1. The technical field to which the invention relates.

1.1. The present invention relates to the field of packaging and can be used to protect hinged locks of General application from external aggressions.

2. The level of technology.

2.1. Known cases of different shapes, made of different materials and designed for storage of various household and industrial products, with the body consisting of cover and base, unconnected or connected by a hinge or other means, without or with different closing the locking device, also known covers for Bicycle locks manufactured in the form of bags of soft materials, and well-known covers, designed to protect automotive door inner locks from external environmental influences, manufactured from polymeric materials, comprising a housing consisting of a front and rear side surfaces, which are, respectively, cap and base connected by means of a flexible element in one part of the body and closed without locking the device.

There is no information about the existence of remedies hinged locks General application of the external influence of the environment, industrial output in the form of covers or cases.

The present invention is the creation of a protective device in the form of CASE to protect hinged locks of General application from external environmental influences that are manufactured industrially from polymeric and/or other well-known waterproof materials.

2.2. The closest analogue of the proposed CASE is the case for car inner door locks. The main element of the specified case, is the body consisting of front and rear side surfaces, which are, respectively, the lid and the base, interconnected in one part of the body by means of a flexible element and closed without locking device is opened by means of the flat ledge in the form of a visor, which is a continuation of the upper surface of the cover, and the rear surface of the base fixed to the body of the automobile lock, has an aperture for passing the inside of the case cover the outer part of the car door internal lock.

3. The essence of the invention.

3.1. 3.1.1. 3.1.4. The base CASE has on the outer side of the rear surface of the rectangular cut straight or arcuate protrusion having in cross section the shape of a trench or other known form and is designed to prevent the ingress of water on the eyelets in place their passage into the body.

3.1.5. The edge of the side surface of the case base CASE around the perimeter made the bench for the tight connection of the cover and base of the housing in the closed state.

3.1.6. On the edge of the side surface of the case base CASE dresses elastic sealing ring to prevent the ingress of water into the housing, having in cross section a rectangular, oval or other shape.

3.2.1. Cover CASE 2 (figure 2, 3, 4) has on the upper side surface and partially on the side surfaces of the plate-like protrusion 4, the closing when folding the cover 2 and base 3 (figure 2, 3, 4) the place of their connection in the upper part of the housing 1 (figure 2), and acting in the closed condition of the casing for the outer rear surface of the base body at a certain distance.

3.2.2. On the upper side surface of the cover 2 (2, 3, 4) on a plate protrusion 4 has a rectangular, oval or other shape to the upper ledge 8.

3.2.3. Cover 2 and base 3 (2, 3, 4) of the housing CASE 1 are provided in the lower side surface of the ventilation hole 13 (figure 4).

3.2.4. Base 3 (2, 3, 4) of the housing CASE 1 is on the rear surface of the rectangular cut-out 5, closed on the inner surface of the base 3 soft gasket 12 and having a straight slot 10.

3.2.5. Base 3 (2, 3, 4) of the housing CASE 1 is on the outer side of the rear surface of the rectangular cut-out 5 straight or curved rear projection 9 having in cross section the shape of a trench or other form.

3.2.6. The edge 12 (3) of the side surface of the base 3 of the housing CASE 1 with the sealing ring 14.

3.2.7. The internal dimensions of the housing 1, f is Clara (length, width, depth) depending on the overall dimensions of the hinged locks can have a different value.

3.3. The technical result of the use proposed by the present invention a protective CASE for hinged locks is to reduce the influence of external environmental influences on padlocks and increase their service life.

4.2.2. Hinge or other connection may be of any known form.

5. Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention.

5.1. In figure 1, 2, 3, 4 shows a schematic construction of the body of the CASE.

5.1.1. The CASE includes a housing, which includes: cover, base, plate ledge, rectangular cut, strip, locking device (lock), top tab, back tab slot, swivel, edge, vents, sealing ring.

5.1.2. Internal dimensions of CASE (length, width, depth) depend on the overall dimensions of the hinged locks.

5.2. Method of use CASE.

5.2.1. Laying padlock in the CASE as follows: - the body of the CASE when open the locking device, and using the upper ledge opens and cover, pivotally connected with the base of the case, goes down towards the base of the case. 3. Case according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the base on the outer side of the rear surface of the rectangular cut-out has a straight or arcuate protrusion having in cross section the shape of a trench or other known form and is designed to prevent the ingress of water on the eyelets in place their passage into the body.

4. Case according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that on the upper side surface of the housing cover plate protrusion has a top ledge rectangular, oval or other shape to facilitate opening of the housing.

5. Case according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the edge of the side surface of the base body, made around the perimeter of the ledge, there is a removable elastic sealing ring to prevent the ingress of water into the housing, having in cross section a rectangular, oval or other shape.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the package containing an outer box and the inner enveloping part placed inside it, more particularly, to a cigarette package. Object of the invention is to create a cigarette package with insulation characteristics sufficient for packaging products even without film overwrap. The cigarette package comprises a housing of the inner wrap, formed by folding the inner wrap, which has a layer of film material between a layer of paper and a layer of thermosealing material, substantially into the cuboidal form. The above cuboidal form includes substantially two parallel score lines extending from the upper side to the upper part of the front side of the inner box housing. And each is formed by a cut penetrating through the paper layer into the layer of film material, the cut line formed from the cut penetrating through the outer layer constituting an overlap on the front side of the inner box housing, at the upper position. SUBSTANCE: the invention concerns the area of production of composite materials with antiseptic and heat-insulating properties and may be used for manufacture of packing spacers for containers used for long-term storage of vegetables, fruits, eggs, etc., and also for production of building panels for walls, partitions, ceilings and lining panels for an interior finishing of airplanes, ships, buildings and etc. The technical result of the invention is expansion of the list of the produced items with increased strength and stable antiseptic and heat-insulating properties. A composite material for production of the items consists of: a filler and a binding agent. At that the waste paper and a high sphagnum moss or the under-decomposed high sphagnum peat are used in the capacity of the filler, and melted rosin and alumina are used in the capacity of the binding agent. The composite material has the following components ratio (in mass %): waste paper - 49-49.24; high sphagnum moss or under-decomposed high sphagnum peat - 49-49.24; melted rosin - 1.6-1.76; alumina - 0.07-0.09.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased strength and stable antiseptic and heat-insulating properties of the produced items and expansion of the list of the produced items.

SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. Each side strip is curved so that concave part thereof faces inward to connect corresponding central part with adjacent side walls. Each side strip defines sharp edge with corresponding side wall, the first obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding minor wall and the second obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding central part, wherein the second obtuse dihedral angle exceeds the first one.

EFFECT: improved ability to remove the first cigarette from the pack after opening thereof, possibility to apply transparent coating without deforming thereof, prevention of pack wearing out during contact with user's clothing, reduced manufacturing cost and decreased time of pack production, minimal modernization of packing machine.

SUBSTANCE: proposed facility for shipment and/or storage of explosive, radioactive, and toxic cargo has container and shock absorbers. Container covers and walls are shielded by external and internal shells that have alternating metal and heat-resistant rubber layers with holes. Inner surface of internal shell and outer surface of external shell are covered with swelling fire-proof material layers. Space between covers, walls, and internal shell of container communicates through nonreturn valves with internal space of container. Container cover has pressure-reducing valve with filter that functions to equalize gage pressure inside container with ambient pressure.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of handled cargo protection under normal operating conditions and in emergency situations.
