Proposed bearing comprises sleeve-journal mounted at forming roll pin taper section, sleeve-insert arranged between shaft pad and sleeve-journal, thrust bearing and annular hydraulic piston-cylinder unit composed of moving part and fixed part locked at roll pin cylindrical section whereat sleeve-journal may displace due to rigid coupling between moving part of annular unit and sleeve-journal or single-piece design.

The invention relates to the field of rolling mills, and more specifically, to designs of bearings for rolling mills.
Known bearings rolling mill (see RF patent №2379142, WV 31/07, Appl. 02.04.2008,, publ. 10.10.2009, containing sleeve-trunnion mounted on the conical section mill roll neck, sleeve insert, located between the cushion and the bearing sleeve mounted on the cylindrical section of the neck of the roll ring hydraulic unit piston-cylinder comprising a movable and a fixed part. Between the bearing sleeve and the hydraulic unit to the piston-cylinder of the cylindrical section of the neck roll is installed thrust collar and the bearing. The fixed part of the piston-cylinder fixed at the end of the neck of the roll retaining ring mounted in the annular groove of the neck of the roll. The movable part of the piston-cylinder rests against one side of the inner ring of the rolling bearing, and the other in the shoulder of the front cover. The front cover is fixed with fastening elements on the pillow, supporting roll.
When mounting bushing-axle on the conical part of cervix mill roll movable part annular hydraulic unit piston-cylinder through the bearing and the retaining ring acts on the sleeve-the journal.
When removing the sleeve pivots the movable part of the piston-cylinder moves the front cover, the cushion support roll and the sleeve-liner. After the gap between the shoulders of the sleeve-liner and bushing-axle is selected, the motion comes and the bushing-pin. Is the breakdown of the latter with the conical section of the neck support roll.
The disadvantage of known construction bearings rolling mill is that when dismantling it is necessary to choose the gap between the shoulders of the sleeve-liner and bushing-axle, resulting in increased during the block the piston-cylinder and, consequently, greater oil consumption. In addition, with great effort breakdown bushing-axle, which can in cases of burns on the conical section of the neck support roll is podmate bortovoy part of the sleeve-liner and, as a consequence of malfunction.

The dismantling of the bearing is as follows. Removed the locking nut and the pressure of the working fluid is fed into the cavity, while the movable part of the cylinder-piston is moved to contact with the collar of the front cover. Next moves the pillow, supporting roll, together with the sleeve-liner. A disadvantage of known construction bearings rolling mill is premature failure of the bushing insert, as with great effort breakdown bushing-axle, which can in cases of burns on the conical section of the neck support roll is podmate bortovoy part of the sleeve insert.

The present invention is to create bearings rolling mill, in order to prevent premature failure of critical components of the unit bearings when mounting and Dismounting of the sleeve-axle with tapered section of the neck support roll due to the effort required for this operation directly on the sleeve-the journal.
This object is achieved in that the bearings rolling mill containing sleeve-trunnion mounted on the conical section mill roll neck, sleeve insert, located between the cushion and the bearing sleeve, thrust bearing, fixed front covers, ring the hydraulic unit on the Shen-cylinder, including a movable part and fixed on the cylindrical section of the neck roll rolling mill stationary part, according to the invention, the bushing-pin and the movable part of the ring of the hydraulic unit, the piston-cylinder is made as a whole or interconnected fasteners.

To illustrate the invention the following is a specific example of carrying out the invention with reference to the attached drawing, which shows the bearings rolling mill, longitudinal section.
The bearings rolling mill includes a sleeve-pin 1 located between the cushion 2 and the bearing sleeve 1 sleeve liner 3, the thrust bearing 4 and the annular hydraulic unit piston-qi is indr. Sleeve-pin 1 is installed on the conical section 5 mill roll neck. The thrust bearing 4 is mounted on the movable part 6 of the ring block piston-cylinder and secured by a nut 11 and the front lid 12. Fixing the movable part 6 of the ring block piston-cylinder is the locking ring 13 and a nut 14, and the fixed part 8 of the annular block the piston-cylinder - retaining ring 15 and nut 16.
When mounting bearings on the roller in the front cavity through the inlet 17 of the annular hydraulic unit piston-cylinder pressure builds, starts to move the movable part 6 and to carry out the tensioning sleeve-pin 1 on the conical section 5 of the neck roll. At the same time moved and all other parts of the bearings. Set preload the bearings is fixed by a nut 14 and a retaining ring 13.
Demonta the bearings in the following order. Removed the retaining ring 13 and is removed from the design of the nut 14, allowing thereby moving the movable part 6 of the ring hydraulic unit piston-cylinder. Also removed the retaining ring 15 and nut 16 for the possibility of further removal of the bearing Assembly from the roll. In the rear cavity through inlet 18 is pressure that begins to move the movable portion 6 of the annular hydraulic unit piston-cylinder back and pull the sleeve-pin 1. SUBSTANCE: proposed seal comprises cover and sealing V-like annular cuffs including case, jaw with working edges to get in contact with baffle and adapter fitted on bearing bush. Working edges are pressed against sealed surface by elastic properties of the jaws. Gaps resulting from wear of cuff working edges are ruled out by providing the proposed device with elastic ring elements with cross-section shaped to circle or ring fitted with interference between cuff case and jaw.

SUBSTANCE: structure of the bearing rolls contains a bearing assembly and a nozzle located at the neck of the cylinder, the lid covering the bearing with a "П"-shaped radial collar, which includes a body, two sponges with working edges interacting with the outer surface of the nozzle. Maintaining integrity under condition of high pressure of lubrication is ensured owing to the fact that the outer surface of the nozzle is designed in the shape of stepped conical surfaces, the angles of which are directed to the bearing, and the angles of conical surfaces range from 30° to 60°. In addition, the sponge facing the bearing is made more rigid.
EFFECT: invention is intended to improve reliability of seal of the bearing rolls.

SUBSTANCE: sealing device has a bearing assembly and a nozzle with a circular longitudinal groove designed on the edge, located on the neck of the roller, a lid covering the bearing with a socket for installation of a sealing sleeve, which includes a housing, a radial sponge with a working edge, interacting with the radial surface of the nozzle. Reliable contact of the working edges with the surfaces of the nozzle when changing position of the rubbing surfaces of the roller relative to sponge cuff is ensured by the fact that the cuff is provided with a second radial sponge, which is connected with the end of the body on the outer diameter, and interacting with its working edge of the outer radial surface of a slot of the nozzle.
EFFECT: reliability improvement of seal of the bearing rolls.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a bearing assembly and a nozzle located at the neck of the cylinder, a lid covering the bearing with a "П"-shaped radial sleeve comprising a body with two working edges that interact with the outer surface of the nozzle. Maintaining integrity of the bearing assembly with regard to wear factor of the working edges is ensured owing to the fact that the device is provided with the second nozzle and a second compression spring located between the nozzles, while the outer surface of the nozzle, which interact with the working edges, are made cone-shaped.
EFFECT: reliability improvement of the seal of bearing rolls.
SUBSTANCE: support device of turning roller comprises a bearing assembly and a nozzle, located on cylinder neck, a lid covering the bearing with a "П"-shaped radial comprising a body with two working edges that interact with the outer surface of the nozzle. Maintaining the integrity under condition of penetration into the device of different environments is ensured by the fact that the outer surface of the nozzle is made in the form of two divergent conical surfaces with the central vertex and the cone angle ranging from 15° to 45°, while the ratio of angles of conical surfaces is equal to 1.3…1.5 on either side of the nozzle.
EFFECT: reliability improvement of seal of the bearing rolls.
SUBSTANCE: guiding device has guiding stocks located in fixed manner or with possibility of horizontal movement on inner sides of windows of roll mill stand, and upper and lower bending blocks of each side, which are arranged respectively on two guiding stocks located parallel to each other. Reduction of friction in the system is provided owing to the fact that each bending block is arranged on one of the guiding stocks, and the other parallel guiding stock is partially enveloped with the cavity made in bending block; at that, parallel guiding stocks are made so that upper bending blocks can move along them, and parallel guiding stocks are provided with possible movement of lower bending blocks along them.
EFFECT: easier movement of bending blocks for pads of working rolls.

Proposed mill roll bearing seal comprises annular cup packing fitted in bearing cover consisting of case with at least two working edges jointed to case by two jaws to interact with shaft journal. Said cup packing has at least two working edges jointed to case by two conical jaws to interact with cover groove inner surface. Cover has radial channels. Cover bottom part drain bore is made aligned with aforesaid radial channels.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rolling equipment, namely to sealing devices of working rolls supports, and may be used, for instance in sealing devices of bearing supports of machines and mechanisms. Sealing device of forming roll support comprises bearing unit, nozzle, arranged on shaft journal, cover of bearing with seat for installation of sealing collar, including body, radial and end grips with working edges interacting with according surfaces of nozzles. End grip is connected to radial grip in its end part and is arranged with curvilinear shape, which faces radial surface of nozzle with its concave side, end surface of which is arranged as inclined. Ratio of rigidities in end and radial grips makes 1:3.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to preserve sealing properties of collar in process of measurement of relative position of rubbing surfaces of roll, and also to increase durability of sealing device and to increase efficiency.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rolling equipment, particularly to packing devices of bearings of working rollers and can be implemented, for example in packing devices of bearing supports of machines and mechanisms. The packing device of the bearing of the forming roll consists of V-shaped circular collar installed in a cover. The collar consists of a case, and of a conic jaw with a bridge with at least two working edges interacting with a head arranged on a roll neck. Generatrix connecting working edges of the collar in a free state is positioned at angle of 5-15° to working surface of the head whereat vertex of angle is directed to devise axis. The working edges of the collar are interconnected with the bridge; ratio of this bridge rigidity to rigidity of the conic jaw is 1:3.
EFFECT: increased service life of device and raised efficiency.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to tube-rolling mill whereat a row of containers with roller holders is positioned in external structure running along axis (L) of rolling, the containers can slide inside this structure and come out of it. Each container encloses at least three rollers controlled with corresponding drive engines. The rollers can be transferred inside the containers along directions radial to axis of rolling by means of a guide ensuring control of distance from axis.
EFFECT: reduced labour input of rollers control and extraction.

FIELD: axial fixation of bearing assemblies and chocks in journals of rolling rolls of wide strip rolling mills.
SUBSTANCE: unit includes spacing sleeve mounted on journal of roll. Said sleeve is hold against cranking by means of key arranged in key groove of journal. Ring halves are mounted in annular groove of roll journal and are embraced along their outer cone surfaces by means of spacing nut screwed on thread of end outer portion of spacing sleeve. Unit also includes member for holding nut against cranking on spacing sleeve. Key is arranged between spacing sleeve and roll journal freely in key grooves provided on inner surface of sleeve and journal. Said member for holding spacing nut against cranking on spacing sleeve is in the form of flat ring secured to outer end of nut by means of bolts. There is protrusion on inner surface of ring; said protrusion is arranged in key groove of roll journal. Number of openings for bolts in ring is less than number of threaded openings in end of spacing nut. Diameter of openings of ring is more than that of bolts. Number of openings of ring and of spacing nut corresponds to condition providing possibility for securing nut in any position to ring at least by means of two bolts arranged in diametrically opposite openings.
EFFECT: lowered number of emergency idling periods, reduced consumption of rolls and bearings, shortened time period for changing rolls, enhanced reliability of fixation of bearings, improved rolling efficiency, high quality of rolled strips.

FIELD: axial fixation of bearings and chocks in journals of rolling rolls of wide strip rolling mills.
SUBSTANCE: assembly includes chock supporting bearing unit, inner and outer lids provided with seals, mounted in journal of roll and secured to chock; spacing ring mounted in key of rolling roll, members for axially fixing chock mounted in annular turning of roll journal. Members for axially fixing chock are in the form of two cover plates with inner cylindrical ribs arranged diametrically opposite relative to vertical axis of chock in annular turning of roll journal. Cover plates are mounted with use of bolts with possibility of motion in outer end of spacing ring. Thickness of cover plates exceeds that of inner cylindrical ribs that is why stop cylindrical surfaces are formed. Said surfaces are joined at both sides of annular turning of roll journal with outer surface of journal. Inclined straight different-length slits are formed in cover plates symmetrically relative to vertical axis of chock. Said slits are inclined by different angles to horizontal axis of chock; lower slits are inclined by large angle and upper slits are inclined by small angle. Length values of chords in cover plates between crossing points of different radius circles passed from center arranged in roll axis with axes of slits along their whole length are the same and equal to distance between mounting bolts of cover plates in spacing ring. Countersunk recesses for bolt heads are formed in ends of slits in bolt mounting places on both planes of cover strip surface.
EFFECT: shortened duration of idle periods and of roll change periods, lowered consumption of rolls and bearings, enhanced quality of rolled strips, improved reliability of assembly for axially fixing bearing and efficiency of rolling mill.
FIELD: packing unit of journal of roll in bearing assembly on lubricating pad for roll of rolling mill.
SUBSTANCE: roll has journal having intermediate cone portion ended by less diameter part. Journal is placed in case fastened relative to roll journal and mounted with possibility of rotation in sleeve. Packing of journal may be placed in cone portion of roll journal for rotating together with it in position embedded to sealing end plate secured to said pad. Packing unit includes elastic annular body having distributed in axial direction and extending outside along radius first and second flanges. Configuration and size values of said flanges provide sealing contact with sealing end plate. First and second distributed in axial direction ridges extend along radius inside from annular body in order to provide contact with cone portion of roll journal. Said ridges are leveled along radius and they are joined in radial direction with first and second flanges through three-dimensional intermediate parts of packing unit body.
EFFECT: prevention of oil leakage due to correct positioning of radial support for body of packing unit and due to joining of said support at lowered friction between case end and body of packing unit.

Base of each key groove is parallel to generatrix of joined cone surfaces of sleeve-union and roll journal.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing devices intended for bearings of machines and mechanisms. The roll bearing sealing device containing a bearing cap with a ring element and, at least, two sealing collars. One of them, a face-type collar, is arranged on the cap ring element and contacts by its working edge with the face surface in the roll recess. The cap ring element is made tapered extending beyond the sizes of sealing collar set in the sap, while the roll face has an additional tapered recess receiving the ring element to form, together with the additional recess, a slot seal. Here, note that screw-like grooves are made on the additional recess tapered surface. Also, the device is provided with one more face sealing collar set on the roll neck contacting by its working edge with the cap.
EFFECT: increase in the sealing device service life and simplification of its mounting.

SUBSTANCE: film-lubrication bearing includes bushing-insert, which is installed in the chuck of forming roll, bushing-journal, which is hafted on roll cone neck, and thrust unit. Bushing-journal is retained against slipping on roll neck by means of key installed in keyway, which is provided on internal conical surface of bushing-journal and external conical surface of roll neck so that bridge is formed between keyway and end surface of bushing-journal from the side of thrust unit, at that bridge width makes (0.03...0.09) from minimum diameter of internal conical surface of bushing-journal.
EFFECT: increase of bearings rigidity; rolling accuracy and quality of rolled material.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pad has one lubricant receiving space on the barrel side and one lubricant receiving space on the discharge side, both aforesaid spaces being located beneath the deepest point of the bearing bush, and the holes communicating receiving aforesaid spaces on both aforesaid sides. Note that the lubricant is intercepted in the pad by additional lubricant receiving spaces.
EFFECT: reduced number of contacts between roller on barrel side and lower costs of pad production.
