Proposed crusher comprises housing with outer cone mounted at support frame via dampers to house inner cone with shaft fitted there inside at spherical bearing to support adjustable unbalance vibrator. Housing outer cone at unbalance level is jointed with the housing inner cylinder via tube. Tube outer end is topped by disc-shape transparent window, Structural access doors with covers are uniformly arranged in circle at the level of discharge gap between cones. Mount plate is arranged between housing bottom end and dampers. Said mount plate is rigidly attached to housing and dampers.

EFFECT: higher quality of crushing.

The invention relates to the cone crusher is fine crushing, and more specifically, to a vibrating cone crushers.

It may be the most widely used in production of building materials and for crushing ore.

Currently vibrating cone crusher is manufactured for the production of cube-shaped gravel road in Japan under Russian license. Such crushers small size (up to 5 t/h) are used for replacement of rod and ball mills in the manufacture of refractories and ceramics. However, the expansion of production of these machines is limited by the difficulty settings for optimum control and operation.

Known vibrating cone crusher (U.S. patent No. 4073446, B02C, from 14.02.1978 year). The crusher includes a housing with an outer cone and a spherical bearing for the inner cone with the shaft, on which is placed through the bearing drive unbalance vibrator connected compensating coupling and transmission with the engine.

The disadvantages of this crusher: the difficulty of determining the size of the discharge gap through the hopper, the necessity of dismantling the crusher for adjusting the static moment of unbalance vibrator and complexity of the installation housing crusher for shock absorbers (the difficulty of combining holes of the casing with shock absorbers).

Known taken as a prototype cone is vibrating crusher (U.S. patent No. 4592517, B02C from 03.06.1986, containing mounted on the support frame through the damper housing with outer cone and placed inside a spherical bearing inner cone with the shaft on which with the bearing placed adjustable unbalance vibrator placed inside the inner cylinder housing connected to the discharge chute with the outer cylinder case.

Famous crusher has a simplified drive unbalanced vibrator, however, all operational shortcomings of the first analogue of it remained.

The present invention is to simplify the control of the discharge gap between the cones, the other task is the adjustment of the static moment of unbalance vibrator without dismantling the crusher, another objective is to simplify installation of the housing of the crusher on the shock absorbers.

These and other problems are solved in a vibrating cone crusher, containing mounted on the support frame through the damper housing with outer cone and placed inside a spherical bearing inner cone with the shaft on which with the bearing installed adjustable unbalance vibrator placed inside the inner cylinder housing connected to the discharge chute with an outer cylinder housing, in which in accordance with the present invention the outer cylinder housing on the additional level of unbalance is connected with the inner cylinder of the casing pipe, with the outer end closed disc-shaped transparent window in the upper part of the body evenly spaced around the circumference at the level of the discharge gap between the cones made technological hatches with covers and between the bottom face of the casing and damper installed mounting plate rigidly mounted to the chassis and shock absorbers.

It contains support frame 1 with the shock absorbers 2 installed on the housing 3 with the inner 4 and outer 5 cylinders which are connected discharge chute 6 and the pipe 7 with the end disk of the transparent cover 8. Case 3 provided with an outer cone 9 and placed inside a spherical bearing 10 of the inner cone 11 with the shaft 12, on which by means of a bearing 13 mounted adjustable unbalance vibrator 14, placed in the inner cylinder 4 of the housing 3. In the upper part of the housing 3 at the level of the discharge gap 15 between the cones 9 and 11 made four technological Luke 16 with lids 17, spaced equally around the circumference of the housing 3. Between the bottom face 18 of the housing 3 and the absorber 2 are installed mounting plate 19 rigidly mounted to said housing and struts 2. Unbalanced vibrator 14 is connected by a transmission 20 with the motor 21.

The operation of the crusher is as follows. PR is necessary to measure and set the size of the discharge gap 15 between the cones 9 and 11, remove cover 17 covers 16 and using feeler gauges to measure the gap on all four sides. The average size is the real size of the gap. To adjust the static moment of unbalance vibrator 14 remove the end cap 8 and through the pipe 7 with the tool set required static torque unbalance 11. Cover 8 is made transparent to monitor the oil flow into the bearing 13.

When mounting the housing 3 on the supporting frame 1 and the absorber 2 is set to easily centered landing of the mounting plate 19, which is much easier than it was in the prototype, where required, each shock absorber insert in the socket is suspended on the crane body, which is dangerous and requires a long time.

Thus, the distinctive features of the proposed crusher provide the solution of the assigned tasks.
