The invention relates to shipbuilding and ship repair, and in particular to devices used for vessels launching from shore building, or for lifting ships out of the water on coastal stocks.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved technical result is L-shaped dock that contains the tower and the pontoon, made in the shape of the crest of the inclined form of the slipway. The problem solved by the invention is to simplify the design of the device for lowering and lifting vessels, capable of providing stability during descent and ascent without the use of AIDS and thereby to simplify the process of descent (ascent) vessels.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the pontoon, when diving (ascent) with the vessel, is able to maintain stability without additional retaining means. Stability is ensured by minimizing the gaps of the existing waterline in the space between the pontoon and spokeman (raise) the vessel for which the main plane of the ship combined with the deck of the pontoon.
