displace axially and about their axes and located in appropriate taper bores of working rolls.

The invention relates to rolling production, namely the four-roll mills.

You know the device is "Rolling quarto" in patent RU 2111072 C1 from 20.05.1998 in which it is proposed to provide cushion lower work roll transfer rollers, and exercise handling by rolling out a pair of work rolls in the collection of cushions in the axial direction.

The disadvantage of this device is the difficulty or impossibility of replacing one of the rolls. This is important in the case considered in this application, namely when using the cage to get small fins on one side of a sheet that is accompanied by significant uneven wear of one of the rolls. In addition to the disadvantage of analogue is the need for disassembly of bearing assemblies that slows down the procedure of handling.

Also known mechanism of the roll-changing stand quarto"described in patent RU 2013148 C1 from 30.05.1994. The mechanism contains a parallel set of trucks with pairs of rails for mounting worn and new sets of work rolls, and separate hydraulic drives them to move parallel to the axis of rolling.

Drawbacks of the device, as above, is the difficulty of replacing one of the rolls, and, furthermore, the need of training kit roll Assembly p is dochkami, that requires operations of Assembly and disassembly of bearing assemblies for replacement of worn rolls.

As a prototype made a device as. SU 1662718 A1 "Reference site roll rolling stands quarto, containing pillows back-up rolls, the opening of which is placed pillows work rolls, between which there is a cylinder balancing device with crackers that are installed on the ends of the plungers of the cylinders, made with a spherical support surfaces.

The disadvantages of the prototype is the impossibility of handling without the use of auxiliary mechanisms, as well as the presence of bearing units of work rolls installed on their end shakes, which allows handling only in the direction perpendicular to the roll axis (through the side openings of the cage).

Object of the invention is the creation of a design reference node of work rolls which allows for easier changing of worn rolls. This is due to the specific use of the mill to obtain strips with small fins, which causes increased wear of the rolls, and as a consequence, the necessity of their frequent handling.

The problem is solved by creating a reference node of the rolls of the rolling stand quarto, containing pillows back-up rolls, the opening of which is placed pillows VA working the Cove with the supports, between which there is a counterbalancing device.

The new device is that on the end sections of the work rolls is made of tapered bore bearings of the work rolls is made in the form of cones with the possibility of rotation around its axis and axial translational movement, and placed in the corresponding conical holes of the work rolls.

The technical solution allows to simplify the replacement of a worn tool due to the quick removal of old and installation of new rolls.

The design stands quarto proposed by the supporting device shown in figure 1, figure 2 shows the construction of the support device.

Device 1 (Fig 1) is installed on the seat cushions of the original model bearing units of work rolls 2 crates quarto 4. Due to the fact that the quarto is used for profiling of finned strip work rolls 2 are in contact with the supporting rollers 3 only by reference to the sections of the latter, which is meant to prevent damage to the back-up rolls 3 core part of the work rolls 2.

Work rolls 2 are designed to be devoid of the shank under the bearing assemblies, however, have conical end holes 5 for setting cones support device (2).

The support device (2) contains the cone 6, the set is built with the possibility of free rotation around its axis when the movable nut 7 by means of the bearing unit 8, capable of both axial and radial loads.

Movable nut 7 is in contact with the screw 9, having its bearing unit 10, and is supplied mounted on the tail section of the steering wheel 11.

The supporting device of the work rolls of the rolling stand quarto works as follows. If necessary, install the rollers by the rotation of the wheel 11 and its associated screw 9 movable nut 7 with cone 6 move in the right of figure 2 position. The same operation do with the opposite wheel, with the difference that the cone moves to the left. The raised position of the cones 6 provides the possibility of placing the work roll 2 between them, for example, by lifting the bar, or, for small sizes of rolling stands, handheld devices.

After the correct positioning of the roller, the rotation of the wheel cones support device is simple, they are placed in a conical hole 5 on the end sections of the work roll 2. Similarly implement the installation of another roll. If you need to remove the rolls do the reverse - rotation of the handwheels cones supporting device is removed from the conical hole that allows free extract work rolls.

The support device allows axial and radial load, is ZOK, moreover, as the rolling load and the longitudinal axis of the rolling forces. However, it should be noted that the main rolling forces are transmitted from the work rolls 2 through its support areas for supporting rolls 3, and then on its bearings. Longitudinal forces can be minimized by using protivostaianie strips (for example, by setting winders with servo drives). Thus, the requirements of perceived stress for the reference device can be greatly reduced.

The housings of the supporting devices work rolls are based on a balancing device 13 (Fig 3), and is installed in the opening of pillows backup rolls 12.

In General, the advantages of the proposed device is a high efficiency replacement of a worn tool (because the handling of the work rolls is made in the direction of movement of the strip, in addition, does not require the operation of disassembly-Assembly bearing catch at transshipment), structural reliability reference node, the possibility of mounting the unit on the existing rolling equipment without significant changes in the design of the stand. In addition, the positive sides are reduced intensity of work rolls and a simplified manufacturing process (because it does not require the manufacture of the tail pivots under the needle bearing the names).

In the case of roll replacement in free stand (C) convergence position, initial preset data on roll of said stand and initial preset data on stand rolls still in active rolling position are individually redistributed for every said stand including isolated stand (CA).

Rack drive rack is mounted on said plate joint with rack drive gear wheel on the mill drive side, while said rolls lifting mechanism is made up of two identical lifting support rolls fitted on eccentric shafts arranged on sides of drive and rolls assembly replacement. Working surfaces of lifting support rolls are arranged on plate bottom side while support roll is arranged above the plate on mill drive side. Clearance is created between support roll working surface and top surface of the plate in its lower position, its size being equal to rolls assembly lift magnitude. Note here that eccentric shaft of rolls lifting mechanism may be driven by worm gears fitted on one shaft.

Proposed mill comprises foundation plate to support three-roll stands with rolls with their axes arranged around the circumference at 120° to each other, upper drive secured on the frame at the angle to vertical line and two rolls lateral drives. The C-shape frame supporting upper drive is rigidly attached to foundation plate. Said frame and said foundation plate are furnished with vertical and horizontal guides in contact with rolling stands. Upper drive is inclined at 0-20° to vertical line.

SUBSTANCE: invention considers devices for working rolls levelling in rolling line, particularly, in four-roll rolling mills by means of, at least, one pair of bushes acting upon roll pads between parallel and distanced racks of rolling mill framework. The device bushes are located so that they can move in horizontal slide plane with regard to the framework racks due to toggle lever adjustment. For this purpose, the pair bushes are interconnected with solid interval. In order to shift both bushes, a special assembly built up from two toggle levers is provided. One lever thereof rests upon the bush through a single joint, while the other rests upon the opposite rack of the shoe through the other joint. Both levers are interconnected by means of the toggle lever joint being moved in longitudinal direction.

EFFECT: reduced time for stand positioning in working position, precise adjustment of rolls, reduced dimensions and simplified structure.

SUBSTANCE: method is implemented in the following way. Cartridges with working roll from run position "a" is transferred from rolling axis into extreme conducted position "b" for distance ΔL. By means of well-known facilities cartridges with working rolls are taken out in horizontal plane out of bed overall dimensions on-the-mitre α=0-45° to rolling axis, that provides to avoid adjoining to equipment rolling mill. Installation of new cartridges with working rolls is implemented in inverted sequence. Operations of transposition are implemented simultaneously for two cartridges with working rollers.

EFFECT: reduction of delay for transposition and increasing of annual capacity of aggregate in whole.

Apparatus that may be temporarily joined with bearing unit and may be axially moved in direction of backup roll and from it includes lever type inner and outer cams. Inner cams are introduced to end part of backup roll journal; outer cams are introduced to bearing unit. Inner and outer cams are mounted with possibility of rotation and locking by means of bayonet type lock in end part of journal and in bearing unit. SUBSTANCE: the offered technology is dealt with making embossment on the flat materials and is used for packing of tobacco products. Rollers of the devices for making embossment, which are used for machining of the flat materials, including the firs driven roller and the conjugate roller are located in parallel to each other in a holder and may be placed so, that to enter into a definite mutual contact. At least one of the rollers for making embossment is located in a replaceable unit. At that the replaceable unit is supplied with retention tools. The holder contains pockets, the form of which is in essence complimentary for the retention tools so, that the replaceable unit may be entered in a predominantly defined position into the holder by insertion of the retention tools into corresponding pockets. The given technology provides more mild replacement of the rollers.
