Food insufficiency, common in older people, are numerous and vary according to the geographical environment and socio-economic status of the subject. In another embodiment of the invention provides methods and supplements to reduce the effects of environmental stress and improving immunity of the person, containing (a) effective the e vitamin E, vitamin C and selenium; and (b) where the interest of the mass ratio of selenium to vitamin E is from about 1:450 to about 1:550, the ratio of selenium to vitamin C is from about 1:3000 to about 1:3500, and (C) where the food additive is adapted to reduce the effects of environmental stress and improving immunity.

In another embodiment of the invention features a dietary Supplement to increase human activity, containing (a) from about 125% to about 130% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin B1; (b) from about 120 to about 130% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin B2; (C) from about 120 to about 130% of the recommended daily allowance of nicotinic acid; (d) from about 130 to about 150% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin B6; (d) from about 120 to about 130% of the recommended daily allowance of Biotin; (e) from about 120 to approximately 130% of the recommended daily allowance of Pantothenic acid and (f) where a food additive adapted to increase the activity of the person.

In another embodiment of the invention features a dietary Supplement to reduce the effects of environmental stress and improving immunity of the person, containing (a) from about 120 to about 130% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin E, (b) from about 120 to about 130% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C, (C) from about 20 to about 40 mg is Elena; and (g) where the food additive is adapted to reduce the effects of environmental stress and improving immunity of the person.

DETAILED description of the INVENTION

Vitamin B1, also called thiamine, is a water-soluble substance with thiazolium and pyrimidine rings linked through a methylene bridge, and has a biological half-time of the organism in about 15 days. Thiamine is necessary for nervous activity and metabolism of carbohydrates and is dosed in the form of pharmaceutically acceptable compounds of vitamin B1. When used in this description of the invention, "pharmaceutically acceptable" is a component suitable for use in humans without undue side effects such as irritation, toxicity, and allergic response. Useful pharmaceutically acceptable compounds of vitamin B1 include, without limiting them, thiamine chloride hydrochloride and thiamine Mononitrate. Vitamin B2, also called Riboflavin, is involved in the reactions of oxidation-reduction in numerous metabolic pathways and in the formation of energy through the respiratory chain. In one embodiment an effective amount of vitamins the and B2 is from about 1 to about 2 mg per day; most preferably about 1.75 mg per day.

Nicotinic acid is required for cell respiration, helps in the release of energy and metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, proper circulation and healthy skin, functioning of the nervous system, and normal secretion of bile and stomach fluids. It is used in the synthesis of sex hormones, the treatment of schizophrenia and other mental diseases and in enhancing memory. Niacin taken in pharmaceutical dosage improves the profile of cholesterol in the blood, and is used to clear the body of organic poisons, such as certain insecticides. In one embodiment an effective amount of nicotinic acid is from about 15 to about 30 mg per day, most preferably 20 mg per day.

Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, is involved in the production of RNA and DNA, and many other biological reactions in the human body. The pyridoxal phosphate, the metabolically active form of vitamin B6, is involved in many aspects of macronutrient metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, the synthesis of histamine, synthesis and function of hemoglobin and gene expression. Useful pharmaceutically acceptable compounds of vitamin B6 include, without limitation, pyridoxine, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine, or their salts, including, without limitation to them, Piri is Oksana hydrochloride. Pantothenic acid is needed to form coenzyme-A (COA) and is essential in the metabolism and synthesis of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. A derivative of Pantothenic acid, he is enol, is a more stable form of the vitamin and is often used as a source of vitamin a in multivitamin supplements. Megadata vitamin therapy to date has been the approach used for the prevention and/or treatment of certain diseases or illnesses. Traditionally megadata vitamin therapy is associated with quantities of micronutrients, many large who, than the RDA of such ingredients. It works together with vitamin E, a fat-soluble antioxidant and enzyme glutathione peroxidase in the termination of free radical chain reactions.

Vitamin C can increase the body's resistance to a number of diseases, including infectious disorders and many types of cancer. It strengthens and protects the immune system by stimulating the activity of antibodies and immune system cells, such as phagocytes and neutrophils. Vitamin C contributes to many other biochemical functions. They include the biosynthesis of the amino acids carnitine and catecholamines, which regulate the nervous system. It also helps the body absorb iron, and to break down histamine. Although vitamin C is found in every cell, it is particularly useful in key parts of the body. They include to the charity and love, the skin, nervous system, teeth, bones, and glands such as the thymus, adrenal gland and thyroid gland.

In the preferred embodiment of the nutritional Supplement preferably contains from about 90 to about 110 mg, more preferably about 100 mg of vitamin C.

Selenium is an essential trace mineral that functions as a component of enzymes involved in antioxidant protection and metabolism of thyroid hormones. Selenium has antioxidant properties, and has been shown to reduce the risk of heart attack and heart disease. Typical signs of selenium deficiency has not been described in humans, but very low selenium status is a factor in the etiology of youth cardiomyopathy (Kazanskoe disease) and chondrodystrophy (disease Kashin-Bek), which are found in slenderizing areas of China.

It is obvious that other micronutrients may be included in supplements to reduce environmental stress and improving immunity described in this description of the invention. For example, in addition to vitamin E, vitamin C and selenium may be added micronutrients to reduce environmental stress and increase and/or strengthen the immune system, such as vitamin D3, iron, zinc, copper, vitamin a, beta-carotene, folate, thiamin, Riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, Biotin and Pantothenic acid. In the preferred embodiment of the composition to reduce environmental stress and improving immunity contain (a) an effective amount of vitamin D3, an effective amount of iron, an effective amount of zinc, an effective amount of copper, an effective amount of vitamin a, an effective amount of beta-carotene, an effective amount of folate, an effective amount of thiamine, an effective amount of Riboflavin, the effective amount of vitamin B6, an effective amount of vitamin B12, an effective amount of vitamin D3, an effective amount of Biotin and an effective amount of Pantothenic acid; and (b) where the mass ratio of selenium to vitamin E is about 1:500, the ratio of selenium to vitamin With approximately 1:3333; and the food additive effective is the reduction of the effects of environmental stress and subsequently strengthening the immune system.

In yet another embodiment of the invention additional micronutrients can be included in supplements to reduce environmental stress and improving immunity described in this description of the invention. For example, additional micronutrients include, without limitation, vitamin E, vitamin C, carotenoids, including beta-carotene and lutein, calcium, vitamin K, phosphorus, chloride, chromium, iodine, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, potassium and selenium.

Another aspect of the invention is a method of reducing the effects of environmental stress and improving immunity in humans, in need thereof, comprising (1) introduction of food supplements to reduce the effects of environmental stress and improving immunity, containing (a) an effective amount of vitamin E, vitamin C and selenium; and (b) where the mass ratio of selenium to vitamin E is about 1:500, the mass ratio of selenium to vitamin C is about 1:3333; and (2) where the reduced impact of environmental stress on human health and, therefore, this man has a higher immunity.

In yet another embodiment of a food additive to improve the activity described in this description of the invention, can be introduced in combination with nutritional supplements to reduce environmental stress and immune function, so that in a single composition predlagaetsja additive to improve the activity, reduce the effects of environmental stress and improving immunity. In the preferred embodiment the mass ratio of Biotin to vitamin B1 is about 1:22,4; the mass ratio of Biotin to vitamin B2 is approximately 1:28; the mass ratio of Biotin to nicotinic acid is about 1:320; the mass ratio of Biotin to vitamin B6 is about 1:32; the mass ratio of Biotin to Pantothenic acid is about 1:120; the mass ratio of selenium to vitamin E is about 1:500; and the mass ratio of selenium to vitamin C is about 1:3333. In addition, selenium is present in an amount of from about 20 to about 40 mg, more preferably about 30 μg.

Food additives described in this description of the invention, it is possible to introduce a single standard dosage form. When used in this description of the invention a single standard dosage form means a dosage form, where all micronutrients compositions are in one pill, pill, drop, capsule, chewable tablet, soluble tablet, effervescent tablet, a hard gelatin capsule, soft is th gelatin capsule, powder, liquid, suspension and food product. However, it is recognized that a single standard dosage form can be entered as a single dose, that is to take 1 pill per day; or in multiple doses. Preferably the dosage form is administered in the form of 1 dose per day.

Vitamin Supplement according to claim 6, further containing vitamin a, beta-carotene, vitamin b 1, vitamin B2, nicotinic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, vitamin K1, Biotin, folic acid, Pantothenic acid, calcium, phosphorus, chloride, chromium, copper sulfate, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, potassium, zinc and lutein.

SUBSTANCE: claimed is application of 2,6-diphenyl-4-("п"-methoxyphenyl-4H-selenopyran as medication for treatment and prevention of poisoning with mercury compounds. It was established that in case of poisoning with mercury salts application of 2,6-diphenyl-4-("п"-methoxyphenyl-4H-selenopyran leads to improvement (normalisation) of state of internal organs and biochemical parameters of blood of tested animals.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely oncology, and may be used for treating basal cell skin cancer. That is ensured by ultrasonic sizing up of a tumour. That is followed by intracutaneous injections surrounding the tumour and additionally directly in the tumour tissue of the medicated mixture including cutis compositum and lymphomyosot in the ratio 3:1. Thus the medicated mixture is introduced in regular intervals in return travel of a syringe needle. One procedure involves introducing 1.0-2.5 ml of the medicated mixture one-three times a week in the therapeutic course of 4-18 procedures depending on the tumour size. Further the tumour is sized up once more, and a lesion is removed by radio-wave surgery under local anaesthesia.
