FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: unit is used to provide wheel turn at running of aircrafts both for direct control and for damping of oscillations at freely oriented wheel turn, as well as to implement damping mode at absence of working fluid pressure in hydraulic power supply channels. Units includes a housing with hydraulic lines connected to supply and discharge lines of a hydraulic system, on which an electrohydraulic power amplifier is installed; hydraulic assemblies are arranged inside the housing and connected to each other and to electrohydraulic power amplifier through a system of hydraulic lines. The above hydraulic assemblies include a check valve of supply hydraulic line, a filter, makeup and safety valves, an electrohydraulic valve, an activation valve, a hydraulic compensator with a cover plate and a spring-loaded piston interacting with spring of shutoff valve of discharge hydraulic line; hydraulic compensator is equipped with an induction sensor presenting information on position of hydraulic compensator piston, and therefore, on possibility of performing damping functions at absence of pressure in hydraulic power supply channels.

The present invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used in control systems of objects with remote control, for example to ensure rotation of the wheels of the vehicles, including the pre-owned aircraft, both for direct control and damping of oscillations in freely oriented rotation of the wheels, as well as for the implementation of mode damping in the absence of pressure in the supply channels hydrophane.

The closest technical solution to the claimed invention is a four way three position valve with redundant electrical control drive rotation of the wheels of the front landing wheels of the vehicle with the hydraulic damper (patent No. 2342283 C1) used in the run, takeoff, landing and taxiing of aircraft and comprising a housing with two channels supply hydrophane and two working deep channels and containing in the case of the joint hose electrohydraulic valve connected through a check valve on the discharge channel, and directly with the cavity of the valve control banding, lifters with a piston that interacts with the rod and a spring shut-off valve installed in the drain channel, the needle throttle adjustment the propeller is, two make-up valve, two safety valve, electro-hydraulic amplifier with feedback sensors. Well-known advantages of the specified valve:

- high performance due to the presence of an electrohydraulic amplifier with feedback sensors

- high reliability and fail.

- the ability to make the mode damping, as in the presence of pressure in the supply channels hydrophane, and during his absence.

The disadvantages of the known valve can be attributed to the lack of any indication of failure of the valve in the mode damping in the absence of pressure in the supply channels hydrophane caused by leakage of the check valve in the pressure channel or shut-off valve hydraulic compensation. When the piston of the hydraulic compensation, moving under the action of the spring compensates for the leakage of the working fluid until, until you have used up the entire working volume of the hydraulic compensation and the plunger will snap into focus. With the further development of failure (leakage) the valve will not be able to perform their functions in the mode damping.

The aim of the invention is to eliminate this drawback.

The problem is solved in that in the claimed hydraulic control unit containing orpus with hose, connected to pressure and return lines of the hydraulic system on which you installed the electrohydraulic amplifier inside the body is placed interconnected with electro-hydraulic amplifier system hose hydraulic units, which includes a check valve of hydroline pressure, air filter, make-up and pressure relief valves, electro-hydraulic valve, the inclusion of lifters with a lid and a spring-loaded piston that interacts with the rod and a spring shut-off valve hydroline drain, according to the invention the lifters are equipped with an induction sensor, the core of which is nominated in the working cavity of the hydraulic compensation in such a way that in a discharged position when no pressure in the supply channels hydrophane, when the piston the hydraulic compensation under the action of the spring becomes the focus, the end face of the piston abuts against the core, causing it to move and change indications of induction sensor, indicating the inability of the hydraulic control unit to perform the function of damping in the absence of pressure in the supply channels hydrophane.

The essence of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, which illustrates his General scheme.

Hydraulic control unit (hereinafter referred to as a unit) includes a housing 1 with the mouth of the established on it electrohydraulic amplifier 2, inside the body is placed hydraulic elements and nodes:

check valve a hydroline head 3, a filter 4, an electro-hydraulic valve 5, the valve include b, make-up and pressure relief valves 7, lifters consisting of a piston 8 and a spring 9, which interacts with the rod 10 with shut-off valve 11 and a spring 12, an induction sensor 13 and a core 14 extending into the working cavity of the hydraulic compensation.

The unit works as follows.

When applying pressure head in hydroline "head" and the drain with hydroline "drain", the discharge pressure through the check valve hydroline head 3, a filter 4, is supplied to the electrohydraulic valve 5, when turned on which activates the valve include 6, and the discharge pressure is supplied to the electrohydraulic amplifier 2 that provides electrical control signals. The unit begins to operate normally, which makes all the nodes and elements of the unit, under the influence of pressure developed in the hydroline drain, the piston of the hydraulic compensation 8, overcoming the force of spring 9, will move to the left (in the drawing), it will move the rod 10 with shut-off valve 11 and a spring 12, while the shut-off valve 11 opens hydroline plum.

Failure caused by lack of pressure in the supply channels hydrophane, Britny valve hydroline head 3 is closed, since the pressure in the hydroline drain in the same way, the piston of the hydraulic compensation 8, and with it the rod 10, the shut-off valve 11 and the spring 12 under the action of the spring 9, will move to the right (in the drawing). Shut-off valve 11 will close hydroline drain, the piston of the hydraulic compensation 8 stops, keeping a certain amount of working fluid in the cavity of the hydraulic compensation and the channels of the machine necessary for the implementation of the operation in the mode damping.

With the further development of refusal, expressed in leakage of one of the locking elements (reverse valve hydroline head 3 or the shut-off valve 11), the piston of the hydraulic compensation 8, under the action of the spring 10, begins to move to the right (drawing), squeezing the working fluid from the cavity of the hydraulic compensation through a leak in the element, with the end face of the piston of the hydraulic compensation 8 reaches the core 14 of the induction sensor 13, which is starting to move together with the piston of the hydraulic compensation 8, changes the indication of induction sensor 13, which is determined by the position of the piston of the hydraulic compensation 8 and the presence of fluid in the unit, and hence the ability to make mode damping about the lack of pressure in the supply channels hydrophane.

Hydraulic control unit, comprising a housing with a hose connected to pornoi and drain lines of the hydraulic system, running electrohydraulic power amplifier inside the body is placed interconnected with electro-hydraulic amplifier system hose hydraulic units, which includes a check valve of hydroline pressure, air filter, make-up and pressure relief valves, electro-hydraulic valve, the inclusion of lifters with a lid and a spring-loaded piston that interacts with the rod and a spring shut-off valve hydroline drain, wherein the lifters are equipped with an induction sensor, the core of which is nominated in the working cavity of the hydraulic compensation in such a way that in a discharged position when no pressure in the supply channels hydrophane, when the piston of the hydraulic compensation under the action of the spring becomes the stop end of the piston abuts against the core, causing it to move and change indications of induction sensor, indicating the inability of the hydraulic control unit to perform the function of damping in the absence of pressure in the supply channels hydrophane.

SUBSTANCE: proposed control valve is intended for river vessel rudder control. Control valve comprises body with channels communicated with pressure, drain and in-chamber hydraulic lines. Body bore accommodates sleeve with feedback link and slide valve arranged to rotate relative to each other and said body. Slide valve two beads have lengthwise grooves in permanent communication with feed and drain lines and is pin-jointed to input link shaft. Said shaft carries travel limiting mechanism and return spring. Pressure line is equipped with filters while in-chamber lines are furnished with two-way hydraulic lock. Note here that feedback link shaft and sleeve are equipped with mechanical feedback with actuator to track input link shaft speed and angle.

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device is meant for control of position of actuator in aircraft engine using electrically controlled servo-valve. Actuator (50) includes a slide (52) with at least two steps (54, 56) meant for sliding in cylinder, and two chambers (62, 64) of control connected with corresponding workholes (85, 86) of electrically controlled hydraulic distributor (20) of servo-valve. Chambers (62, 64) of control are located each on one side of corresponding step, and intermediate chamber connected to high or low pressure is located between other sides of steps. In case of failure of electrical control a slider of distributor (20) is set to protection position in which in chambers (62, 64) of control of actuator the same low or high pressure is settled opposite to pressure generated in intermediate chamber (66), so that each step (54, 56) of actuator slider is influenced by high pressure on one side and low pressure on the other side. Tightness between each step (54, 56) of actuator slider and actuator cylinder (60) is provided by dynamic sealing (70) producing friction force between step and cylinder depending on pressure difference influencing two sides of step, so that in case of failure of electrical control actuator slide valve stops in its position at the moment of failure ("failure freezing"). Actuator (50) may be a unit for aircraft engine fuel measurement.

SUBSTANCE: drive comprises a double-acting piston-cylinder, the main control quadrilinear hydraulic distributor with hydraulic control, two control three-directional hydraulic distributors and additional start-up four-way two-position hydraulic distributor with hydraulic control. The spool of the hydraulic distributor is spring-loaded on the part of one of its ends by a spring with adjustable preload force. The output channel and spring chamber of the start-up control of the hydraulic distributor are connected to the drain hydraulic lines of the drive, the input channel and the hydraulic distributor control chamber, opposite to the spring chamber are connected to pressure hydraulic lines of the hydraulic power source, and each of the two executive channels is connected to a respective chamber of the working cylinder. In the initial position of the spool of the start-up hydraulic distributor all its channels are closed, and in the working position of the spool one of the executive control channels of the hydraulic distributor is connected to its input channel, and another executive channel is connected to the output channel of the hydraulic distributor.

The electro-mechanical drive unit has a controlled airfoil that is connected to the airfoil fixed against the fuselage with the ability to rotate, the first and the second electro-mechanical drives installed in alignment between the airfoil fixed against the fuselage and the controlled one. Each drive has a fixed housing attached to the airfoil that does not move against the fuselage. The reducer in the drive is represented by the two-stage harmonic gear drive the rotating part of which is made in the form of the output hollow shaft with the flange that is fixed on the controlled airfoil in such a way that the pivot centre of the controlled airfoil overlaps the pivot centres of the first and the second electro-mechanical drives. Emergency release devices are located axially in the outlet hollow shaft of the electro-mechanical drive.

Proposed drive system comprises hydraulic linear actuator 6, first hydraulic power supply system 18 and second independent hydraulic power supply system 16. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system, servo drive system and method are intended keep up a standby flow control means for hydraulic or service drives. Flow regulators include a plug, an adjusting slide valve. In normal operating conditions every overflow adjusting slide valve is motionless relative to the plug, and the flow regulator functions as a four-position hydraulic flow regulator. Each flow regulator is connected with the overflow-shut-off valve containing an overflow slide valve moving from the shut-off to overflow positions. Given an interruption of pressure feed into flow regulator, the overflow slide moves in the overflow position reducing pressure in corresponding drive piston chambers. In the case of jamming of the primary adjusting slide valve, a corresponding overflow adjusting slide valve moves inside plug allowing the overflow groove to switch pressure in system of regulation over into the return line, that reducing pressure in corresponding drive piston.

SUBSTANCE: filtering units made in form of modules are built directly in hydraulic drive housing. Bypass of working fluid is performed directly to hydraulic drive in case of contamination of filter element above preset limits. Siphon leakage of working fluid from inner chambers of hydraulic drive and supply hydraulic system into external medium at dismantling of filter elements is excluded. Proper mounting of filter elements in the course of operation of hydraulic drive is ensured.
