In the muzzle there is a piston with a diameter equal to the diameter of the inner cavity of the outer cartridge case, interacting with the bullet imitator during firing. In the mouth of the outer cartridge case there is a cylindrical channel arranged coaxially. The outer cartridge case is equipped with gas discharge holes in the rear part, at the level of cut of the inner cartridge case when extended.

Currently masters are made miniature model of weapons of almost all types. Development and manufacturing of cartridges to them is an integral part of the complex.

It is known that for the firing of conventional small arms are used unitary cartridges, whose bullet, propellant charge and a cap knit together through the sleeves (see V. Kirillov, V. M. Sabelnikov, «Ammunition, small arms, Feet, Central research Institute of the information, 1980, p.86).

The disadvantage of industrially produced unitary cartridges is the impossibility of their application in miniature models of firearms. You want their miniaturization.
