SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises first assembly of actuators to control first hydraulic function, pump to feed hydraulic fluid at pressure into said actuators, electrically control valve to control pump discharge pressure by hydraulic signal, first pressure transducer to measure load pressure of the said first assembly of actuators, and control unit to receive signal containing data on load pressure measured by first pressure transducer and to generate control signal corresponding to first measured load pressure to be transmitted to said control valve. Note here that control unit allow determining required pump pressure so that difference between measured load pressure and pump pressure varies depending upon operating conditions.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises, at least, one hydraulic cylinder to handle cargoes, accumulator and valve to control flows between said cylinder and said accumulator. Note here that said system comprises first control valves arranged on tube connected to hydraulic cylinder piston side, second control valve arranged on tube connected to cylinder rod side, first hydraulic cylinder pressure transducer, second accumulator pressure transducer, and control unit. Note also that control unit receives signals containing data on pressures measured by aforesaid transducers and to generate signals to control damping control functions. Invention covers also method of damping working tool comprising measuring accumulator and hydraulic cylinder pressures, and controlling damping functions in compliance with measured pressures. Note here that pressures between accumulator and cylinder piston are equalised and flow between accumulator and tank are controlled by control valve arranged on tube secured to hydraulic cylinder piston side.

SUBSTANCE: system to control mining machine comprises a hydraulic drive of travel and a drilling rod with a power hydraulic control unit, a hydraulic drive of a loading element and hydraulic cylinders of a drilling rig with a power hydraulic control unit, an electrohydraulic unit of power hydraulic units control with a system of electric interlocks, sources of supply for hydraulic drive and control systems. At the same time power hydraulic units to control a hydraulic drive of travel, a drilling rod, a hydraulic drive of a loading element and hydraulic cylinders of a drilling rig are equipped with additional locking devices installed between sections of the hydraulic control units.

EFFECT: locking of the caterpillar drive and loading element drive during operation of drilling equipment to ensure safety of maintenance personnel.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: excavator comprises carrier with travel mechanism and rotary platform, where the following components are installed - cabin, working equipment, which comprises boom, handle, bucket, double-leg stand, on which boom is fixed by means of anchor ropes, body with lift and rotation mechanisms, discharge mechanism. Rotary platform consists of two parallel boxy beams, which are produced by pair vertical metal sheets and upper and lower metal belts. Central part of platform is arranged between beams, and its height is equal to height of vertical metal sheets. Metal sheet is installed at front ends of boxy beams and central part of platform, and vertical ribs are rigidly fixed on it symmetrically to external vertical sheets of boxy beams. Excavator is arranged with the possibility of unification due to application of rope and rack discharge mechanism. Axis of rack discharge mechanism boom is placed in holes provided into vertical ribs, and distance between brackets of anchor ropes fixation on double-leg stand is equal to distance between anchor ropes at upper part of boom.

EFFECT: excavator unification, namely, such arrangement of rotary platform that makes it possible to install working equipment with rope or rack discharge mechanism on a single base, depending on developed object, with preservation of machine parametres.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to handling machinery. Proposed crane consists of tower with guides, boom with front-end tool and control cabin. Cabin 4 is mounted to slide in guides along crane tower 1. Said cabin is engaged and disengaged by crane operator with the help of rotary locks arranged at cabin roof with no involvement of hooker. Said cabin may be set at whatever preset level corresponding to the height of erection works. Note here that said height can be varied in process without leaving the cabin. Cabin power supply, control and communication are executed via flexible cable 6. Crane cabin is equipped with safety devices used in passenger elevators and may be used for emergency evacuation of crane operator.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lift-and-carry mechanical engineering, particularly: to control cab of pouring crane. Control cab of pouring crane contains basis (1), side fence (3) with top windows (4) and bottom windows (5), protecting screen (9), mounted outside the cab with ability of rotation relative to it by means of driving (12). Protecting screen (9) is implemented in the form of metal plate (19), which is installed with ability of rotation on basis (1) of vertical axis (11), one end of which is connected to drive (12), and the second end is rigidly connected to bottom part of protecting screen (9). Outside the cab on side fence (3) it is rigidly mounted located in horizontal plane arched guide (14), center of circle of which is matched with swivel axis of protecting screen (9). To the top part of protecting screen (9) there are pivotally, with the ability of rotation in horizontal plane, there are fixed rollers (16), installed with ability of travel by mentioned guide (14).

EFFECT: it is achieved effectiveness increase of cab protection against molten metal at simultaneous design simplification.
