FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: wheel comprises a tire 12 with a rim 11, a hub 10 with lateral discs 5 and an axis 9, a drive ring 7, fasteners 2 to connect the drive ring 7 to the hub 10, a pusher 13, and an anti-recoil brake 16. On the drive ring 7 the stops 8 are mounted. The brake 16 interacts with the stops 8. The drive ring 7 has joint plates 15 with holes 14, mounted in the center plane and fixed on the inner surface of the drive ring 7. The drive ring 7 is mounted with the ability to change the axial position and fixation by the fasteners 2 on the pins 6 with screw 3, located parallel to the axis and rigidly attached to the lateral disc 5. The lateral disc diameter is made larger than the diameter of the hub 10. The pins 6 pass through the holes 14 in the joint plates 15 of the drive ring. In the pins 6 there is a set of radial holes 4 located in planes parallel to the center plane of the wheel. In the holes 4 of the pins 6 the removable thrust pins 1 are mounted.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to improve the control accuracy of the axial position of the drive ring relative to the tire of the rim.

The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in sprinkling machines.

Known rigid wheel sprinkling machines, comprising a hub with spokes, rim and stops to interact with the plunger and wheel brakes, it stops located in the plane of the interaction of the wheel rim with soil (see Krakovets V.M., etc.. operator Handbook "Frigate" and "the Team". - M., 1976).

The shortcoming of hard wheels sprinkling machines is their inability to apply on soils with low bearing capacity (drained peat bogs, salt marshes, Preobrazhenie plots), where the wheels sink into the soil so that it leads to slipping and, ultimately, to stop the machine.

It is also known wheel propulsion, including the tire from the rim, the hub with the side discs and the axle, a driving ring mounted with its lugs, the fastening elements for connecting the drive ring to the hub, the plunger and the wheel brake, interacting with stops while driving ring has a solitaire with holes installed in the median plane and fixed to the inner surface of the drive ring, and installed with the possibility of changing the axial position and fixation by means of the fastening elements on the pins with threads arranged parallel to the axis and W is stco associated with side drive having a diameter larger than the diameter of the hub, the pins pass through the holes in the gusset plates of the drive ring (see RF patent for the invention №2430510 Wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines". - M CL A01G 25/09, BI No. 28, 2011).

The disadvantage of this wheel is the lack of accuracy of adjustment of the axial position of the drive ring relative to the tire with the rim (when its lateral deformation, resulting in bending of the drive and the wear of the tire in the process multisupport sprinkling machines) because of the impossibility of accurate installation of the drive ring with the mounting elements on the pins with thread.

The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of controlling the axial position of the drive ring relative to the tire rim.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines, including the tire from the rim, the hub with the side discs and the axle, a driving ring mounted with its lugs, the fastening elements for connecting the drive ring to the hub, the plunger and the wheel brake, interacting with stops while driving ring has a solitaire with holes installed in the median plane and fixed to the inner surface of the drive ring, and installed with the possibility of changing the axial position and is fixed by crepe is mportant elements on the pins with thread, located parallel to the axis and rigidly connected with a side disk having a diameter larger than the diameter of the hub, the pins pass through the holes in the gusset plates of the drive rings, pins made a series of radial holes arranged in planes parallel to the median plane of the wheel, while in the holes of the pins installed removable stop pins.

Wheel propulsion multisupport sprinkling machines of the pneumatic tire 12 with the rim 11, the hub 10 with the side disks 5 and the axis 9, the drive ring 7 mounted on the lugs 8, the fastening elements 2 to connect the drive ring 7 with the hub 10, the pusher 13 and the wheel brake 16, which interacts with the stop 8. Drive ring 7 has kerchiefs 15 with holes 14 installed in the median plane and fixed to the inner surface of the drive ring 7, and is installed with the possibility of changing the axial position and fixation by means of the fastening elements 2 on pins 6 thread 3, parallel to the axis and rigidly connected with a side disk 5, having a diameter larger than the diameter of the hub 10. While pins 6 pass through the apertures 14 in the gusset plates 15 of the drive to which ICA 7. The pins 6 are a series of radial holes 4 arranged in planes parallel to the median plane of the wheel, while in the holes 4 of the pins 6 is installed removable stop pins 1.

The wheel works as follows.

Through the impact of the pusher 13 in the lugs 8 of the drive ring 7 is movement of the wheel. When the deformation of the tire 12 pneumatic wheels in the process multisupport sprinkling machines carry out the regulation of the axial position of the drive ring 7 relative to the tire 12 with the rim 11 by moving the drive ring 7 with gusset plates 15 and holes 14 by pins 6. Installation of the drive ring 7 in a certain axial position relative to the wheels through the stop of the drive ring 7 in a removable stop pins 1, installed in holes 4 arranged in a plane parallel to the median plane of the wheel, and the fixation of the drive ring 7 fasteners - nuts 2, moving the thread 3 with the outer or inner sides of the drive ring 7.

The use of the invention improves the precision of the regulation of the axial position of the drive ring relative to the tire rim through the use of removable stop pins installed in certain fixed positions.

This proposed technical solutions help prevent the ratite breakage of the drive ring with the deformation of the pneumatic tire of the wheel in the process multisupport sprinkling machines.

Top central shaft supports inner bearing axle and two rigidly fitted drive sprockets, two supports with inner ball bearings, four support wheels paired by inner axle with governor flanges, flanged hub ends with ball bearings, driven sprockets integrated into common structural frame. Bearing frame consists of horizontal reaction links and vertical cantilever spring plates fitted on hub assemblies and supports with inner ball bearings on top central shaft.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to higher-flotation wheel movers with usual wheel and ellipsoidal wheel fitted on common axle. Ellipsoidal wheel is made up of two small external arcs equal to usual wheel radius and two larger-radius arcs and is fitted in symmetry about said axle. Said disk chucks are mounted on tractor drive and extra wheels by means of coupling studs. Six spring-loaded yokes of universal joints are fitted inside said hollow disk chuck at equal distance from guiding limiters of rotation. Universal joint yokes with spiders are arranged on disk chuck mounted on tractor driven wheel by means of coupling studs at equal distance from wheel center.

Proposed wheel represents a hollow drum-type radially-equal wheel made from light-alloy material and secured to the main wheel. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additional equipment temporary mounted on wheels. Proposed device contains detachable grouser connected with lever made for fastening on automobile hub by support bolt passed through wheel disk, lever consists of three parts. Upper part forms, together with grouser, a common-l-shaped part in form of bent plate hinge-connected with middle part consisting of two shackles enclosing the plate, free ends of shackles being hinge-connected with third lower part of lever. The latter is essentially plate support of device of arbitrary form with holes in corners of isosceles triangle in plan, in vertex of which plate is arranged and hinge-fastened between said shackles. Said support bolt is fitted in one of two other holes. Bolt is provided with thread in middle part with turned-on locking washers with cylindrical projections pointed to each other, each being fitted in hole in support for free rotation. Lower part of support bolt is made cylindrical with flats for wrench on end not projecting beyond the contour of cylindrical part. Pin of cup is fitted in third hole of support. Axis of pin is displaced relative to axis of cup with eccentricity exceeding diameter of pin.

Casing is controlled by handle from driver's cab through system of levers by adjustable gear engagement, with bushing freely fitted on rear axle being rigidly connected with said casing provided with toothed rim. With bushing being shifted along axle it comes into meshing with toothed rim rigidly secured on wheel rim for rotating casing by wheel. With bushing in other position, teeth found on one of its sides engage with teeth of rear axle to fix casing of wheel.
