The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to technology for antimicrobial finishing of fabrics for corporate, special uniforms, including fabrics for children's range.

Recently developed textile materials and products that ensure safety and improve the quality of human life.

Creating a safe range of fabrics with antimicrobial properties is an important issue.

The known method for antimicrobial finishing of textile materials, comprising applying to the material an aqueous composition containing an antimicrobial substance - polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride (metacid) and glutaric anhydride, followed by drying at 100°C for 7 minutes.

(see "Journal of Chemical fiber No. 1, 1999, p.30-33)

The known method antimicrobial finish by grafting unsaturated carboxylic acid and substances containing antimicrobial cation followed by fixing it on the material, and after the inoculation, the material is further treated with an aqueous solution of triethanolamine, as well as compounds containing antimicrobial cation, use polyhexamethylene guanidine chloride (PMGH)

(see Patent Ru No. 2037592, DM 13/328, publ. 19.06.1995,)

In the known methods as textile materials treated cellulose TC is neither, and processing wool fabrics are not effective, because the fabric causes a negative reaction towards the man.

The known method for antimicrobial finishing of wool, including the water treatment composition of special bactericidal drug alkyldimethylbenzylammonium with the prior or subsequent processing of water 15-20%ammonia solution.

(see Ed. mon. Su # 1257127, DM 13/10, 1986)

However, the bactericidal effectiveness of the drug is short-lived and the use of high concentrations of ammonia affects working conditions, pollute the waste water.

The closest in technical essence is a method for the antimicrobial finishing of wool fabric, made of wool and polyamide fibers by treating its aqueous composition containing 5-nitrofuran-2-acrolein, dispersant NF, sodium acetate, copper acetate and water at 50-60°C for 45-60 minutes.

The invention allows to obtain wool blend fabric with a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity against gram-positive, gram-negative and constant microflora.

(see Patent Ru No. 1812253, DM 13/188, publ. 30.04.1993,)

However, the known method cannot provide wool blend fabric with necessary protective bioactive properties.

The present invention is to provide the most efficient way and themicrobial trim wool blend fabric, with complex protective properties.

The technical result of the claimed method consists of giving wool blend fabric hypoallergenic, bacteriostatic properties, while maintaining antimicrobial activity after wet processing.

This technical result is achieved by way of the antimicrobial finishing of wool blend fabric, including a fabric processing aqueous antimicrobial composition, in which, according to the invention, the treatment is carried out at room temperature for a composition containing in g/l: polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride 15-25; copper acetate or zinc acetate 4-7; acetic acid 4-7; and water to 1 liter, then the fabric thermoablative at a temperature of 130-180°C for 1-10 minutes, with wool blend fabric perform basic weave and weft threads of wool and polyester fibre filling ratio fabric in the warp and weft of 0.9 to 1.3.

In the proposed method as an antimicrobial agent used polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (Biopag-D), THE 9392-020-41547288-02 with ISM. No. 1, in the form of a 20% aqueous solution.

Biopag-D is effective against a variety of microorganisms, soluble in water, has no color or odor, stable during storage, however, can provoke allergic reactions.

Wool blend fabric perform basic weave and with the different threads of wool and polyester fibre filling ratio fabric in the warp and weft (N cf), 0.9 to 1.3.

By applying to the fabric an aqueous composition impregnates her, diffuses inside the wool fibres, the formation of difficultly soluble complex compounds, which under the effect of heat treatment is fixed on the surface and deep inside wool blend fabric and gives the fabric of the new properties. Tissue becomes hypoallergenic and bacteriostatic properties while maintaining antimicrobial activity after wet processing.

Changing the values stated characteristics do not lead to the achievement of the technical result of the invention.

An aqueous composition is prepared as follows: given a certain number in an aqueous solution of acetic acid dissolved the copper acetate or zinc acetate. Warm up, dissolution is accelerated. Then gradually under stirring enter Biopag-D.

Finishing of the fabric provide a continuous process for drying and tentering machine company "Textima".

Fabric of wool and polyester fibers with Hcf0.9 to 1.3, art. R1-1 treated with an aqueous composition at room temperature with wringer to gain 60-80% and then thermoablative at a temperature of 130-180°C for 1-10 minutes.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples (smfamily 1; 2).

Table 1 shows specific examples of the implementation of the offer is aemula method; in table 2 are given the bioactive properties of wool fabric arts-1 with the proposed method.

As can be seen from table 2 wool blend fabric has bacteriostatic activity. The fabric retains antimicrobial activity after wet processing, has an area of delay microflora after five washings up to 3 mm of Wool fabric art. R1-1 has bacteriostatic activity against gram-positive microflora (Staphylococcus epid) and gram-negative microflora (Pseudomonas aeruginosa), the fabric has anti-allergic properties, does not cause negative reactions in the attitude of the person.

Antimicrobial, hypoallergenic, bacteriostatic properties of the tissue confirmed in the test center of the Institute of surgery. Avissawella The Health Ministry Of Russia. (see figure)

In the Scientific center of children's health FRAME examined a new wool blend fabrics with complex protective properties and obtained Expert opinion on their compliance with the Uniform sanitary and epidemiological and hygienic requirements for goods subject to sanitary and epidemiological supervision.

Thus, wool fabric, decorated according to the invention, has a complex of protective properties, it prevents the growth of bacteria, reduces the risk of infection, prevent disease transmission. Fabric lastoutpackets, does not cause allergic reactions, which is very important, as it is in close, prolonged contact with a person. She does not lose its physical and mechanical properties after finishing, not bilingues, almost no shrinkage, has good hygienic properties.

The new wool blend fabric, which is used for corporate, special clothing, school uniforms and children's range. The fabric ensures cleanliness and safety, maintains its protective properties over a period of use, provide a safe, durable toe service.
