The invention relates to the technology elements of the heating system of residential and other buildings, in particular, to a method of manufacturing metal heat exchanger of the heating system of the premises, and can be used in the manufacture of the elements of the heating system of the premises.

A known method of manufacturing a heat exchanger including piping by making the walls of the through cavity with integral parts and the manufacturer of the external heat transfer elements (SU 1411085 A1, 23.07.1988).

Obtained in a known manner, the heat exchanger has a significant disadvantage in the lack of effectiveness of heat transfer from the exterior heat transfer to the ambient air. The presence of this drawback is due to the fact that the known method does not contains actions aimed at the manufacture of individual elements of the heat exchanger, which could provide further accommodation in those areas of the premises, providing a more efficient transfer of heat by natural means from the exterior heat transfer to the ambient air. This place indoors is through an opening in the wall, because through the opening by the movement of air flows faster in a natural way without using the Oia special means.

There is also known a method of manufacturing metal heat exchanger of the heating system of the premises, including the piping in the walls of the through cavity with the outer surface, end sections, the manufacturer of the external elements of heat transfer and their fastening to one end section and include manufacturing wall of the through cavity of the other end portion in the form of a framing element through the opening formed in the wall (EN 42291 U1, 27.11.2004).

Obtained in a known manner, the heat exchanger also has a number of disadvantages, which have their negative impact on the efficiency of heat transfer from the exterior heat transfer to the ambient air. Obtained in a known manner, the heat exchanger has limited functionality, because deprived of the opportunity through their external heat transfer elements to make the lining of the wall area of the premises immediately adjacent to the through opening. This is because one of the end sections with the external elements of heat transfer is significantly removed from the other end portion, and hence the air flow moving through the opening in the wall, and the wall area of the premises immediately adjacent to the through opening, the cat is who should be facing.

The problem to which the invention is directed - expanding Arsenal of technical means for a specific purpose, in particular, the creation of a new object: "Method of manufacturing metal heat exchanger of the heating system of the premises", as well as increasing the efficiency of heat transfer from the heat exchanger to the ambient air by natural means with simultaneous extension of the functionality of the heat exchanger by providing a facing wall area of the premises immediately adjacent to the through opening, through elements of the heat exchanger.

If the claimed invention solves the problem only expand the Arsenal of technical means for a specific purpose or receipt of such funds for the first time, the technical result consists in the realization of this purpose.

The technical result - ensuring the implementation of the assignment.

Additional technical result - increasing the efficiency of heat transfer from the heat exchanger to the ambient air by natural means, as well as expanding the functionality of the obtained heat exchanger by providing a facing wall area of the premises immediately adjacent to the through opening, through elements of the heat exchanger.

The technical result is a characteristic of those who practical effect, phenomena, properties, etc.

The technical result provided by the applicant in such a way as to ensure the possibility of understanding on the basis of the level of technology of its semantic content.

The applicant has solved the problem to which the invention is directed specifying provide them with technical result (primary and secondary).

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the method of manufacturing metal heat exchanger of the heating system of the premises, including the piping in the walls of the through cavity with the outer surface, end sections, the manufacturer of the external elements of heat transfer and their fastening to one end section and include manufacturing wall of the through cavity of the other end portion in the form of a framing element through the opening formed in the wall, according to the invention, it is the external heat transfer elements made in the form of facing elements walls of steel plates, or tubes, or channels, or angles, or rods, and end plots fix between a metal retainer.

Comparative analysis of the claimed invention with the prototype shows that the inventive object has common features with prototype:

- manufacturing is Truboprovod in the form of a wall of the through cavity with the outer surface, end sections;

- manufacture of exterior elements of heat transfer and their fastening to one end section;

manufacturer wall of the through cavity of the other end portion in the form of a framing element through the opening formed in the wall of the room.

The claimed invention differs from prototype new features:

- external heat transfer elements made in the form of facing elements walls of steel plates, or tubes, or channels, or angles, or rods;

- end sections secured between a metal retainer.

From the available sources of information the applicant has not established the fame of the influence of stated characteristics of the invention to obtain the technical result.

From the above list of characteristics of the claimed invention and the task it is apparent that the invention represents a new set of features that provide a new technical result, which is unknown in the prior art.

The invention provides a solution to the problem and getting a new technical result, which really can be obtained by the use of the claimed invention. Between the set of essential features of the claimed of the Britania and achievable technical result there is a direct causal link.

Every characteristic of the invention are individually significant, and their set forms a set of essential features of the invention, influencing the achievement of the technical result. Every essential feature of the invention expressed by the General concept, in particular at the level of functional generalization, as in all private forms of manufacture, or other significant characteristic of the invention will be ensured the achievement of the claimed technical result and the solution of the task.

The prior art is widely known means and methods of obtaining the individual constituent elements of the claimed invention, and their placement relative to each other and their connection with each other.

The claimed invention is industrially applicable as it can be used in industry, agriculture, health and other sectors of the economy or in the social sphere, which uses the metal heat exchangers of the heating system of the premises. The invention can be reproduced in that form, as it is characterized in the claims, using known and available materials, technologies, process equipment and existing skills of workers. In the case of carrying out the invention really is possible to implement the decree of the nogo higher purpose, and obtain the claimed technical result. In the prior art is widely known means and methods, which are necessary and sufficient for the manufacture of any element of the heat exchanger from among those entered.

The claimed invention is new, because it is not known from the prior art. Not known from the prior art set of essential features of the claimed invention and their impact on obtaining the claimed technical result.

The claimed invention involves an inventive step, because the specialist it explicitly does not follow from the prior art. Not identified solutions that have the signs consistent with their distinctive features, and is not detected the known influence of the distinctive characteristics to obtain a technical result. The claimed invention provides for the manufacture of metal heat exchanger of the heating system of the premises and its parts, which will be the new properties that are not known in the art to implement the desired destination. The essential features of the invention are of a technical nature and identifiable. The set of essential features of the claimed invention, a necessary and sufficient to obtain the claimed technical result. The claimed combination of features of the invention provides an unexpected, unusual sverhsummarny technical result, which is excellent for the result the technical result, received from each significant characteristic separately, in relation to the objects of the specified destination. The invention provides a modification of the prior art unobvious means, gives the object a new positive properties that meet long-term demand, and improve the competitiveness of patentable subject matter. Between the essential features of the invention and achievable technical result there is a direct causal link. The set of essential features of the claimed invention provides a new and unusual principle of operation of objects, which is the maximum extent effective for objects of the specified purposes, and also provides the manufacturer of the new device and its component parts.

Thus, the claimed invention meets the required conditions of patentability of an invention, is providing a new technical result and the solution of the task.

The fluid moves along the wall 1 through the cavity 2 and transfers its heat to the wall 1 and the external heat transfer elements 7, and then to the environment.

Thus, the claimed invention provides a solution to the problem, getting a new technical result and match the desired conditions of patentability.

SUBSTANCE: thermal diode is meant for primary heat transfer in one direction. It consists of an aluminium heat pipe covered with an oxide layer with thickness of not more than 20 nm and a heat pipe having the surface satisfactorily absorbing heat emission. Space between heat pipes is transparent for heat radiation. Increased temperature is supplied to the aluminium heat pipe at diode operation in forward direction. As a result, the heated layer emits heat radiation wholly absorbed with the surface. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to temperature control, and namely to discharge devices of low-potential heat from systems of space vehicles. Refrigerator-emitter includes heat carrier storage and supply system, drop generator, passive drop header, transfer pump, pipelines, heaters of structural elements and heat stabilisation system. Drop generator has excitation element of acoustic vibrations and outlet grid. Slot channels of passive drop header are equipped with separate heat carrier feed lines. Each line has on-off valve and automatic flow control. Bypass circuit of transfer pump is provided with the latter as well. Automatic flow controls installed at inlets of slot channels, in bypass circuit of the pump and in drop generator circuit are connected through recording and control unit to optic sensors. Those sensors are installed in the following way: one - near the neck of drop header, the other - at some distance from the first one, which is bigger than distance between centres of drops in direction of their movement at least by five times. Opening angle of drop header is within the range of 40°…70°. The above version of the device allows quick control of total heat carrier flow rate through drop header, thus providing normal pump operation and continuous stable operation of the whole header.

EFFECT: stabilisation of operation of drop refrigerator-emitter as a whole, improving its reliability and efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: noiseless heat-pipe cooling system includes a heat source, a closed flat heat-pipe evaporator and a condenser, which are equipped with steam and liquids branch pipes connected to each other via a steam line and a condensate line. Inner surface of the bottom of the evaporator is covered with a wick. Outer surface of the evaporator housing opposite a heat source is covered with zigzag-shaped ribs, and inner surface is covered with a grid from porous material. The grid is connected at its ends to a wick-header adjacent to the inner surface of its side end faces and lower end face, which is connected through a condensate inlet branch pipe to a transport wick arranged in a condensate line. A capillary heat-pipe condenser-cooler represents a flat rectangular housing with longitudinal vertical through air slots, which is equipped with condensate inlet and outlet branch pipes arranged in its opposite end faces. The condenser is separated on inner side with a vertical partition wall with vertical slots, which is adjacent to end partition walls of air slots into a steam header and a working chamber. Inner surface of lower wall of the housing of the heat-pipe condenser-cooler is coated with a wick layer on which in the working chamber in cavities between side vertical walls of two adjacent air slots there arranged are condensation and cooling sections. Each of the sections consists of two vertical partition walls, between which a vertical distributing steam channel is arranged, which is interconnected with the steam header through a vertical slot. Vertical chambers of residual condensation are located between side vertical walls of two adjacent air slots and two above said vertical partition walls. Each vertical partition wall consists of several vertical perforated plates arranged with a gap relative to each other and covered with a layer of hydrophilic material or made from it, the holes in which are made in the form of horizontal conical capillaries. Capillaries are located so that small holes of conical capillaries of the previous plate are located opposite large holes of conical capillaries of the next plate. Plates of vertical partition walls with large holes of conical capillaries face the cavity of each steam chamber, and plates of vertical partition walls with small holes of conical capillaries face the cavity of each chamber of residual condensation. Inner surface of side vertical walls of vertical chambers of residual condensation is covered with a grid from porous material. All gaskets from porous hydrophilic material and grids from porous material are connected to a wick layer that in its turn is connected through the condensate outlet branch pipe to the transport wick of the condensate line.

EFFECT: invention allows improving reliability and efficiency of a noiseless heat-pipe cooling system.
