FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: oil-lubed bearing designed to support shaft journal incorporates a journal-box enveloped by an insert arranged on the pad, the said insert being furnished with, at least, two hydrostatic pockets arranged on a common axial lines. Working fluid can be forced, through a check valve and the insert orifices, into the aforesaid pockets. The throttles arranged in the aforesaid orifices provide for an optimum support even with the shaft journal inclines, hence, with the inclined journal box in the said insert. At least, two orifices communicate with the unit to be coupled therewith. The throttles are also arranged in the aforesaid unit, whereto the said check valve is connected, the said unit being arranged on the pad allowing an unobstructed access thereto. To check up the throttles, requires no need in the bearing disassembly. Note that the check valve position provides for easier access and more space for mounting to eliminate disturbing the tightness.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: said invention relates to roll mill hydrostatic bearings for rolls, in particular, to hydrostatic bearings with mounting clamping assembly, built-in compactly along the axis. Hydrostatic bearing of the roll has a tapered neck (14), which leads to reduced-diameter end section (20), and comprises an internally tapered sleeve (12), which is fit on the tapered neck (14) of roll (16). Sleeve (12) can rotate in socket (24), secured inside the cushion assembly (26). The bearing also comprises hollow piston (32), mounted on the end section (20) and stationary as regards to the latter, cylinder (38), divided by piston (32) into the first and second chambers (42), (44), ring (46) of the sleeve, which is pressed against the sleeve (12), round thrust component (48) located between two adjacent segments of ring (46) of the sleeve and cylinder (38) and capable to overlap these segments, and a means for alternate pressurising of either the first or the second chamber (42), (44). When the first chamber (42) is pressurised, cylinder (38) moves in axial direction and forces sleeve (12) to its fit position by acting on thrust component (48) and ring (46) of the sleeve. Pressure rise in the second chamber (44) retracts the cylinder (38), so that the latter retracts the sleeve (12) by acting on the cushion assembly (26) and socket (24).

EFFECT: reduced regular costs for the roll mill as a whole.

Proposed device comprises pipeline 4, 5 to communicate lubricant source with several lubrication points 2. Note here that pipeline 4, 5 incorporates, at least, one injector 6 that doubles as proportioning valve made up of insert cartridge to dispense definite amount of lubricant in a cycle consisting of applying and removing lubricant feed pressure. Note also that said injector 6 has through channel 12 representing inside bypass channel to allow lubricant to flow by injector toward lubricant point 2 located downstream thereof.

On the barrel side there is arranged at least one lug (23) on side (3) of the barrel for at least partial delimiting lubricant receiving chambers relative to each other and for leaving a gap (25) with bushing (24) of the journal, width of which is less, than specified threshold limit value of gap width (25).

EFFECT: design of cushion for assembly of roller journal facilitating recirculation of lubricant from cushion to tank; also position of openings for recirculation of lubricant does not break contour of cushion in lower part.

Reinforcement element has width, which is more than the distance between outer sides of both links.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydrostatic bearings for rollers of rolling mill, particularly to structure of mechanical fixation used in connection with pistons-cylinders assemblies equipped with hydraulic drive and implemented for installation of hydro-static bearings on rollers of rolling mill. Hydro-static bearing (B) for the roller of the rolling mill with conic neck (10) transforming into cylinder shank end (12) consists of bushing (18), piston (26), cylinder (28), fixing brackets and lock-nut (58). Bearing (B) is mounted on neck (10) on a roller by means of a module with piston/cylinder (26/28) equipped with a hydraulic drive. The module with piston/cylinder (26, 28) is limited in axial direction with fixing brackets with external thread; also the brackets are installed in circular groove (14) in neck (10). Locknut (58) is screwed along thread on fixing brackets.

EFFECT: improved design of mechanical fixation facilitating reliable installation of hydrostatic bearing whereat bearing is reliably secured in mounting position on necks of rollers.

SUBSTANCE: device contains annular hydraulic module piston/cylinder, installed on cylindrical section of roll neck. One end of cylindrical section is restricted by collar located on roll neck and opposite end is restricted by annular groove located on roll neck. Closing ring contains latching linkages, pivotally fixed in matching sites in groove. Holding of locking levers without additional facilities such as protective shrouds, or without increasing of clearances between levers and axis of suspension bracket it provided ensured by block piston/cylinder is implemented with mentioned locking levers with that to replace mentioned bearing to specified neck of roll and in the second mode of contact condition with mentioned projection with that to remove mentioned bearing from mentioned neck of roll. Block piston/cylinder and mentioned locking levers are outfitted by corresponding conical surfaces, operating for moving of locking levers inside into its matching sites after contact of mentioned block piston/cylinder with mentioned locking levers.

EFFECT: effectiveness increase of holding facilities of locking levers in its closed position.

The facility consists of a fit ring with a collar arranged on the extension of the journal of the roller of the mill; the fit ring rests on the face surface of the journal bushing; there is foreseen a gap between the fit ring with the collar and the face side of the roller journal; the fit ring with the collar is tied with the journal bushing; at least one working body for disassembling the journal bushing and the pad is provided in the gap; fluid and/or gaseous working body is used as a working body, in particular bearing oil or mechanical working body, in particular a spring, a circular spring or a package of springs or two screw springs protected from displacement partially in a circular slot in the face side of the roller journal and/or in the fit ring with the collar.

EFFECT: there is facilitated shorter design and possibility to produce displacing motion at disassembly with low working medium pressure.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to design of roller journal bearing located on the side of sealing barrel. Design (1) of roller (2) journal bearing located on the side of sealing barrel comprises journal bushing (3) installed on roller journal (2), and bushing is matched with rotary ring (5), bearing bushing (7) is installed in bed (6), radial seals with radial jaw pieces (13, 13') matched with bed (6) via holder (11), which interact with rotary ring (5), and sealing system (16), which is installed relative to roller barrel (4). Holder (11) and radial jaw pieces (13, 13') are arranged as a whole in the form of sealing element (8) and form together with sealing jaw piece (15) of sealing system (16) single unit, which is detachably tightly fixed to bed (6). Sealing system (16) comprises L-shaped profile (17), which is mounted on end side (18) of roller (4). There is labyrinth (19) formed between shelves of L-shaped profile (17) and sealing element (8). Sealing jaw piece (15) tightly abuts shelf of L-shaped profile (17).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the device designed to seal rolls bearings, in particular, fluid friction bearings or rolling bearings. The device sealing ring coupled with the shaft journal or the journal bush has a cylindrical sealing surface whereto adjoins the elastic sealing element located fixed in the holder connected with the pad. Note that the sealing surface is subjected to knurling polishing with rollers, plasma nitration and oxidising. Note also that the elastic sealing element is the radial sealing ring for a shaft with load-bearing elements.

EFFECT: increase in service life of elastic sealing elements and reduction in friction.

FIELD: sealing units of bearing assemblies of rolls of rolling mills.

SUBSTANCE: sealing device includes annular shoulder joined with journal of roll without possibility of relative rotation. Said annular shoulder carries ring like sealed surface engaged with elastic stationary sealing member. Labyrinth gland is arranged before sealing member on roll barrel and it includes at one side stationary parts and at other side it includes parts joined with roll. Labyrinth is formed, practically by means of C-shaped ring of desired cross section that is fluid tightly joined with end side of roll. In C-shaped opening of said ring stationary annular closing lid is embedded. Said lid includes open to outside draining duct. Labyrinth hole is spaced from bottom of draining groove. Annular closing lid has extending portion whose outer side provides deflection of labyrinth groove and whose inner side is provided with holder for stationary sealing member.

EFFECT: simplified design of highly rational sealing members, good sealing degree of sealing device for increased useful life period in comparison with that of known sealing devices.

SUBSTANCE: in sealing device of roll bearing assembly, to roll journal corresponds at least one elastic sealing member embracing it and engaging with sealed surface. Sealing member and(or) sealed surface rest upon at least one elastic supporting member on its holder. Said elastic supporting member has rigidity less than that of sealing lugs of sealing member. Rigidity of elastic member and or) value of radial compensation motion of elastic supporting member is preliminarily adjusted.
