SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rotary knife of a kitchen device, in particular - an immersion blender with at least one console equipped with a cutting blade. The invention envisages that the knife blade is at least in some places formed by the sharpened edge of the blank used for the knife manufacture. Preferably envisaged are two first consoles, each of them designed in the form of an angle and has one inner (if viewed radially) side and one outer side equipped with the knife blade. The knife preferably has also second consoles opposed to each other and positioned on the knife at an edge relative to the first consoles. Additionally, the invention relates to the method for manufacture of a rotary knife where at least one edge of the blank is sharpened in the form of a knife with the knife subsequently separated from the blank so that the engaged blank edge forms the knife cutting blade as well as to a kitchen device equipped with such knife such as an immersion blender.

The technical field

The invention relates to a rotating knife for kitchen appliance, in particular a submersible blender, with at least one of the first console, equipped with a cutting blade. In addition, the invention relates to a method of manufacturing such a rotating knife, and also to include them cooking device.

The level of technology

Rotating the knife described above, and the method of its manufacture is known from patent document DE 19503491 A1.

The knife consists of a middle part, sochlenenii to the drive shaft of the kitchen appliance flush, which in diametrically opposite directions relative to each other out in a circle are two of the console. Each of these consoles on the outer end has a degree in the form of an angle with the long and short sides of the ground in the form of knives. In addition, in the area of the corners of the knife has a three-dimensional relief, so that the cutting edges are located opposite each other, are moved in different planes.

In the manufacture of such previously known knife first punched blank from a thin sheet of stainless steel. In the context of a single operation produces a three-dimensional relief in the area of the cutting edges. This process is in principle well suited for the manufacture of knives. However, carried out after the grinding operation the pressed billet requires relatively high labor costs and increases the time of manufacture.

Next, other examples of the application of a known method of manufacturing blades of knives, in which the grinding edges of the workpiece is performed before its division into separate knives.

So in the patent document DE 3734641 C1 disclosed a method of manufacturing paring knife or the like, which edged on two sides of the steel strip is fed to the processing device with a given clock frequency. In this device, first stamp of the dividing notches intended for the subsequent separation of the individual knives for cleaning, and their average area. External sharpened edges of the thus prepared blanks after that bend inward, and the jumper after splitting knives for cleaning round off.

In patent documents GB 258,142, GB 282,478 and US 1,486,317 described methods of manufacturing razor blades, where the steel strip is first stamped part, without division into separate knives. Then grind the remaining longitudinal edges of the steel strip, and then it actually see the knife.

None of these documents discloses a technical solution, when animago directly to the rotating knives, as they differ significantly from knives to clean and razor blades in functional and structural sense.

Disclosure of inventions

The basis of the invention is the task of the knife of the appropriate type of high quality in the most rational way.

Underlying the invention the problem is solved for rotating knife described above due to the fact that the knife blade is formed sharpened edge of the blank used for the manufacture of a knife. Relative to the same invention of the method the solution of the problem is achieved in that at least one edge of the workpiece is sharpened as a knife, and then the knife is separated from the workpiece so that the engaged edge of the workpiece forms a cutting edge of a knife.

As a result of such education and such actions greatly simplifies the manufacture of rotating knives, because dull blades is performed by the time when the cutting blades are not yet separated from the workpiece. Thus, there is no necessity in the process of sharpening to handle many separate parts. On the contrary, this process can be performed on the workpiece, which includes several cutting knives. Besides, thanks to the constant supply of material significantly improves the quality of the blades of the knives, as it is much easier set the e direction corresponding edges on instruments, used for sharpening. If necessary this process can also include a heat treatment. Especially precision manufactured knife blades are provided, in particular, for cutting of material to be processed.

Preferred variants or improvements of the invention are applicable individually or in combinations with each other, are the subject of dependent claims.

In the preferred case of knife blades, at least locally, preferably all the same along the entire length, made straight, so that processing corresponding blanks with edges, is also straightforward, especially simple and/or sharpened edge is subsequently no longer deformed. Department of the knife from the workpiece is carried out in principle in any appropriate manner, for example, by cutting with a laser beam or water jet. As the cutting blades according to the invention are usually made in large to the icestar, particularly preferably still, the Department of knives produced by stamping.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention the knife has two or more first console, equipped with such blades, held in the hand from the center of the knife. The most preferred two console extends from the center of the knife in opposite directions. This design has proven itself, in particular when used in immersion blenders, rotating at high speed, thanks to its stable balance during operation. In addition, each of the first consoles preferably made in the form of an angle having one internal, radial relation, side and outer side, and each console preferably has a short radially inner side and a radially outer side - long. The inner side and located on the outside edge of the outer side form an angle α of, for example, from 90° to 130°, in particular approximately 110°. A pointed edge or pointed edges of the blades preferably have a thickness less than 0.2 mm, more preferably less than 0.15 mm, most preferably 0.1 mm or less.

A knife blade is preferably formed on the radially outer side, and the arrangement is provided so that the outer sides, applied to the treated product during rotation of the cutting knife to be sharpened. They can be formed, in particular, the sharpened edges of the workpiece, arranged parallel to each other, and they are also parallel to each other, if they are in the process of further processing is not deformed. Sharpening parallel spaced edges of the workpiece can be simultaneously located opposite each other tools, so that, on the one hand, significantly reduces the need for the equipment space, and, on the other hand, while acting on the workpiece forces at least partially compensate each other.

According to the following preferred embodiment of the invention the knife has at least one, preferably two or more second console. The second console form with the inner sides of the first consoles, for example, the angle β of 80° to 100°, in particular 90°. In order to form a cutting knife is most beneficial from the point of view of retromania the product to be processed, according to the following preferred embodiment of the invention the second console preferably are angled from siteline main plane of the cutting knife, formed by the first consoles, i.e. protrude from the base plane. The method according to the invention is particularly simple and economical to use if for the knife using the flat of the workpiece, for example, sheet stainless steel thickness from 0.6 mm to 1.0 mm, in particular, about 0.75 mm, the Advantage of this is that the workpiece comes in the form of strips and, therefore, can be supplied in the collapsed form (in rolls). In the process of making knives tape is gradually pulled out from a roll. Sharpening in the form of a knife preferably is accomplished by grinding the edges of the workpiece, as this process allows to achieve very high quality blades of a knife. But in principle sharpening can be produced by other means, for example, by plastic deformation of the edges in roller block, through which the workpiece is gradually performed.

The separation of the blade from the workpiece is preferably in the stamping process, in which at the same time using a suitably equipped stamping tool in some areas is squeezing. As a result of this extrusion is formed, for example, the cutting edges on the second consoles cutting tool.

The implementation of the invention

Shown in figure 1 kitchen appliance 1, in the form of a submersible blender 2 consists of a casing 4, which includes the actuator, controls, and preferably the battery is connected to the tool 5 with the possibility of disconnecting. Tool 5 at its opposite case 4 end provided with a dome-shaped head 6 of the tool into which is inserted the knife 7. Knife 7 by means of the drive shaft located inside the instrument 5, and detachable device located in the transition zone between the tool 5 and the housing 4, is connected to the electric submersible blender 2 without the possibility of rotation relative to it and is in rotation around the axis 8 in the direction of the arrow A.

As can be seen from figure 2 and 3, the knife 7 has a Central square receiving hole 9 to the drive shaft of the tool 5. From the opening 9, which forms the centre of a knife, depart in different directions from each other the first two console 10. The blade 14 of the knife, as shown in figure 3, are the usual bevel edges 13 and are arranged so that during rotation of the knife 7 and they cut the processed product in the direction of the arrow A.

In addition, the knife 7 has one pair of second cantilevers 15, extending from the center of the knife 7 outward in the radial direction. The second console 15 is formed with the inner sides 11, the angle β is 90°, and each of them is equipped with cutting edge 16, which during the rotation of the knife 7 is embedded in the processed product in the direction of arrow A. the Second console 15, as seen in figure 2,and are inclined at an angle γ of 20°, relative to the main plane of the knife 7, formed the first consoles 10, and one from the second console 15 is directed relative to the main plane at an angle downwards, and the opposite second console 15 - relative to the main plane at an angle upwards. The workpiece 17 in this embodiment consists of a stainless steel sheet of thickness 0.75 mm and has a width corresponding to the distance D of the manufactured knife 7.

As follows from figure 4, followed by the knife 7 is separated from the workpiece 17 by punching so that supplied by the blades 14 of the edge 18 of the workpiece 17 is formed edges 13 of the first consoles 10 knife 7.
