SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a composition with the property of hair growth-stimulating effect. The declared composition contains at least one aromatase inhibitor specified in a group of chemically synthetised aromatase inhibitors, and soya bean and rape extracts, as well as at least one herbal extract. The above extract contains one or more biologically active substances extracted from plants and specified in a group consisting of type I and/or type II 5α-reductase inhibitors and androgen receptor blockers. Also, the invention refers to using the declared composition for cosmetic application and body or face hair growth reduction and/or scalp hair growth stimulation.

EFFECT: invention provides the controlled hair growth and pigmentation effect.

This invention relates to compositions, especially suitable for influencing the growth of hair, as well as the associated application.

For many decades dominated by studies of hormone-dependent hair growth from androgens. The metabolism of androgens and androgenove receptors to date are targeted for systematic pharmacological effects on hair growth in medicine, and for local, cosmetic attempts will affect the growth of hair.

Part I: Eliopathogenesis”, Eur J Dermatol. As mentioned above, the effect on hair growth is concerned exclusively with complex systems. This is reflected in correspondingly high complexity of biochemical studies and assumptions about their impact. However, despite numerous experiments, still have not been able to develop options suitable balance regarding differentiated local impact determining metabolites as astrogeny (particularly estradiol) and androgens (particularly dihydrotestosterone), depending on whether hair growth or hair removal, slow down new hair growth after apil the tion or depilation, depending on under-treated area of the skin, i.e. from one side of the scalp (scalp), and on the other side of the body, including the face (particularly in the area of the beard), and looking at that, it concerns women or men. Satisfactory differentiated solutions for targeted impact, both on men and women is still not found. In particular, bleaching hair is an unpredictable problem to impact on hair growth.

The objective of the invention is to provide an improved composition for impact on hair growth and hair pigmentation.

According to the invention it has been unexpectedly found that if you combine the at least one aromatase inhibitor, which is selected from the group of chemically synthesized aromatase inhibitors and extracts, respectively, soybeans and canola, characterized by inhibition of aromatase (component i)with at least one plant extract (component (ii))containing one or more extracted from plants of biologically active substances, which are selected from the group comprising inhibitors of 5α-reductase type I and/or type II and blockers androgenetic receptors reach not only purposefully adjustable impact on hair growth but at the same time also maintains the Ute hair pigmentation. Thus, it can be achieved or bleaching hair in women, or, on the other hand, the protection against discoloration of hair in men.

New combination according to the invention is characterized by favorable purposeful influence on hair growth, namely, depending on whether hair growth or hair removal, or slow down new hair growth depending on the area of the body (scalp/scalp or body/face/beard), and depending on that, it concerns women or men. It was unexpectedly found that the combination according to the invention allows a targeted and differentiated impact of these mega growth hair metabolites as estradiol and dihydrotestosterone in relation to local data conditions, i.e. purposefully to stimulate hair growth on the scalp/scalp in men or women and for hair removal or slowing of new hair growth after hair removal or depilation on the body (including the beard) in men or women associated with the possibility of a beneficial effect on the pigmentation of the hair and especially the repigmentation of hair and thereby restoring the original color of hair.

An alternative application of the above mentioned compounds, or as an additional component, it is preferable to use, taking into account the effectiveness of aromatase inhibition on the one hand, and good treatment area of the skin for the preferred local and local injection of the composition on the other hand, the extract of soybeans (Glycine Soja) and even better - the extract of rapeseed (Brassica Campestris; eng: rapeseed). Action combinations according to the invention is realized due to the fact that the additional use of at least one herbal extract containing extracted from plants of biologically active substances selected from the group comprising inhibitors of 5α-reductase type I and/or type II and blockers androgenetic receptors.
