The invention relates to the construction and hydraulic engineering construction, namely the floating method of construction, and can be used to pair floating floating caissons with unprepared bottom waters.

In construction and hydraulic engineering is commonly called the Foundation part of the building, transmitting force from this building to the ground. Exactly the same meaning has the term "Foundation" ("the Foundation-shell", "funnel Foundation-shell") in this document: the Foundation of the floating array-giant is part of a floating array of giant, transmitting force from this array-giant on the ground. When this is not essential, as it is implemented communication Foundation with the rest of the facilities: fully tight coupling or connection with the hinges. The term "array-giant" is used interchangeably with "floating array-giant"and "unprepared bottom waters" or "the bottom of the waters" is a special case of "reason". The term "artificial ground" is used to refer to material placed in the pairing process array-giant with bottom waters and located in the space between the bottom surface waters and the contact surface (sole) of the basement membrane. Pair of array-giant prepared in one or neustupny (aligned bed, bed without rownania surface, the local dumping, dumping on the perimeter, etc.) bottom waters should be considered equivalent to the pair of array-giant unprepared with the bottom of the waters, because this circumstance does not prevent the achievement of new technical results and does not change the essence of the proposed method. After pairing with the base floating array-giant is a stationary structure.

Pontoon construction method compared with the traditional (for jumpers) provides a significant reduction in the consumption of concrete, relief structures, the transfer of the most difficult works in the industrial conditions of the construction base and accelerate the pace of construction. One of the major problems in the construction of floating structures method remains the problem of pairing floating floating caissons with bottom waters. Particularly attractive compared to other options such as, for example, the method standpipe wells, underwater concreting, the installation of pile foundations, using props, development and dredging of bottom waters and others, it seems the solution to this problem using floating floating caissons, are equipped with a funnel-shaped foundations-shells, the inner cavity of which is filled with ground material, subsequently performing the functions of art is public grounds. Funnel Foundation-shell is a generally vertically oriented shaft wirausaha to the bottom of the closed cross-sectional mostly rectangular or square shape with two holes, one of which is located in the upper part and is used for loading of soil material, and the other below, is intended to ensure contact of the artificial soil Foundation with bottom waters (natural basis). Such foundations is relatively new and the technology of production work on the device of their bases have not received their proper development.

There is a method of pairing a floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped basement membrane, with unprepared bottom waters, implemented in the project cut-off dam French PES Organon and Lancieux [Tidal power plant / Lberman, Vincilaan, Selver and others; under the editorship of Dr technology. Sciences Lbergman. - M.: Energoatomizdat, 1987. - 296 S.; RIS, g]. The method of pairing a floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped basement membrane, with bottom waters includes fixation floating array-giant in the project situation by introducing it in the bottom waters and filling the internal cavity of the funnel-shaped Foundation-shell riprap.

Not what ATAC solutions is the need of the implementation of the array in the soil (decompression method) for fixing its design position, that increases the complexity and cost of works.

Known chosen as the prototype of a way of pairing floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped foundations-shell, with unprepared bottom waters proposed for the project North PES in the Long lip of the Barents sea [log C.t.s. No. 4 on October 25, 2011 / article "Two varint technology pairing floating floating caissons with unprepared bottom waters and the complex of measures on optimization of the design decisions of the cutting dam North PES", Fig.2, and /Baranov A.V./ pdf see on the website hydroteh.ru]. The method of pairing a floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped foundations of the shell base includes fixing the design position of the array-giant by its mounting pillars or piles and filling material artificial establishment of the internal cavities of the funnel-shaped foundations-shells.

The disadvantage is the lack of measures to protect the base (including artificial) from erosion by the streams of wash water.

The present invention is to improve the reliability and durability of the Foundation of the floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped foundations-shell, as well as increasing the efficiency of pairing it with the base through the implementation of activities sewn basis of the project from erosion by the streams of wash water (flow, wind-driven waves, increased flow rate when the overlap of the closure channel and so on).

The object of the invention is a method of pairing a floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped foundations of the shell base (including unprepared bottom waters), including the fixation of the design position of the array-giant by its mounting pillars or piles and filling material artificial establishment of the internal cavities of the funnel-shaped foundations-shells, wherein implementing protection grounds (including artificial) from erosion by the streams of wash water.

The proposed solution allows to increase the reliability of reason at the expense of protecting it from erosion.

The invention has development (refinement), consisting in that the internal cavity of the funnel-shaped foundations-shells are filled with material of the artificial base, non-blurry streams of wash water. This allows to significantly improve the manufacturability protect the base from erosion.

The invention has the second development (refinement), consisting in that the internal cavity of the funnel-shaped foundations-shells are filled with material of the artificial base eroded by the streams of wash water, but form smoothmuscle. This allows to significantly improve technologic is here to protect the base from erosion, and also use the artificial material of the base is relatively small fraction (for example, sand and gravel).

The invention has the third development (refinement), consisting in the fact that the attachment base of the erosion produced to fill the internal cavities of the funnel-shaped foundations of shell material of the artificial base. This helps protect against washout base in the vicinity of the array of the giant.

The invention has a fourth development (refinement), consisting in the fact that the attachment base from erosion produce to the level not lower than the lowest point of the foundations of the wrapper array-giant. This helps protect against washout base in the vicinity of the array of giant, as well as to use the material of the artificial base, unstable against its erosion. This can be especially useful if you need to select the material of the artificial base, on the basis primarily of its deformation and strength properties in the case when you need it the crushing weight of the array-giant to increase the degree of filling the internal cavities of the foundations of the wrapper, as well as the absence in the construction area of sufficient number and capacity fields of materials larger fraction.

The invention has the fifth development (refinement), consisting in the fact that for fastening the basis of the project from erosion occiput protective layer (or multiple layers, including different fractions) of the riprap. This allows the use of well-tested and used (classic) option protecting foundations from erosion.

The invention has the sixth development (refinement), consisting in the fact that for attaching the base from erosion stack and fix the flexible mats (including concrete, Reno mattresses and the like). This improves the adaptability and speed of production work to protect the Foundation from erosion.

The use of the proposed solution allows to achieve new technical results compared to the prototype. A causal relationship between the set of essential features of the claimed object and achievable technical results are given in table 1 (see below). The essence of the proposed method is illustrated by drawings:

- figure 1 shows a cross section of a floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped foundations of shell, fixing in which the project location is provided to be installed on the piles (or mounting supports), and the protection of the artificial base from erosion provided with filling material of the artificial base, non-blurry streams of wash water or washing away, but forming smoothmuscle;

- figure 2 shows a cross-section of a floating array of giant, with noncooperative foundations-shell, fixing the design position which has to be installed on the piles (or mounting supports), and the protection of the base and the artificial base from erosion provided by the filling of the protective layer of riprap;

- figure 3-6 shows the phases of the pair of floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped foundations-shell, with unprepared bottom waters.

The proposed method is as follows (see figure 2). Floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped Foundation-shell (1), fixed in a project position with the mounting supports (2)to protect the foundations from erosion occiput protective layer of non-blurry riprap (3), fill the inner cavity of the funnel-shaped Foundation-shell (1) soil material of the artificial base (4). If necessary, provide for the crushing of material to substrate weight array giants, including application of vibration (for this purpose, in addition use vibrators and the like).

Enablement of the claimed invention is shown in the following example.

Example No. 1. Pair with unprepared bottom waters floating array of giant, having a funnel-shaped foundations-shell.

Work produced in the following way (see figure 3-6). Floating array-giant in the region have the funnel foundations-shell, positioned above the place of its installation on the bottom, usually with the help of the tug fleet. Then lower mounting supports array-giant to realize their reliable contact with the bottom and ballasteros an array of giant reaches the design position. After the generate fastening of the base of the array-giant from erosion by dumping non-blurry riprap and fill the inner cavity of the funnel-shaped foundations of shell material of the artificial base (non-cohesive soil). In the end produce the ballasting array-giant for its settlement sustainability.

In the same way can be implemented pairing with unprepared bottom waters other floating floating caissons similar design: transmission towers, monuments, piers, blocks dams PES (pvas and Wales), thrust blocks of fixed offshore platforms and other

Note:

1. In the article "Two variants of technology pairing floating floating caissons with unprepared bottom waters and the complex of measures on optimization of the design decisions of the cutting dam North PES" (Ukr. C.t.s. No. 4, 2011) describes a floating array of giant managed Foundation-shell (see Fig.2, b), for which substrate protection from erosion perform similar to the solution described in this application. Thus, in particular, in figure 4, and zobrazen the artificial material of the base, non-blurry streams of wash water or washing away, but forming smoothmed, and figure 8 shows the mounting base with the filling of the protective layer of riprap (sea side).
