Stimulator of spring wheat growth contains complex compound of boron and urea with the following component ratio, wt %: complex substance NH2CONH2·[HOB5O5(OH)4] 20-54, urea - the remaining part. Boric acid and urea are mixed with molar ratio boric acid: urea 1:(1-4) at temperature 110-130°C for 0.5-1 hour with further granulation of obtained product.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase productivity of spring wheat and reduce cost of plant growth stimulator.

The invention relates to agriculture, namely to chemicals stimulate plant growth based on boron compounds.

Known nitrogen fertilizer containing sodium nitrate and mono - and dicarboxylic acids: acetic, succinic, glutaric, adipic, Emelyanova, cork, azelaic acid and its sodium salt as a plant growth regulator, and manganese [As. SU # 510462, CL SS 5/02, publ. 15.04.76. Bull. No. 14]. The use of this nitrogen fertilizer helps to increase the sugar content of sugar beets, stimulation of seed germination and initial plant growth.

A disadvantage of the known nitrogen fertilizer is that sodium nitrate is very specific fertilizer and therefore is mainly used for growing sugar beet. The process of obtaining nitrogen fertilizer is multiphase.

Known nitrogen fertilizer with plant growth regulator, which as a growth regulator use the waste product of caprolactam containing a mixture of sodium salts of mono - and dicarboxylic acids as a nitrogen fertilizer use urea and NPK mark 16:16:16 and ammonium sulfate [patent RU No. 2078066, CL SS 3/00, publ. 27.04. 1997]. The waste product of caprolactam is an aqueous solution of a mixture of sodium salts of decarb the new acids: succinic, glutaric and adipic 7-12%, sodium salts of monocarboxylic acids 6-20%, caustic soda no more than 1%, admixture of other organic products is not more than 1%, the concentration of growth regulator ranges from 0.005 to 0.1% by weight of the fertilizer in terms of the amount of dicarboxylic acids. The disadvantage of this drug is one which by insufficient efficiency for cereal crops, as well as the necessity of drying the seeds before planting.

Closest to the claimed is the growth of spring wheat containing boron compound and a derivative of urea [patent RU No. 2179806, CL A01N 59/14, A01N 47/28, publ. 27.02. 2002.]. The preparation contains as boron compounds, boric acid, and as a derivative of urea - tetramethylrhodamine in number to 89.5 wt%, boric acid - rest. A method of obtaining a known drug under the brand BTM includes a mixture of boric acid and a derivative of urea - tetramethylrhodamine at a molar ratio of 1:4. Drug use BTMM provides increased seed germination, reduce the spread and development of root rot, increasing the yield of spring wheat.

The lack of a known stimulator of growth of spring wheat is that tetramethylrhodamine is light-duty and expensive product.

The aim of the invention is to increase the yield of spring wheat and lowering the cost stimulator of plant growth.

This goal is achieved in the proposed growth of spring wheat containing boron compound and a derivative of urea, while the drug as the boron compounds contains a comprehensive substance of the formula NH2CONH2·[HOB5O5(OH4)], and the derivative of urea - urine is inu in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

The method of obtaining growth stimulator spring wheat includes a mixture of boric acid and urea at a molar ratio of 1:(1-4), penetration and exposure of the reaction mixture at a temperature of 110-130°C for 0.5-1 hour, followed by granulation of the obtained product. Under these conditions, the process is dehydration of boric acid with the formation of active substance of the drug complex compound of boron having the formula NH2CONH2·[HOB5O5(OH)4].

Conventional mixing urea and boric acid does not increase the fungicidal activity of the latter, and Vice versa, the content of urea in the mixture contributes to the development of fungi due to the additional nitrogen nutrition.

High fungicidal activity has a complex compound NH2CONH2·[HOB5O5(OH)4]. This substance is highly soluble in water, stable in storage, working solution product does not require special conditions for cooking, preserves fungicidal properties.

The parameters of the process of obtaining the active substance and the ratio of the components in the product are selected based on the following factors. The decrease in the content of active substance in the preparation is less than 20% leads to a decrease fungicidal activity of the working solution of the drug. The molar ratio of the initial reagents: boric acid and urea, is equal to 1:(1-4), and maintaining a temperature in the range of 110-130°C are optimal for the synthesis of the active substance complex compound NH2CONH2·[HOB5O5(OH)4]. Lowering the temperature below 110°C leads to a decrease of the output complex compounds. When the temperature rises above 130°C the decomposition of urea and decreases the output of the complex compounds. Reducing the molar ratio of boric acid and urea less than 1:1, leads to the decrease of the output complex compounds due to insufficient content of urea in the reaction mixture. Increasing the dose of urea above molar ratio 1:4 leads to a reduction in the content of complex content in the product. The content of complex compounds NH2CONH2·[HOB5O5(OH)4] in the composition of the drug is above 54% impossible, since in this case the molar ratio of boric acid and urea must be maintained less than 1:1. Under these conditions the output of the complex compounds of the formula NH2CONH2·[HOB5O5(OH)4] is low due to the insufficient amount of urea in the reaction mixture.

Test the physiological activity of the drug was carried out on seeds of spring wheat Moscow-35 in laboratory and field what's experiences. The concentration of the aqueous working solution of 0.01% of the mass. The flow rate of the working solution was 1 kg (1 liter) per 1 ton of seeds.
