Besides, the pipe with rectangular or square cross section is made with rounded corners, in the longitudinal direction the polymer pipe is divided with transverse convex narrow and wide corrugations into sections, at the same time narrow and wide transverse corrugations alternate in turns, in each section there is either at least one row of ledges or at least one row of indents, besides, ledges are made twice wider than the indents, and along the pipe there is serially one section with ledges, two sections with indents, two sections with ledges and one section with indents.

The invention relates to the field of recycling water supply, namely the structural elements of the towers and other apparatus for heat and mass transfer between liquid and gaseous environments.

Known pipe of the cooling tower fill made from polymer material having the shape of a hexagon and is made with longitudinal grooves on the edges and holes on the sides and/or edges, arranged in a checkerboard pattern, while the length of the pipe have a different cross-section, the pipe profile in the largest transverse cross-sectional level, and in the lowest section with tabs on the sides (see RU patent for useful model No. 28766, CL F28F 25/08, 10.04.2003).

Data pipe fill enable you to collect quite effective and water-resistant sprinklers. However, the sprinklers of these pipes have a relatively high aerodynamic resistance, and in addition, the disadvantage of these pipes sprinklers is the complexity of the Assembly unit in the process of its manufacture.

Known pipe unit of cooling tower fill, made of polymer material with a cylindrical cross-section and corrugated walls (see inventor's certificate SU 1359634, CL F28F 25/08, 15.12.1987).

Disadvantages fill with such pipes are insufficient rigidity of the sprinkler relatively high aerodynamic resistance and low effect what you want to make heat and mass transfer.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a polymeric pipe of cooling tower fill, containing a flat solid wall and made in cross-section in the form of a rectangle or square, on the walls of the tube is successively alternating series of protrusions or depressions, and each protrusion or depression are at an angle to the cross section of the pipe from 30° to 45° (smatest RU # 2309356, CL F28F 25/08, 27.10.2007).

The above-described execution of polymer pipes block the cooling tower fill is allowed to increase rigidity and to simplify the Assembly unit of the fill. However, the efficiency of heat transfer is not high enough due to lack of high turbulization of the flow of the cooling air.

The objective of the invention is to simplify the design of polymer pipe sprinkler, reduce material consumption and a more uniform distribution of flow of water in the cross section of the cooling tower fill collected from these pipes.

The technical result achieved from the use of the invention is to increase the intensity of heat and mass transfer with increasing reliability of cooling tower fill, collected from these pipes.

Analysis of polymer pipes in the structure of the sprinklers showed that the design of the fill can be simplified while increasing the rigidity of the structure due to the execution of fill of the same type of corrugated pipes with rectangular or square cross-section with rounded corners in cross-section, which almost completely cover the cross-section of the tower. Falling drops of water, falling into the swirling air flow, discarded on the walls of the channels formed polymer pipes and drain them in the form of a film, which allows to achieve high efficiency of heat exchange.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of chemical industry and intended for fine separation of gas from a liquid at reconstruction of separators and filter-separators of the absorptive and rectifying columns. The multi-cartridge ring-type separating nozzle contains: a cover, a filtering unit, a device of water separation, an inlet connection pipe connected with the filtering unit by a pin, gas-distributing discs fixed to the pin. The filtering unit is made in the form of mesh cartridges mounted one on another. At that the internal surfaces of the mesh cartridges form a gas-distributing collector. The device of water separation is made in the form of the overflowing pipes located in the cartridges and mounted under them the drain pans with the axial apertures. Each mesh cartridge is supplied with a baffle made in the form of a plain disk with an axial aperture and a ring-type bead along the disc perimeter. Each mesh is formed by simultaneous winding of two parallel bands of the mesh, one of which is made out of a flat mesh, and the other - out of a corrugated mesh. On the side of its cylindrical internal surface a mesh cartridge is supplied with a cylindrical perforated shell. At that the first layers of the mesh band are fixed to the perforated shell by metal staples or welded to the perforated shell. At least two external layers of each mesh band are fixed by metal staples. The number of the mesh cartridges makes 6. The overflowing pipes are installed uniformly around the nozzle on a circumference, diameter of which makes from 0.85 up to 0.92 of the external diameter of the mesh cartridge and the diameter of a flow area of each overflowing pipe makes from 0.038 up to 0.05 of the external diameter of a mesh cartridge, and the total area of apertures of the shell perforation makes from 50 up to 60 % of the area of the internal cylindrical surface of the shell. In result the invention allows to increase efficiency of separation at the expense of prevention of the separated liquid accumulation in the cartridges of the nozzle.
