The invention relates to rolling stands with signs of restrictive part p. 1 of the claims.

From practice it is known that the car in the form of a tube or rod is received with the help of rolling stands that have at least two rolls. The first roller has a first axis around which it can rotate. The second roller has a second axis around which it can rotate. Rolls for rolling stands are located so that they are between the surface of the first roll and the surface of the second roll, and between the surface areas provided other rolls form a caliber for rolled products in the form of a tube or rod. The shape of the caliber is selected in accordance with the stage of processing carried out in the respective rolling stand. Using a rolling stands or by using a rolling mill, comprising several rolling stands arranged one behind the other in the direction of rolling, it is possible to roll the product in the form of a tube or rod from ingots or billets. The final product in the form of a tube or rod may have a circular shape, and the shape of an ellipse or, however, also polyhedral shape, such as rectangular or polygonal shape, or even, for example, the I-shaped beams or T-shaped beams or area.

In the rolling mill, known from practice, the COI is lesuuda often two, three or four rolls, which are arranged in such a way that between the surface of the rolls, intended for this purpose, there is a gauge for rolling a rolled material in the form of a tube or rod.

In the case of rolling stands, used in practice, to obtain a rolled material in the form of a tube or rod it is known that the appropriate section of the roll surface, contributing to the formation of caliber, at least partially, the result with the corresponding notches (reference stream) at the appropriate felling. Often used rolls have a constructive form, in essence, in the form of a disk, and the calibration stream is often formed on a circumferential surface of the disk. As a rule, the stream is in this case, the perimeter groove. The cross-section of the calibration stream in a plane which also contains the axis around which can rotate the roller, has a base stream and opposite the bottom of the stream inlet stream. The inlet stream for the most part is obtained by using the left and right edges, which form the beginning of the stream.

In the known practice of rolling mill rolls are orderly with a small clearance relative to each other, so that the surface of the rolls, contributing to the formation of caliber, if possible, t the d surround caliber. Typically, this surface lying in the region of the gap between the two rolls.

From practice it is known that the surface areas of the guide rollers intended for contact with the rolled material, perform flat or relevant part of the surface of the ellipse.

Clear width of the respective free side of the rolled material perpendicular to the UPRAVLENIE rolling is subjected to the influence of the parameters flattening material rolled products during the deformation in the gap for rolling. This flattening in practice may deviate from the pre-calculation and/or oscillate. Based on the above, the basis of the invention lies task, which is to offer a rolling stand, which allows for more qualitative direction of the rolled material included in the caliber or coming out of the gauge.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling mill and can be used on mill for rolling sections for treatment of ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys. Rolling fittings contain body fixed on reinforcing stand rail. In body there are installed roller cages on axis, one or several springs and lead-in pass. Roller cages are interactively turned by means of cam mechanism, allowing side cam cant with the same angles butt ends, contacting to abutment screws of roller cages. On cylindrical surface of cam there are implemented two cylindrical annular grooves. Into grooves there are installed by two half-washer. Cam with half-washers is located in two through alignments of couple of vertical, fixedly connected to the top part of body. By one of its end surface each half-washer contacts to one of two flat washers, each of which covers one of two lugs overhanging the dimensions of cam parts with chamfered ends. Each plain washer is fixed on face side of its lug by fixing facilities.

SUBSTANCE: outlet roll fitting includes outlet liners secured to outlet beam and outlet guides arranged between liners on fitting or guide beams. Outlet guides have stops rigidly mounted on them and engaging with working surface of respective outlet liner. Each stop of guide has length regulated by means of its own screw mechanism. Rollers provided with bearing assemblies are mounted in said liners on axle with possibility of rotation in direction coincided with rolling direction. According to invention one of regulated-length stop acts upon foot of guide at rolling process. It prevents shifting of guide along fitting beam and keeps gap values between outlet liners and guide. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling mill and can be used on mill for rolling sections for treatment of ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys. Rolling fittings contain body fixed on reinforcing stand rail. In body there are installed roller cages on axis, one or several springs and lead-in pass. Roller cages are interactively turned by means of cam mechanism, allowing side cam cant with the same angles butt ends, contacting to abutment screws of roller cages. On cylindrical surface of cam there are implemented two cylindrical annular grooves. Into grooves there are installed by two half-washer. Cam with half-washers is located in two through alignments of couple of vertical, fixedly connected to the top part of body. By one of its end surface each half-washer contacts to one of two flat washers, each of which covers one of two lugs overhanging the dimensions of cam parts with chamfered ends. Each plain washer is fixed on face side of its lug by fixing facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rolling mill industry, particularly to designs of roller guides and can be implemented in section and wire mills. The roller guide for entry of rounded band into the section mill stand contains pair of non-driven rollers, arranged opposite to each other and secured so, that distance between axes can be altered. Circular U-shaped cuts are made on cylinder surfaces of the rollers. Each of sides of the circular cut is made curvilinear with radius of curvature 0.7-1.1 from thickness of the band and coupled with rectilinear section of the cylinder generatrix along the circumference arc. Additionally, radius of coupling arc of circumference is 0.3-0.5 from radius of curvature of side of the circular cut.

Mill stand 1 comprises rolls 2, 3, guides 4, 5 arranged on stand inlet and outlet and fasteners 8 to secure guides 4, 5 to the stand. Said guides are arranged on stand structure, oriented along rolling direction W, before and after clearance 6 between rolls. Guides can be adjusted in direction perpendicular to axis 7 of rolls 2, 3 and direction perpendicular to rolling direction W, particularly in vertical direction V.
