FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises two parts, one of which is fixed on the machine boom, and the other one is fixed on the tool. The first part comprises a tray-shaped holder, installed as capable of insertion of the other part under the shaft, which has an expansion in the form of a hook equipped with at least one side finger for passage into holes of grooves in the first part and a locking plate sliding in the middle part of the first part for insertion under the hook under action of springs. The locking plate is equipped with a stop element, which limits the reverse travel of the specified plate so that matching of the specified holes of the grooves is prevented.

EFFECT: reliable connection.

The present invention relates to a secure device for quick mounting, intended for installation of the tool on the end of the boom hydraulic excavator or similar vehicle, below called the machine.

Quick mount is a system containing two parts, one of which is attached to the tool, such as a bucket, while the other part is placed on the boom of the machine.

In the prior art, in particular, is a fast mount, described in the French patent published under No. 2809779.

The mount described in this patent contains two parts, essentially in the form of a suspension, with the first part, rigidly connected with the shaft of the machine, is lucabrasi holder that can be inserted under the shaft, which carries the second part rigidly connected to the tool.

The middle part of the second part has an extension in the form of a hook, which may take place in the hole of the first part and the hole blocking plate moving under the action of a return spring in the middle of the said first part.

Means are provided for holding the locking plate in the "cocked position", i.e. the position when the extension is in the form of a hook may freely pass into the middle part of the first part and the BL is kyuusei plate.

When passing through two holes extending in the form of a hook releases the blocking plate, which is under the action of the spring is inserted under the mentioned extension.

If the surface that need to communicate (hook and plate), more or less connected to the earth plate is easily inserted under the hook, creating the illusion of attachment, which in fact is unreliable.

Consequently, in operation, the shock and vibration can lead to tripping and falling tool, unreliable connected with the boom of the machine.

To overcome this limitation provides for the implementation of the hook at least one side with a finger, and is provided at the opening of the first part, and at the opening of the blocking plate, the recess for the passage of the above-mentioned finger. Pass through two holes, thus, impossible, when the blocking plate is in the cocked position.

As soon as the blocking plate starts to be inserted under the hook under the action of springs, the said finger is placed over the locking plate confronting the swing of the second part.

This security device is particularly effective, but it depends on the action of springs which oppose the return stroke of the blocking plate.

If the springs break or uncoupled, there is nothing stopping about atemu move the locking plate, and reverse motion is easy, when the blocking plate is located essentially in a vertical position, because at this point she slides down under its own weight to the position in which the recess and the said holes are: clutch the tool becomes possible.

The security device according to the invention, which eliminates the above drawback, characterized in that the blocking plate is provided with a hard body that restricts the movement of the said plate under the action of its own weight and prevents the matching recesses in the plate and the recess of the fixing part holding said plate.

The invention is further explained in the following description, which is not restrictive, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

- Figure 1 represents a view in section, made according to line I-I of figure 2, showing the attachment in accordance with the invention, and the mounting plate are presented in the cocked position, and no tool or machine is not depicted;

- Figure 2 depicts the top view of figure 1,

- Figure 3 represents a view similar to figure 2, when the two fastening pieces fastened together;

- Figure 4 represents a view similar to figure 1, in which the device according to the invention is shown for the case when the usual return springs, the mounting plate is missing.

- Figure 5 depicts the top view of figure 4.

As is known, quickly fastening is formed of two parts 1 and 2, the first part 1 is fixed on the boom of the machine (neizabranog), while the second part is fixed on the instrument (for example, neizabranog the bucket).

Each part essentially takes the form of a suspension, and part 1 is the form lodkoobraznuyu holder 3, intended for placement underneath the shaft 4 of the second part by appropriately maneuver the boom of the machine.

The middle part 2 is a hook 5, which can accommodate a locking plate 6, the moving median part 1 under the action of the return spring 7.

Referred to the middle part and the locking plate are respectively the hole 8 and 9, and the open ends are grooves for the passage side of the fingers 10, which carries the hook 5.

When the hook 5 passes through the two holes from the position shown in figure 1, the locking plate under the action of the spring 7 is entirely under the hook, this is the position shown in figure 3.

If, due to the availability of land, for example, the blocking plate is not fully under the hook, despite the action of the spring 7, the disconnection of the two parts is impossible, as the fingers 10 are located above the locking plate. This security device is the object of French patent No. 280979.

This safety device may be insufficient when the breakage of the springs 7.

Indeed, in this case, nothing prevents movement of the locking plate, to slide under its own weight and occupies the position shown in figure 1, in which the hook 5 can freely pass through the median position of the part 1 and the blocking plate, despite having 10 fingers.

The device according to the invention, which corrects this deficiency, characterized in that the blocking plate is connected to the body, which limits the backward motion of the said plate under its own weight.

In accordance with this embodiment, the body is formed, in the most simple case, the elastic plate 11, which is located essentially in the direction of movement of the sliding locking plates, the free end of which may rest against the stop 12 of the median part 1.

The free end of the plate 11 has a beveled portion 13 or the inclination connected with the said plate part 14, which is located essentially perpendicular to the plane of the said plate.

The stop 12 is formed preferably of a cylindrical finger located essentially at a tangent to the plane of the plate 11 and the front part of the slope 13, when the blocking plate is in the cocked on what ogenyi (figure 1).

As shown on the drawings, use two plates 11, placed symmetrically with respect to axis XX1.

When the hook 5 crosses the holes 8 and 9, the plate 6 is moved in the direction of arrow F under the action of the spring 7, and the plate 11 are bent and "head" 13-14 occupy the position shown in figure 3.

When broken springs theoretically, nothing prevents the return stroke of the plate 6.

In fact, the reverse is limited by the device according to the invention: part 14 of the plates rest against the fingers 12, as shown in figure 5. This drawing clearly shows that the fingers 10 of the hook is placed over the locking plate, thus unlocking is not possible, despite the absence of springs 7.

It is obvious that the force required for bending of plates 11, significantly less than the force exerted by the spring 7, or force, applied to the plate for her cock.

The security device is equipped with sensors 15 located on the middle part of part 1, over which is placed the head 13-14, when the two parts are properly bonded to one another.

Thus, it is possible to route the signal in the control cabin of the machine, which informs about the quality of the bonding, as it is a function of the position of the above-mentioned heads.

Bearer frame of loader-digger working equipment comprises longitudinal beams with elements of bearer frame fixation on tractor, cross beams that are rigidly connected to longitudinal beams, bracket installed on upper bases of longitudinal beams with lugs that have openings in bushings for installation of rotary column of excavator equipment and hydraulic cylinders of its rotation, and brackets for installation of outriggers and hydraulic reservoir. Bracket is arranged from two vertical sides installed at the angle to each other, between which lugs are installed. Base of the lower lug is located on the same vertical level with lower edges of sides and is rigidly connected to upper bases of longitudinal beams, and also by means of two ribs with side surface of cross beam.
