SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to preparing a therapeutic and preventing agent for treating radioreactions accompanying the course of radiotherapy. A wound tissue contains a textile fibre-porous material with a viscose component coated with a polymer and a drug preparation introduced therein; the novel is the fact that it is suggested to use the textile material which is made of flax-viscose fibres in ratio of components of flax:viscose 40 - 70 and 60-30, respectively. The fibre-porous material is prepared by needle suturing and has area density 180 g/m2 - 260 g/m2. The coating polymer is sodium alginate, while the drug preparation is introduced in the concentration of 0.25-30 wt %. The drug preparation coating the suggested flax-viscose carrier is presented by poorly soluble preparations of Furaginum, metronidazole, 5-fluoruracil, antioxidant Mexidol, biologically active substances - propolis, sea buckthorn and blackberry extracts.

EFFECT: presented drug preparation has proved itself to be easy to use, enabling higher clinical effectiveness, increasing a prolongation time.

The invention relates to the field of medicine, to create a therapeutic and prophylactic agent for the treatment of radiation reactions during the course of radiotherapy.

Known material and products on its basis (RF patent No. 2197272, IPC A61L 15/20, publ. 2003)that contains the distribution layer, made in the form holstering fiber fabric of viscose fibres. On the layers of material can be applied to any known drugs.

Known armband for closing and treatment of burns (RF patent No. 2275179, IPC A61F 13/22, publ. 2006), containing turned to the burn wound atraumatic treatment layer consisting of perforated cotton knitted fabric, impregnated with an aqueous solution of polyethylene glycol and drugs antiseptic and anesthetic action, and the sorption layer.

The disadvantages of these tools is the difficulty of applying the required number of therapeutic polymer composition that does not allow to achieve the necessary required for medical reasons prolongation of the drug from the material.

The cloth for the treatment of wounds closest in technical essence to the proposed (patent RF №2126692, IPC A61L 15/22, publ. 1999)performed a double-layer with an outer layer of nonwoven fibrous-porous material from a mixture of fibers of different polymers and layer g is affilirovannoy viscose fabric, moreover, the more efficient a cloth is impregnated with the antimicrobial agents of broad-spectrum.

The disadvantage of this method is the complicated technology of fibrous porous material and the duration of manufacturing a layer of graphite viscose fabric. In addition, this material has insufficient sorption properties, and its production method does not allow to use as drugs poorly soluble drugs.

The task of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages, improving the efficiency of therapeutic effects, the increase in time of renewal, expansion of the range of validity of the proposed tools, improvement of sanitary-hygienic and antibacterial properties due to the use of levistone fibers.

To do this in a napkin for the treatment of wounds containing textile fibrous porous material with viscose component coated with the polymer and put him in a medical product, it is proposed to use a textile material, which is made of linen and viscose fibers in a ratio of components len:viscose from 40-70 up 60-30 respectively. When this fibrous porous material obtained tufted way and has a surface density of 180 g/m2- 260 g/m2. In cacetebrire applied sodium alginate, and drug introduced in concentration, wt.% 0,25-30.

The use of materials weighing less than 180 g/m2does not allow to achieve long-term effect of prolonging drugs, and with a density of more than 260 g/m2uneconomical. The material is completely impregnated with the composition, which is undesirable weight material, it is inconvenient for installation on the patient. The ratio of linen and viscose fibers 40-70/60-30 respectively selected due to the fact that smaller amounts of locomponents material will have an additional biocidal properties, and large (>70%) can deteriorate its draining properties. Using tufted ways to create non-woven material allows to achieve greater hygroscopicity and better breathability of the material. Used as polymer sodium alginate has a hemostatic and regenerative properties, as well as a "depot" for a drug product that allows for the physical application of the drug in the polymer prima is better drugs with different solubility, including poorly soluble in high medically concentrations (up to 30 wt.%). Concentrations of drugs are selected on the basis of collateral in the external biological environment daily doses for each of them.

The invention is illustrated by the examples.

Example 1

For the treatment of postradiation reactions were used textile material from a mixture levistone fibers in a ratio of components flax - 50%, viscose 50% weighing 180 g/m2coated with the as a polymer with sodium alginate and put him in a drug-deoxyribonuclease sodium in the amount of 0.25%.

Example 2

As a local radio-sensitizing agents were used textile material from a mixture levistone fibers in a ratio of components flax - 60%, viscose 40% weighing 260 g/m2with the put of the polymer with sodium alginate and put him in drug metronidazole in the amount of 30%.

Example 3

For physiotherapy was used textile material from a mixture levistone fibers in a ratio of components flax - 65%, rayon 35% weighing 240 g/m2with the put of the polymer with sodium alginate and put him in drug propolis in the amount of 4.5%.

Example 4

As a local radiomodification funds were used textile material from a mixture levistone fibers in a ratio of components flax - 50%, viscose 50% weighing 200 g/m2with the put of the polymer with sodium alginate and put him in drug 5-fluorouracil 5%.

Example 5

For the treatment of rheumatic diseases was used textile material from a mixture levistone fibers in a ratio of components flax - 40%viscose 60% weighing 180 g/m2printed money is as a polymer with sodium alginate and put him in drug hydrocortisone metronidazole at 2%.

Example 6

As antineoplastic agents were used textile material from a mixture levistone fibers in a ratio of components flax - 60%, viscose 40% weighing 240 g/m2with the put of the polymer with sodium alginate and put him in drug urea in the amount of 20%.

The proposed remedy has proved to be as easy to use, allowing to increase the efficiency of the treatment process, to increase the time of extension.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to method of obtaining medical napkin for treatment of wounds and burns. In method of obtaining medical napkin, which includes carrying out textile material padding in solution of medication with the following drying in the air, padding is carried out in solution of sodium alginate polysaccharide with content of 18-22% dimexide, and after drying by method of textile printing water solution of polymer composition containing 18-22% of urea, 5-7% of sodium alginate is applied on textile carrier, with following drying of processed material in the air. Method makes it possible to considerably increase concentration of medication in napkin, considerably extend spectrum of applied medications, including by low-soluble, as it does not require presence of functional groups in medication for immobilisation on functional groups of fibre.

For wound treatment linen of biomedical purpose is applied on wound in form of biological bandage.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain biopolymer fibre with application of optimal compositions of textile composition based on chitosan and non-toxic polymer for stable electroformation of defect-free fibres, methods of modification of linen of biomedical purpose for obtaining bandage in form of wound covering are ecologically clean and economical.

SUBSTANCE: cellulose film for coating, regeneration, recovery and healing for such skin and tissue damages as ulcers, burns, wounds and similar is produced by cultivation of microorganisms including Acetobacter xylinum species and at least one microorganism of Leuconostoc oenos species in a culture medium containing nitrogen and carbon sources. The cultivation is conducted at temperature 20°C to 36°C and the pH value 1 to 6. The dressing represents a structure of a number of layers fastened to each other.
