Supports are fixed to the outer surface. Holders and the door handle are fixed to the door leaf. Fixators are fixed to supports and partially arranged in cast-in cavities of holders. The door leaf is installed as capable of rotation.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand arsenal of technical facilities.
The invention relates to the design elements of the heating system of residential and other buildings, in particular, to the metal heat exchanger of the heating system of the premises and can be used in the manufacture of the heating system of the premises.
A known heat exchanger containing the pipeline in the form of a wall of the through cavity with the outer surface, the inlet, the outlet, the external heat transfer elements attached to individual sections of the external wall surface of the through cavity (SU 1334028 F1).
Also known heat exchanger containing the pipeline in the form of a wall of the through cavity with the outer surface, the inlet, the outlet, the external heat transfer elements attached to individual sections of the external wall surface of the through cavity (DE 1937783 A).
The problem to which the invention is directed, is expanding Arsenal of technical means for a specific purpose, in particular, the creation of a new object: "metal heat Exchanger of the heating system of the premises."
If the claimed invention solves the problem only expand the Arsenal of technical means for a specific purpose or receipt of such funds for the first time, the technical result consists in the realization of this purpose.
The technical result - ensuring the implementation of desig the treatment.

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the metal heat exchanger of the heating system of the room containing the pipeline in the form of a wall of the through cavity with the outer surface, the inlet, the outlet, the external heat transfer elements attached to individual sections of the external wall surface of the through cavity, according to the invention, the wall of the through cavity made in the shape of a box door with a Central through cavity and the external heat transfer elements made in the form of supports, holders with embedded cavities, latches, door leaf with peripheral sites, placed against each other, and the handle of the door, and a support fixed to the outer surface of the wall end-to-end cavity, the holders attached to one peripheral area of the door leaf and the door handle is fixed to the other of the peripheral section of the door p is pilot, when the clamps are secured to the supports and partially accommodated in the fixing cavities holders, and door leaf installed with possibility of rotation, and full or partial overlapping of the Central through cavity.
From the available sources of information the applicant has not established the fame of the influence of stated characteristics of the invention to obtain the technical result.
Comparative analysis of the claimed invention with the prototype shows that the inventive object has common features with prototype:
the pipeline in the form of a wall of the through cavity with the outer surface, the inlet, outlet;
- external heat transfer elements attached to individual sections of the external wall surface of the through cavity.
The claimed invention differs from prototype new features:
- wall of the through cavity made in the shape of a box door with a Central through cavity;
- external heat transfer elements made in the form of supports, holders with embedded cavities, latches, door leaf with peripheral sites, placed against each other, and door handles;
- supports fixed to the external wall surface of the through cavity;
- holders attached to one peripheral area of the door leaf;
- handle and the door and secured to the other of the peripheral area of the door leaf;
- clamps fastened to the supports and partially accommodated in the fixing cavities holders;
- the door leaf installed with possibility of rotation, and full or partial overlapping of the Central through cavity.
From the above list of characteristics of the claimed invention and the task it is apparent that the invention represents a set of essential features as a combination of known and new essential features that provide a new technical result, which is unknown in the prior art.
The invention provides a solution to the problem and getting a new technical result, which really can be obtained by the use of the claimed invention. Between the set of essential features of the claimed invention and achievable technical result there is a direct causal link.
Every characteristic of the invention are individually significant, and their set forms a set of essential features of the invention, influencing the achievement of the technical result. Every essential feature of the invention expressed by the General concept, in particular at the level of functional generalization, i.e. significant is not specific (private) cases who perform essential characteristic, and it is essential to have the essential characteristic and carried out their function, as in any private forms of execution, or other significant characteristic of the invention will be ensured the achievement of the claimed technical result and the solution of the task.
The prior art is widely known means and methods of obtaining the individual constituent elements of the claimed invention, and their placement relative to each other and their connection with each other.
The claimed invention provide a technical solution relating to a device object.
The claimed invention is industrially applicable as it can be used in industry, agriculture, health and other sectors of the economy or in the social sphere, which uses the metal heat exchangers of the heating system of the premises. The invention can be reproduced in that form, as it is characterized in the claims, using known and available materials, technologies, process equipment and existing skills of workers. In the case of carrying out the invention really is possible to realize the above purpose, and obtain the claimed technical result.
The claimed invention is new, because it is not known from the prior art. N is known from the prior art set of essential features of the claimed invention and their impact on obtaining the claimed technical result.
The claimed invention involves an inventive step, because the specialist it explicitly does not follow from the prior art. Not identified solutions that have the signs consistent with their distinctive features, and is not detected the known influence of the distinctive characteristics to obtain a technical result. The claimed invention provides for the manufacture of metal heat exchanger of the heating system of the premises and its parts, which will be the new properties that are not known in the art to implement the assignment. The essential features of the invention are of a technical nature and identifiable. The set of essential features of the claimed invention, a necessary and sufficient to obtain the claimed technical result. The claimed combination of features of the invention provides an unexpected, unusual sverhsummarny technical result, which exceeds the technical result obtained from each significant characteristic separately, in relation to the objects of the specified destination. The invention provides a modification of the prior art unobvious means, gives the object a new positive properties that meet long-term demand, and improve the competitiveness of patentable subject matter. Between significant prospect who signs the invention and achievable technical result there is a direct causal link. The set of essential features of the claimed invention provides a new and unusual principle of operation of objects, which is the maximum extent effective for objects of the specified purposes, and also provides the manufacturer of the new device and its component parts.
Thus, the claimed invention meets the required conditions of patentability of an invention, is providing a new technical result and the solution of the task.

Besides upper and lower headers at the attachment points of branch pipes have longitudinal flat sections the thickness of which is more than thickness of round walls, and finning of each aluminium register tube is made in the form of longitudinal radial plates located symmetrically relative to the tube axis, and front and rear planes of finning comprise at least with two plates adjacent to them the closed air channels interconnected with atmosphere at the level of upper and lower headers. Attachment method of register tube in the hole of tubular header of heating radiator-convector, which is implemented by means of intermediate element having taper surfaces with inverse taper by leading the end of intermediate element inside the header and its elastoplastic release; at that, intermediate element is made in the form of a branch pipe having taper and cylindrical parts; internal channel of branch pipe in the zone where its end is led into the header cavity is abruptly converging; plastic release is made by pushing the working puncheon via internal channel of branch pipe on the side of its taper part till the puncheon falls to the header cavity, and removal of working puncheon from the header cavity is performed by emptying.
EFFECT: inventions allow increasing strength of radiator-convector, simplifying manufacturing and assembly method thereof, increasing processibility and intensification of heat transfer.

Method for mounting recorder pipe in aperture of pipe collector of heating convective radiator is realized by intermediate element, having conic surfaces, by outputting end of intermediate element inside the collector and its resilient depression, while intermediate element is made in form of barrel, having conical and cylindrical portions, inner channel of barrel in zone of outlet of its end into collector hollow is made steeply narrowing, plastic depression is performed by pushing working piston through inner channel of branch pipe on the side of its conical portion until piston falls out into collector hollow, and is then removed.
EFFECT: higher durability and manufacturability.

SUBSTANCE: invention is of relevance for operation of apparatus for air cooling of gas and is to be utilised in power engineering industry. The proposed method of the heat exchanger apparatus fabrication envisages the following activities: fabrication of finned heat exchange tubes, a framework, at least a single apparatus section with lateral walls and beams joining them together, gas inlet and outlet chambers; packing the section with a bundle of finned one-way-flow heat exchange tubes; fabrication of a manifold for gas supply and removal, a support structure and their assembly. The section walls are represented by channel bars with shelves turned towards the tubes and are equipped with fairing displacers forming the U-bar reinforcement ribs. One of the methods of the apparatus heat exchanger section fabrication envisages positioning an optimal number of tubes within the section in accordance with the dependence specified within the framework of the invention concept. An alternative method envisages assembly of the section elements on a holding frame designed within the framework of the invention concept. A third method envisages assembly of the elements in a specific sequence combined with performance of hydraulic pressure testing. The method of fabrication of the apparatus chamber for gas inlet or outlet envisages manufacture of the chamber elements and their assembly in a sequence developed within the framework of the invention concept. The method of fabrication of the gas delivery and removal manifold envisages manufacture of the manifold body sections and their assembly with the help of the tool tab designed within the framework of the invention concept. Method of hydraulic pressure testing of the apparatus sections envisages mounting the section to be tested on the hydraulic test bench designed within the framework of the invention concept with the pressure increase and drop modes as per the dependence given. Method of the manifold hydraulic pressure testing envisages it being mounted on the hydraulic test bench or a loft with the help of support structures designed within the framework of the invention concept.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and precision of assembly of the apparatus and elements thereof combined with reduction of labour and material consumption, reduction of hydraulic losses occurring in the apparatus as well as technological simplification of the hydraulic pressure testing of heat exchanger sections and manifolds of the apparatus for air cooling of gas, improved effectiveness and reduced labour intensity of their performance.

FIELD: manufacture of heat-exchange equipment, applicable in machine building.
