SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The casing contains a tubular base on the outer surface whereof at least two longitudinal elements and crosswise elements crossing the latter are positioned. The crosswise elements are extended over the longitudinal elements and bonded to the tubular base at their intercrossing places using glue.

EFFECT: invention allows to expand the array of technical means used during sausage products manufacture.

The invention relates to food industry, namely the packages used in the production of sausage products, in particular the production of casings for sausages.

Known gastrointestinal or artificial (protein, cellulose, polymer films) membranes used for the manufacture of sausage products (Horsemen, A.G., SAUSAGE PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY, 2 ed., M., 1961; Technology of meat and meat products, 2nd ed., M., 1970, S. 374-548). In the process of filling the shell with ground beef, there is a danger of its breaking.

For removal of the sheath voltage, received from the internal pressure during the filling of the shell food product, as well as to give the form of sausages specially embossed patterns are special mesh casings for sausages.

There are various constructive solutions grids casings for sausages, consisting of intersecting strands forming the mesh structure of the mesh (for example, described in Japan patent No. 2245161, IPC AS 13/00, publication 1990; the patent of Ukraine No. 19029, IPC AS 13/00, publishing, 2006).

Known mesh casings for sausages, consisting of intersecting strands forming the mesh structure of the mesh, and containing the longitudinal elements having a hinge structure, and connecting each two adjacent longitudinal transverse element E. the elements, when this transverse elements consist of filaments constituting the hinge structure of the longitudinal elements (patent RF №2346441, IPC AS 13/00, publishing, 2009).

Known reinforced casings containing the tubular base, representing natural or artificial, or synthetic membrane, and attached it with glue tubular mesh surrounding the outer surface of the tubular substrate and comprised of intersecting strands forming the mesh structure of the mesh (patent RF №2412601, IPC AS 13/00, publication 2011 - prototype).

The purpose of this invention is the extension of the technical tools used in the production of sausage products, namely in the production of casings for sausages.

The technical result consists in realization of the inventive device specified destination.

The essence of the invention is as follows.

Casing for sausages comprises a tubular base, on the outer surface of which is placed at least two longitudinal element and intersecting them with the transverse elements, which are formed in the form of at least one continuous spiral or multiple ring loops. The transverse elements are threaded on top of the longitudinal members and bonded to the tubular base, and is also with longitudinal elements in their mutual intersection by means of glue.

The tubular framework is a natural, or artificial, or synthetic membrane.

The longitudinal elements are bonded to the tubular base by means of glue.

Located on the outer surface of the tubular framework of longitudinal and transverse elements form a lattice structure.

The longitudinal elements may be connected in the form of bundles.

Each longitudinal element may be in the form of a cord.

The longitudinal and transverse elements can be made of natural or chemical or synthetic or artificial filaments or of their combinations.

The longitudinal and transverse elements can be made of elastic threads.

Proposed sausage product contains a shell, made by one of the proposed options.

A more complete understanding of the invention may be obtained from the description of the preferred variants of its implementation, which illustrates the proposed invention, but is not limited to them.

The proposed solution is schematically represented in figure 1-3.

Sausage casing comprises a tubular base 1, on the outer surface of which is placed a longitudinal elements 2 and intersecting them with the transverse elements 3. The transverse elements 3 stretched over the longitudinal members 2 and bonded to the tubular base 1, and from prodol the diversified elements 2 in the places of their mutual intersection 4 by means of glue.

The tubular base 1 represents the shell, made of natural or synthetic materials.

Located on the outer surface of the shell longitudinal and transverse elements form a lattice structure.

The transverse elements 3 can be formed in the form of at least one continuous spiral or multiple ring loops.

The longitudinal elements 2 can also be bonded to the tubular base of the shell by means of glue.

Each longitudinal element 2 may be made in the form of a cord or a rope.

The longitudinal and transverse elements can be made of natural or chemical or synthetic or artificial fibres, or combinations thereof.

The longitudinal and transverse elements can be made of elastic threads.

Proposed sausage product (figure 3) contains the proposed membrane according to any one of the presented options.

To obtain the proposed sausage casings along the tubular base in its pressurized condition pave the longitudinal elements, on top of which is placed impregnated with glue transverse elements formed in the form of one or more spiral, or multiple ring loops to be placed along the entire length of the tubular framework. Provide connection of the transverse elements with tubular base and prodelin the mi elements at their intersections to complete curing of the adhesive.

4. Shell according to claim 1, characterized in that arranged on the outer surface of the tubular framework of longitudinal and transverse elements form a lattice structure.

5. Shell according to claim 1, characterized in that the longitudinal elements connected in the form of bundles.

6. Shell according to claim 1, characterized in that each longitudinal element is designed in the form of a cord.

7. Shell according to claim 1, characterized in that the longitudinal members are made of natural or chemical or synthetic or artificial fibres, or combinations thereof.

8. Shell according to claim 1, otlichayas the same time, that the longitudinal members are made of elastic threads.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packages used during production of sausage products, in particular - to sausage product casing nets. The sleeve-shaped net contains longitudinal elements having knitted stitch structure and crosswise elements connected thereto. Each longitudinal element is formed by at least one string. The crosswise elements are formed as at least one continuous spiral passing fro the net periphery and consisting of at least one string. Each section of a crosswise element positioned between every two neighbouring longitudinal elements is formed by way of three-times throw-over of the string participating in the crosswise element shaping from one longitudinal element onto another. Each section of a crosswise element positioned every two neighbouring longitudinal elements is Z-shaped. At the crossing spots of strings of a longitudinal element and two sections of crosswise elements positioned either side of each longitudinal element the string shaping the crosswise elements is tied to two consecutively positioned loops of the longitudinal element (at the end of one longitudinal element and at the beginning of the second longitudinal element formation so that to form a common fixation loop. At intermediate sections of each crosswise element the string forming the crosswise elements is passed through longitudinal elements loops (at longitudinal element strings crossing spots). The sausage product casing is bonded to the net. The sausage product contains casing bonded to the net.

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: polyvinyl alcohol powder with hydrolysis degree equal to 70-98 mole % and 4% water solution with viscosity equal to 3-30 cPs are loaded into a mixer for dry and high-viscosity materials; concentrated water solution of sodium peroxide and/or potassium peroxide and/or calcium peroxide and/or hydrogen peroxide is/are introduced (while stirred) in an amount of 0.05-3.0% in conversion to pure hydrogen peroxide. The reaction mixture, dry by touch, is stirred at a temperature of 45-100°C till almost complete expenditure of the peroxide compound with formation of modified powdery polyvinyl alcohol. This polyvinyl alcohol may be transformed into one of forms suitable for extrusion by way of essentially non-volatile plastifiers addition into the alcohol and subsequent moulding operations. Another aspect of the present invention is one- or multilayer vapour- and smoke-permeable synthetic sausage casing containing such modified PVA and polyamide material at least in one of its layers. The layer containing modified PVA is extruded from a mixture of polyamide material in an amount of 10 - 95.5% and modified PVA in an amount of 4.5 - 50% (the alcohol produced, in one form or another, in accordance with the method according to the present invention) as well as additives in an amount of 0 - 40%.

EFFECT: according to the invention, the casing has a higher degree of transparency and minor opalescence, has low adhesion to mince and the capability of easy removal from sausage-and-wiener goods.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packages used during production of sausage products, in particular - to sausage product casing nets. The sausage product net is represented by a seamlessly knit net sleeve and contains elastic crosswise elements and non-elastic longitudinal elements crossing the latter. The elastic crosswise elements are shaped in the form of at least one continuous spiral or a multitude of individual ring loops passing across the net sleeve periphery. The longitudinal elements are represented by warp-knitting chains formed by way of simultaneous laying of individual threads mutually crossing in each loop of the chain with the crosswise elements crossing the longitudinal elements are tied up with the both threads of the longitudinal elements at the spots of interconnection of two subsequent lops of the warp-knitting chain.

EFFECT: due to strong rigid contract of the longitudinal and the crosswise elements of the net at their crossing point the geometric shape of the net cells is preserved in the process of sausage products forming.

Said film is welded along its lapped edges. Note here that meat product is filled through packing tube in said film sleeve, sleeve edges are closed for it to be separated. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to single or multilayer synthetic heat shrinkable sausage covers as well as to their production method. At least one polyamide cover layer is made on the basis of at least one aliphatic (co)polyamide chosen of polyamide 6 and/or polyamide 66 or copolyamide 6/66. Cover in the state ready to be filled has next characteristics: Young modulus at least 400 MPa in cross direction and at least 300 MPa in lengthwise direction. At exposure to air with relative humidity of 60% and temperature of 25°C within 5 days its contraction is within 2% both lengthwise and crosswise. At exposure to water of 40°C within 2 hours its constriction amounts to 4-10% crosswise and 3-10% lengthwise. At exposure to water of 80°C within 30 minutes its constriction amounts to 9-18% crosswise and 8-15% lengthwise. The sausage cover production method includes extrusion of single or multilayer extrudate, orientation stretching and thermal fixation of oriented sleeve film with further additional treatment. Additional treatment consists in that the thermally fixed sleeve film with temperature of 60-140°C is stretched 4-10% crosswise and 3-8% lengthwise, cooled in stretched state to the temperature no more than 57°C and wind up into roll. This stage of technological process can be included into one production line with preceding stages of cover production or is fulfilled at separate machine.

EFFECT: sausage covers made according to the invention are filled with mince with no preliminary damping and almost without stretching and production of tightly filled sausage links.

SUBSTANCE: this invention covers casing for planar fibre structure foodstuff with an acrylic resin coating at one or both sides. Acrylic resin is used in combination with at least one another polymer. Meanwhile, specified polymer constitutes polyvinyl pyrrolidone or vinyl pyrrolidone based copolymer, homopolymer or vinol based copolymer, polyalkylene glycol, polyacrylamide, protein, polyutherane or chemical rubber used for the inner side of the coating. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the laminated multilayered welded flat film for manufacture of a welded hose-type films used as a packing and a shell for food stuff. Both surface layers of the multilayered flat film are formed at least of one copolyamide and at least of one amorphous polyamide and-or at least of one homopolyamide and-or at least of a modified polyolefin. The multilayered flat film is manufactured using a method of masking, at least, of two flat films, which in turn are a single layered-or multilayered and not obligatory are biaxially stretched out. The invention allows to increase the strength of the welded seam and to improve impermeability for a water steam and oxygen.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased strength of the welded seams of the laminated multilayered welded flat film and its improved impermeability for a water steam and oxygen.
