The invention relates to biology and veterinary medicine, namely to Hematology.

Analogues of the claimed method of normalization of the spontaneous aggregation of erythrocytes (SAE) in newborn piglets undergoing birth of acute hypoxia does not exist. In the literature there is information about the high biological activity of krezacin - derived amoxilcillin acids, can stimulate various systems of living organisms, increasing their survival under adverse conditions (Baimatov V.N., Latypov M.M. Influence of krezacin on the state of the birds // veterinary medicine. - 2006. No. 11. 49 - 51) and amavita - complex balanced funds on the basis of the placenta, containing nukleinat sodium, set of amino acids, vitamins and salts with high organoprotective and anabolic effect (Belousova W. the Use of amavita to improve reproductive efficiency of swine // veterinary - 2006 - No. 10. - Page 11-12). However, in the literature there is no indication about their impact on the UAE and especially on the possibility of normalizing relations with their help, SAE newborn piglets undergoing acute hypoxia at birth.

The aim of the invention is the normalization of SAE in newborn piglets undergoing birth of acute hypoxia.

The essence of the proposed method lies in the fact that for the normalization SAE newborn piglets, perenniel birth of acute hypoxia, appointed krezacin 4 mg/kg per day, included in the scheme, drink in the morning for five days, and at the same time gamavit 0.03 mg/kg intramuscularly once a day, in the morning, within five days.

The method enables stable to normalize SAE newborn piglets undergoing birth of acute hypoxia, through 5 days after treatment. In the subsequent data piglets SAE stabilized at a normal level, which can significantly improve the livestock of pigs, to normalize the gain, reduce their pathological burden, reduce mortality and improve the quality of the obtained from them in the future meat products.

The inventive method is carried out as follows.

Erythrocyte aggregation is assessed by the degree of ability of erythrocytes to spontaneously aggregate (Pokrova O.A., Grineva MR, Ivanov K.S. Methodology and clinical significance of the study the rheological properties of blood // Bulletin of the Ivanovo medical Academy. - 2008. - T13, No. 1-2. - s.89-98.).

3) the Percentage of non-aggregated RBCs (PNA):

Normative values for CPA are 4-5, PA 1,05-1,30, for the PNA 80,0-92,0%. Increasing CPA is use 5, PA above 1.30 and lowering the PNA below 80,0% talks about increasing the SAE. In case of violation of at least one of these three indicators of sick animals must be treated according to the inventive method, including krezacin 4 mg/kg per day in the schema drink for 5 days and at the same time gamavit of 0.03 ml/kg intramuscularly once a day for five days.

The use of the claimed complex normalizes SAE newborn piglets undergoing birth of acute hypoxia, through 5 days after treatment. This is the basis of recovery of the herd, reducing mortality and guarantee of high quality meat products from treated using the inventive method piglets.

Example 1. The newborn Piglet No. 34, suffered at birth acute hypoxia was found increased SAE (CPA=5,9, PA=1,82, PNA=64,8%). The pig were appointed at the same time krezacin 4 mg/kg per day in the schema drink in the morning for 5 days and gamavit of 0.03 ml/kg intramuscularly once daily in the morning for five days.

Through 5 days after the end of treatment the pig reached full normalization level SAE (CPA=4,3, PA=1,24, PNA=83.8 percent). Subsequent observation carried indices in this pig did not experience negative dynamics.

Example 3. The pig No. 40, suffered at birth acute hypoxia was found increased SAE (CPA=5,8, PA=1,77, PNA=68,6%). The pig were assigned krezacin 4 mg/kg per day in the schema drink in the morning for 5 days and gamavit of 0.03 ml/kg intramuscularly once daily in the morning for 5 days.

Through 5 days after the end of treatment the pig reached full normalization SAE (CPA=4,2, PA=1,28, PNA=88,0%), in the following not experienced negative dynamics.

The use of the claimed method has been successfully tested on 128 newborn piglets undergoing birth of acute hypoxia, with achievement of full normalization SAE in all cases.
