Proposed bearing comprises sleeve-journal mounted at forming roll pin taper section, sleeve-insert arranged between shaft pad and sleeve-journal, thrust bearing and annular hydraulic piston-cylinder unit composed of moving part and fixed part locked at roll pin cylindrical section whereat sleeve-journal may displace due to rigid coupling between moving part of annular unit and sleeve-journal or single-piece design.

The invention relates to the field of rolling mills, and more specifically, to designs of bearings for rolling mills.

Known bearings rolling mill (see RF patent №2379142, WV 31/07, Appl. 02.04.2008,, publ. 10.10.2009, containing sleeve-trunnion mounted on the conical section mill roll neck, sleeve insert, located between the cushion and the bearing sleeve mounted on the cylindrical section of the neck of the roll ring hydraulic unit piston-cylinder comprising a movable and a fixed part. Between the bearing sleeve and the hydraulic unit to the piston-cylinder of the cylindrical section of the neck roll is installed thrust collar and the bearing. The fixed part of the piston-cylinder fixed at the end of the neck of the roll retaining ring mounted in the annular groove of the neck of the roll. The movable part of the piston-cylinder rests against one side of the inner ring of the rolling bearing, and the other in the shoulder of the front cover. The front cover is fixed with fastening elements on the pillow, supporting roll.

When mounting bushing-axle on the conical part of cervix mill roll movable part annular hydraulic unit piston-cylinder through the bearing and the retaining ring acts on the sleeve-the journal.

When removing the sleeve pivots the movable part of the piston-cylinder moves the front cover, the cushion support roll and the sleeve-liner. After the gap between the shoulders of the sleeve-liner and bushing-axle is selected, the motion comes and the bushing-pin. Is the breakdown of the latter with the conical section of the neck support roll.

The disadvantage of known construction bearings rolling mill is that when dismantling it is necessary to choose the gap between the shoulders of the sleeve-liner and bushing-axle, resulting in increased during the block the piston-cylinder and, consequently, greater oil consumption. This bearings rolling mill includes a sleeve-trunnion mounted on horses is Eskom plot cervical mill roll, the sleeve-liner located between the cushion and the bearing sleeve, retaining ring, bearing, fixed front covers, ring hydraulic unit piston-cylinder comprising a movable and a fixed part. The dismantling of the bearing is as follows. Removed the locking nut and the pressure of the working fluid is fed into the cavity, while the movable part of the cylinder-piston is moved to contact with the collar of the front cover. Next moves the pillow, supporting roll, together with the sleeve-liner. After you the orcs of the gap between the shoulders of the sleeve-liner and bushing-axle effort to block the piston-cylinder is transmitted to the movable bushing-axle and its breakdown occurs with the conical section of the neck support roll.

The present invention is to create bearings rolling mill, in order to prevent premature failure of critical components of the unit bearings when mounting and Dismounting of the sleeve-axle with tapered section of the neck support roll due to the effort required for this operation directly on the sleeve-the journal.

This object is achieved in that the bearings rolling mill containing sleeve-trunnion mounted on the conical section mill roll neck, sleeve insert, located between the cushion and the bearing sleeve, thrust bearing, fixed front covers, ring the hydraulic unit on the Shen-cylinder, including a movable part and fixed on the cylindrical section of the neck roll rolling mill stationary part, according to the invention, the bushing-pin and the movable part of the ring of the hydraulic unit, the piston-cylinder is made as a whole or interconnected fasteners.

This constructive design of bearings rolling mill will prevent premature failure of critical components of the unit bearings when mounting and Dismounting of the sleeve-axle with tapered section of the neck support roll due to the effort required for this operation directly on the sleeve-the journal.

This is because the bushing-pin and the movable part of the ring of the hydraulic unit, the piston-cylinder is made as a whole or interconnected fasteners.

To illustrate the invention the following is a specific example of carrying out the invention with reference to the attached drawing, which shows the bearings rolling mill, longitudinal section.

The bearings rolling mill includes a sleeve-pin 1 located between the cushion 2 and the bearing sleeve 1 sleeve liner 3, the thrust bearing 4 and the annular hydraulic unit piston-qi is indr. Sleeve-pin 1 is installed on the conical section 5 mill roll neck. The annular hydraulic unit piston-cylinder includes a movable portion 6 and fixed on the cylindrical section 7 cervical mill roll stationary part 8. The movable part 6 of the annular block is made with a collar 9, is rigidly connected with the bearing sleeve 1 by means of the fastening elements 10. Sleeve-pin 1 and the movable part 6 of the ring hydraulic unit piston-cylinder can be made as a whole. The thrust bearing 4 is mounted on the movable part 6 of the ring block piston-cylinder and secured by a nut 11 and the front lid 12. Fixing the movable part 6 of the ring block piston-cylinder is the locking ring 13 and a nut 14, and the fixed part 8 of the annular block the piston-cylinder - retaining ring 15 and nut 16.

When mounting bearings on the roller in the front cavity through the inlet 17 of the annular hydraulic unit piston-cylinder pressure builds, starts to move the movable part 6 and to carry out the tensioning sleeve-pin 1 on the conical section 5 of the neck roll. At the same time moved and all other parts of the bearings. Set preload the bearings is fixed by a nut 14 and a retaining ring 13.

Demonta the bearings in the following order. Removed the retaining ring 13 and is removed from the design of the nut 14, allowing thereby moving the movable part 6 of the ring hydraulic unit piston-cylinder. Also removed the retaining ring 15 and nut 16 for the possibility of further removal of the bearing Assembly from the roll. In the rear cavity through inlet 18 is pressure that begins to move the movable portion 6 of the annular hydraulic unit piston-cylinder back and pull the sleeve-pin 1. All other parts of the bearings is also moved, so as to form a tightly linked chain. This effort breakdown bushing-axle 1 with a conical section 5 cervical roll on them is not tolerated. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rolling equipment, namely to sealing devices of working rolls supports, and may be used, for instance in sealing devices of bearing supports of machines and mechanisms. Sealing device of forming roll support comprises bearing unit, nozzle, arranged on shaft journal, cover of bearing with seat for installation of sealing collar, including body, radial and end grips with working edges interacting with according surfaces of nozzles. End grip is connected to radial grip in its end part and is arranged with curvilinear shape, which faces radial surface of nozzle with its concave side, end surface of which is arranged as inclined. Ratio of rigidities in end and radial grips makes 1:3.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to preserve sealing properties of collar in process of measurement of relative position of rubbing surfaces of roll, and also to increase durability of sealing device and to increase efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rolling equipment, particularly to packing devices of bearings of working rollers and can be implemented, for example in packing devices of bearing supports of machines and mechanisms. The packing device of the bearing of the forming roll consists of V-shaped circular collar installed in a cover. The collar consists of a case, and of a conic jaw with a bridge with at least two working edges interacting with a head arranged on a roll neck. Generatrix connecting working edges of the collar in a free state is positioned at angle of 5-15° to working surface of the head whereat vertex of angle is directed to devise axis. The working edges of the collar are interconnected with the bridge; ratio of this bridge rigidity to rigidity of the conic jaw is 1:3.

SUBSTANCE: unit includes spacing sleeve mounted on journal of roll. Said sleeve is hold against cranking by means of key arranged in key groove of journal. Ring halves are mounted in annular groove of roll journal and are embraced along their outer cone surfaces by means of spacing nut screwed on thread of end outer portion of spacing sleeve. Unit also includes member for holding nut against cranking on spacing sleeve. Number of openings of ring and of spacing nut corresponds to condition providing possibility for securing nut in any position to ring at least by means of two bolts arranged in diametrically opposite openings.

EFFECT: lowered number of emergency idling periods, reduced consumption of rolls and bearings, shortened time period for changing rolls, enhanced reliability of fixation of bearings, improved rolling efficiency, high quality of rolled strips.

SUBSTANCE: assembly includes chock supporting bearing unit, inner and outer lids provided with seals, mounted in journal of roll and secured to chock; spacing ring mounted in key of rolling roll, members for axially fixing chock mounted in annular turning of roll journal. Members for axially fixing chock are in the form of two cover plates with inner cylindrical ribs arranged diametrically opposite relative to vertical axis of chock in annular turning of roll journal. Cover plates are mounted with use of bolts with possibility of motion in outer end of spacing ring. Thickness of cover plates exceeds that of inner cylindrical ribs that is why stop cylindrical surfaces are formed. Said surfaces are joined at both sides of annular turning of roll journal with outer surface of journal. Inclined straight different-length slits are formed in cover plates symmetrically relative to vertical axis of chock. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing devices intended for bearings of machines and mechanisms. The roll bearing sealing device containing a bearing cap with a ring element and, at least, two sealing collars. One of them, a face-type collar, is arranged on the cap ring element and contacts by its working edge with the face surface in the roll recess. The cap ring element is made tapered extending beyond the sizes of sealing collar set in the sap, while the roll face has an additional tapered recess receiving the ring element to form, together with the additional recess, a slot seal. Here, note that screw-like grooves are made on the additional recess tapered surface. Also, the device is provided with one more face sealing collar set on the roll neck contacting by its working edge with the cap.

SUBSTANCE: film lubrication bearing sealing device incorporates a separation chamber confined by two, primarily contact seals the said separation chamber accommodates a medium representing gas and has holes to feed gas there inside. The oil discharge channel is furnished with a gas outlet to withdraw gas from the bearing oil drain channel in atmosphere.

EFFECT: longer life of bearing parts ensured by ruling out ingress of cooling fluid and solid inclusions and oil contamination as well as it leakage.
