SUBSTANCE: invention relates to handling machinery used at storehouses, industrial rooms, etc. Hoisting machine comprises foundation with hollow horizontal rod accommodating pusher with rollers and coupled with its drive composed of hydraulic cylinder. Said horizontal hollow rod has an opening to receive thrust equipped with working platform for cargo gripping and link. One end of said link is articulated with pusher while its opposite end is hinged to aforesaid thrust to displace in vertical plane. Thrust vertical drive is secured under thrust, at foundation, and composed by telescopic boom, its top telescoping section being equipped with thrust support. Thrust is fitted into foundation to displace horizontally.

The invention relates to lifting equipment used for lifting / lowering to different modes of transport, warehouses and industrial premises.

Known vehicle for transportation of containers [RF Patent №2288112, IPC VR 1/48, VS 23/80, publ. 27.11.2006], which contains a frame with a cargo platform, two telescopic boom hinged to rotate in the transverse planes respectively on the front and rear parts of the cargo platform, outriggers, pivoted on the frame can be rotated in said transverse planes, pivotally connected to the tilt cylinder boom and located symmetrically about the axis of its inclination. Each of the outriggers equipped with a support mounted to rotate in a vertical plane, and an additional hydraulic cylinder tilt support, while bearing swivel one end mounted on the axis of rotation of the outrigger, and the other connected to the hydraulic cylinder tilt arrows, and with the rod of additional hydraulic tilt support, the body of which is pivotally connected to the outrigger.

The known device requires a large investment of time to bring in the working position, the seizure of the cargo and its ascent.

The closest technical solution to the declared object is to capture the tilter to Pogruzchik is for barrels [A.S. The USSR №901257, IPC B66F 9/18, publ. 30.01.1982]containing hung on the carriage of the forklift base with horizontal hollow pins, inside which is placed the tappets associated with the actuator moving. When taking drums from horizontal pins with covering their gutters start the truck in the space between the barrels until it stops at the bottom of the barrels spring-loaded stops. Next, the carriage with capture-tilter move upwards, providing rise barrels at the desired height; then the barrels are transported by truck to the place of unloading, and next is laying the drums both in vertical and horizontal position.

This device requires a large investment of time to bring in the working position, the seizure of the goods and the release from it, as well as cumbersome by design that the whole is affects the layout of the device.

Object of the invention is to create a compact design of the lifting mechanism.

The technical result is the reduction of time for bringing the lifting mechanism in the operating position, the seizure of the goods and the release from it.

The task is solved in that the lifting mechanism containing base with a horizontal hollow pin, inside of which is placed a plunger, hinge associated with the drive of his movements made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, and the plunger is equipped with rollers, the emphasis is equipped with a thrust, which one end pivotally connected to the plunger, according to the invention in a horizontal hollow pin has an opening in which is placed the emphasis is equipped with a working platform for the capture of cargo, while the other end is thrust through the hinge, provided with rollers, connected to the stop can be moved in a vertical plane, under the anchorage on the basis of fixed drive vertical lifting and lowering of emphasis made in the form of a telescopic boom, the top drawer is equipped with a support for the stop, the stop is inserted in the support with the possibility of lateral movement.

To ensure the horizontal position of the stop in the working position and when lifting-lowering cargo, the emphasis is equipped with a working platform and thrust one to the EC which is pivotally connected to the plunger, with rollers and pivotally connected with the hydraulic actuator and the other end is thrust through the hinge, provided with rollers, connected with focus.

In order to provide vertical movement of the stop in the doorway of the pin, under the anchorage on the basis of fixed drive vertical lifting and lowering of emphasis made in the form of a telescopic boom, the top drawer is equipped with a support for the stop, the stop is inserted in the support with the possibility of lateral movement.

Figure 1 shows the lifting mechanism in the initial position, side view; figure 2 - lifting mechanism in the initial position, top view; figure 3 - lifting mechanism in the "capture" of the goods; figure 4 - lifting mechanism in working position; figure 5 is a view of figure 1 along the section A-A; figure 6 is a view of figure 1 along the section B-B.

Lifting mechanism (see figure 1) comprises a base 1, on the upper part of which has a horizontal hollow pin 2, inside of which is placed a plunger 3 with the rollers 4, pivotally connected with the drive of his movements made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 5 with the rod 6. In the horizontal hollow pin 2 has an opening 7 (see figure 2), which placed an emphasis 8-equipped working space 9 for gripping the load 10 and the thrust of 11, one end pivotally connected to the plunger 3 and the other end through the Sha is ner 12, provided with rollers 13, is connected with the rear end of the stop 8 can move in the vertical plane. Under the stop 8 on the base 1 fixed drive vertical lifting and lowering of emphasis made in the form of telescopic boom 14, the top drawer 15 which is equipped with a support 16 for emphasis. The lifting mechanism operates as follows.

The seizure of the cargo 10 is shown in figure 3, which include a hydraulic cylinder 5, moving the plunger 3 with the rollers 4, which acts on the rod 11. In turn, the rod 11 by means of hinge 12 with rollers 13, moves in the horizontal plane of the stop 8, inserted in the support 16. Thus, the working space 9 stop 8 engages the load 10. Proposed device comprises cable drum, ball-and-screw gearing, moving plate and compression spring. Said compression spring has one end engaged with hollow hub side surface and another end engaged with moving plate provided with sliding ledges to enter hollow nub lengthwise guide grooves. Load lifter comprises truck with front-end tool, lifting hydraulic cylinder with rod, three flexible pull elements that run in pulleys. FIELD: railway transport; repair facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mounted appliances for mobile repair machines used for repair of rail vehicles without cutting out, particularly for replacement of bogie springs and friction wedge. Proposed mounted appliance has platform body 1 secured by brackets 2 on frame-adapter of mobile repair machine. Post 3 with lever 5 is secured on platform body 1. Hydraulic jack 7 is installed on platform body 1 by means of ball support 9, being coupled with lever 5 through joint 10 of rod 11. Fork grip 6 is locked in bogie members, pressure is fed into hydraulic jack 7, and platform body 1 is moved to thrust against ground, and at further travel of rod 11, appliance lifts up bogie releasing spring set from weight of vehicle. Spring set and friction wedge are demounted and transported to repair station on platform body 1. Procedure is reversed for mounting spring set and friction wedge.

Proposed device contains self-propelled chassis, frame with movable carriage installed on chassis for turning in vertical plane, fork grip, processing facilities, power cylinders of said facilities connected with hydraulic drive. Additional frame-adapter mounted on carriage accommodates fork grip, processing facilities and power cylinders. SUBSTANCE: proposed grip contains frame mounted on tractor rear mounting system with panel rigidly secured on frame and arranged vertically, winch with guide rollers secured on top of frame and grip in form of crossmember with gripping hooks. Upper parts of jaws are formed by parallel planes passing through axes of their rotation. Radius in middle part of each jaw corresponds to half of jaws axis-to-axis distance.
