FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cooking chamber for a cooking machine. The objective of the invention is providing for a cooking machine wherein the connective device ensures reliable tight connection between the lower part and the upper part of the cooking machine. The cooking chamber for a cooking machine contains the lower part, installed for placement of cooking raw stock, and an outlet hole for cooked beverage as well as the upper part having an outlet hole for cooking water and covering the lower part when in the closed state. The connective device for tight connection of the lower part to the upper part has multiple connective elements, each directed in the guide tracks for essentially radial movement relative to one longitudinal axis of the cooking chamber and passing, when in the closed state, into the counterpart indentation so that to be protected against egress with a barrier.

EFFECT: connective device ensures reliable tight connection between the lower part and the upper part of the cooking machine.

The invention relates to a cooking chamber for cooking machine, which is designed, for example, for cooking, coffee drinks, and cooking machine with one of the cooking chamber.

DE 102004056224 A1 discloses a cooking machine for brewing coffee drinks. This cooking machine contains the cooking chamber with the bottom part, which is designed for making capsules containing raw materials for cooking and which has an outlet for the brewed beverage. Facing down the supporting surface of the machine, and from the supporting surface to bottom is inserted finger, serves as the upper part of the cooking chamber. In this machine the lower part of the cooking chamber made in the form of a separate component that is inserted into a clamping device and, when the lever is switched, is brought to the supporting surface, so that the upper part covered the lower part in the closed state. Since water for cooking is supplied under pressure into the portion capsule, and the pressure in this case is transferred to the cooking chamber, the clamping device must be installed for pressure-tight connection of the lower part with the upper part. EP 1559351 A2 shows this clamping device and the locking mechanism for the cooking chamber in detail.

Although in the above-mentioned machine raw materials for cooking is provided in the portion capsule that neo is to be inserted into the cooking chamber, there are also cooking machine in which raw materials for cooking is introduced in the form of a pressed or loose-filled bags or pods between the two filter layers in the cooking chamber. In all these examples, water for cooking is supplied under pressure in the cooking chamber. When filtration is used only coffee, the pressure is relatively low and amounts to only a few bar, but for brewing espresso cooking chamber is subjected to a pressure of about 20 bar.

A connecting device that holds the bottom part and the top part together, after raw materials for cooking was introduced, thus exposed to quite a lot of effort, when the cooking machine is running. This requires a rigid structure, which must also withstand deformation, so that the seal is located between the lower part and the upper part of the cooking chamber, can reliably be positioned, for example, to the upper side portions of the capsule even in case of high working pressure. On the other hand, the connecting device must quickly be opened, so that the user can easily have access to the cooking chamber. To meet these requirements known to the earlier of the cooking chamber are clamping or connecting device complex structures.

The present invention is the provision of the cooking chamber, in which the connecting device provides a tight joint between the lower part and the upper part of the cooking chamber, but at the same time easy to open and, in principle, can be easily constructed.

This problem is solved through the cooking chamber, having the characteristics according to claim 1 of the claims. Paragraph 16 of the claims relates to cooking machine with one of the cooking chamber. Preferred variants of the invention may be made from the dependent claims.

Cooking chamber according to the invention for cooking machine contains the lower part, which is designed to make raw materials for cooking and which has an outlet for brewed beverages, the upper part, which has an inlet for the water to boiling and covers the lower part in the closed state, and the connecting device, which is designed for a tight connection of the lower part with the upper part in the closed state. Raw materials for cooking can be achieved, for example, in the portion capsule or filter the pillow, but essentially can also be served directly in the lower part (in the latter case, preferably the additional filter elements are located in or on the bottom).

With the according to the invention the connecting device has many connecting elements, which are directed in each case on the guide for generally radial movement relative to the longitudinal axis of the cooking chamber. When the cooking chamber is in the closed position, the connecting elements are in the notch on the return details and in this case, protected from outside focus.

Using a relatively large number of connecting elements, which are distributed around the circumference of the cooking chamber, very tight joint may be provided in the lower part and the upper part of the cooking chamber, undesirable deformation does not occur even during the pressure increase. This is comparable with flange with a large number of screws, but, in contrast to the flange, the connecting device can be quickly separated from the cooking chamber, so that the interior space of the cooking chamber became available.

Essentially, a smaller number of connecting elements may be used, but more durable construction is not usually required, in order to provide the necessary resistance to deformation of the cooking chamber in the closed state.

In preferred versions of the invention, the connecting elements are in the form of bodies (balls), which in each case are directed in the guide or the guide to balloons for generally radial peremeshany is relative to the longitudinal axis of the cooking chamber.

Here, the term "ball" includes not only the balls in a strict geometric sense, but also other bodies that are directed in the guide for generally radial movement relative to the longitudinal axis of the cooking chamber and which in the closed state of the cooking chamber are in the notch on the opposite part, and when the cooking chamber is opened, can come out and at the same time to leave the notch.

In preferred versions of the invention, the focus can be moved generally in the direction of the longitudinal axis, from a position of closure in the closed state of the cooking chamber in the open position. The hermetic seal may be provided between the upper part and the lower part of the cooking chamber and is preferably attached to the upper part or the lower part. In the example of this cooking machine housing of the cooking machine has a cover which can be moved from the working state to the open state. Figure 1 depicts the embodiment of the cooking chamber 1 in a disassembled form. 2 and 3 show the cooking chamber 1 in the assembled state, particularly from the side view in figure 2 and in longitudinal section in figure 3.

Cooking chamber 1 has a bottom part 2 and the upper part 4. Figure 1 depicts how the details in the example scenarios belong to the lower part 2 and upper part 4.

Using a connecting device of the lower part 2 and upper part 4 can be tightly attached to each other. In the example options for performing the connecting device is not a separate component of the cooking chamber 1, but instead of the individual structural parts of the connecting device are, in essence, to the top 4. Figure 4(a) depicts the cooking chamber 1 in the closed state, and the lower part 2 and upper part 4 is hermetically attached to each other by means of the coupling device. In this state, the sealing cap 30 is pressed down relative to the tion of the Central part 38 against the action of coil springs 42, so that the balls 58 were radially inward and are protected inner side of the side wall 34 from moving radially outward. If then sealing cap 30 is displaced upwards in the direction of the longitudinal axis L under the action of coil springs 42, and it is possible, because the limitation of travel provided by the fingers 40 with the screw cutting, the stop 62 leaves its closed position and moves into the open position depicted in figure 5(a) and figure 5(b). The stop 62 is made so that the balls 58 can then enter in the intermediate space 64, and they no longer protrude into the chute 60. However, the stop 62 is still protects the balls 58 from falling out of the through-holes 52. The connecting device is then in the fully released so that the upper part 4 could be completely separated from the bottom part 2 (open state of the cooking chamber 1), see Fig.6.

In the example scenarios provided a large number of balls 58, which are distributed evenly around the circumference of the side wall 14, the engagement in the groove 60 in the closed state of the cooking chamber 1. The lower part 2 and upper part 4, therefore, very securely and firmly attached to each other, thus also withstanding the high pressure during cooking. Due to the evenly distribution of the balls 58 are only small distortions, thus providing the seal 48.

As clearly seen in figure 7, the lower part 2 of the cooking chamber 1 is in the cooking machine 70 to the base 82. The holder 18 in this case is in the gap of the base 82, in order to fix the lower part 2. The upper part 4 of the cooking chamber 1 is attached to the inner side of the cover 74 by means of the mounting extensions 36. Cover 74 pivotally attached at its left side to the housing 72 of the image according to Fig.7 and could swing up to the left. When the cover 74 is closed, it presses the sealing cap 30 with the stop 62 down against the action of coil springs 42, so that the cooking chamber 1 was closed and was securely and tightly fixed. In this state, the cover 74 is fixed by a latch, which is not depicted in Fig.7.

When the cover 74 is opened, which requires a small effort, the cooking chamber 1 is opened, as described with reference to figure 5 and 6. The lower part 2 of the cooking chamber 1 then receives free access, so that, for example, portions of the capsule can be inserted into the lower part 2. When the cover 74 is subsequently closed, the cooking chamber 1 enters the closed state. At the same time push the finger 22 pierces the lower side and inserted a finger 46 of the upper side portions of the capsule. When cooking machine 70 is activated, the pump 80 moves the water in the boiler 78, which tip the t in the form of heated water for cooking through the pipeline, not depicted in figure 1, to the intake hole 44 and passes through the insertion of the finger 46 in the inner space capsules. If necessary, for example for cleaning, the user can move the bottom part 2 based on 82 to the left in the image according to Fig.7, so that the holder 18 is released from the base 82, and the lower part 2 can be completely removed from the cooking machine 70.

Fig-10 depict an additional embodiment of the cooking chamber, which is designated here 1'. The cooking chamber 1 and 1' are different from each other essentially only the design of the connecting device. Therefore, the same reference position used for identical or similar parts corresponding to each other, as in the second embodiment and the first embodiment, but for clarity are indicated by an apostrophe.

Disassembled view, according Fig, shows the individual parts of the lower part 2' and the upper part 4' of the cooking chamber 1'. The lower part 2' has a body 10' to the side wall 14', having a circular groove 60', R is CCU 18', the outlet 20' and insert the finger 22', surrounded by a spring 28'. The upper part 4' includes a closure cap 30' area 32' of the cover and side wall 34', the Central part 38', the intake hole 44', false finger 46' and the seal 48'.

In the image according to Fig.9(a) a cooking chamber 1' is assembled, but not committed.
