The invention relates to hydropower and can be used in wave energy installations.

Known wave power installation comprising a partially liquid filled floating body and placed in it the Converter associated with the PTO (see US 4207739 And 17.06.1980, F03B 13/12).

However, this setup has low efficiency due to significant hydraulic losses in the flow of fluid between the chambers, and also due to inefficient effects of alternating low-pressure fluid flow to the turbine.

Also known wave power installation comprising a partially liquid filled floating body and placed in it the Converter associated with the PTO and in the form of flat float, the Central part and the opposite edge of which is connected by means of flexible elements respectively with the bottom of the housing and the shaft (see SU 1150393 And 15.04.1985, F03B 13/12).

A disadvantage of the known wave power plant is the low reliability when changing direction of movement of the waves, as the plant is operated only in case of wave movement along the plane of the placement of the flexible element spanning the toothed wheel connected with the shaft of the electric generator.

The purpose of the Britania is to increase plant reliability when changing direction of movement of the waves.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the wave energy facility containing a partially liquid filled floating body located therein is a flat float, the Central part of which is connected by means of a flexible element with the bottom of the housing, according to the invention, along the line of the diameter of the upper surface of the float at the same distance from its center two fixed perpendicular to the surface of the float stand, the upper end of one of them is equipped with upper flexible element which is stretched, wound in the direction of clockwise on the upper part of the coil, and the end of the wound section fixed thereto, the upper end of the other rack is equipped with the lower flexible element, which stretched, wound in a direction against the movement clockwise on the lower part of the coil, and the end of the wound section attached to it, and the length of the flexible elements are equal to each other, and the coil is tightly mounted on the shaft vertically placed an electric generator.

In addition, the middle portion of the coil, the upper end of the upper part, the lower end of the lower part of the coil is equipped with wheels.

In addition, in the plane of the placement of the racks on the bottom surface of the float offset from its center fixed keel.

The drawing shows the proposed power plant.

The installation includes partially is filled with liquid floating body 1, placed it flat float 2, the center of the bottom surface through which the flexible element 3 is connected to the bottom of the housing 1.

Along the line of the diameter of the upper surface of the float 2 at the same distance from its center two fixed perpendicular to the surface float 2 hours 4 and 5, the upper end of the bar 4 provided with the upper flexible element 6, which stretched, wound in the direction of clockwise on the upper part of the coil 7, and the end of the wound section attached to it.

The upper end of the bar 5 provided with a lower flexible element 8, which is stretched, wound in a direction against the movement clockwise on the lower part of the coil 7, and the end of the wound section attached to it. The coil 7 is tightly fitted on the shaft vertically placed an electric generator 9.

In the middle part of the coil between the upper and lower parts of the flange 10, with the upper end of the upper part, the lower end of the lower part of the coil 7 provided with flanges 11 and 12 respectively.

The bottom surface of the float 2 is provided with a keel 13, mounted in the plane of the placement of the uprights 4 and 5 are offset from the center of the lower surface of the float 2.

The device operates as follows.

When the excitement of the housing 1 is experiencing turbulence. Partially filling the housing 1, the liquid moves to the edge of the float 2.

If the motion of the waves going on the t in the direction from the side of the rack 4 in the direction of the rack 5, the edge of the float 2 with stand 4 is in the upper position and closer to the generator 9 and the edge of the float 2 with a rack 5 is in the down position and further away from the generator 9. As the upper end of the bar 5 provided with a lower flexible element 8, which is stretched, wound in a direction against the movement clockwise on the lower part of the coil 7, and the end of the wound section attached to it, due to the elastic force of the flexible element 8 of his wound plot comes off the bottom of the coil 7, and stands up and following behind the counter 5 will create a torque on the coil 7 and the shaft of the generator 9 and to bring them into rotation in the direction of clockwise. Created by the coil 7 of torque at the same time the winding of the flexible element 6 on the upper part of the coil 7.

In the opposite direction of the movement of the waves, i.e. from the side of the rack 5 in the side of the yoke 4, the edge of the float 2 with a rack 5 is in its upper position and closer to the generator 9 and the edge of the float 2 with stand 4 is in the lower position and farther from the generator 9. The upper end of the bar 4 entails flexible element 6 is wound in the direction of clockwise on the upper part of the coil 7 and fixed thereto. He stands up and following behind the counter 4 will create a torque on the coil 7 and the Lou generator 9 and to bring them into rotation. When this occurs, the additional winding of the flexible element 8 on the lower part of the coil 7.

If the motion of the waves occurs in the direction from the observer, the waves exert pressure on the keel 13, mounted in the plane of the placement of the uprights 4 and 5 on the bottom of the float 2. As the keel 13 fixed offset from the center of the bottom of the float, on the strength of the pressure waves generated torque directed against clockwise movement, under the action of which the rotation of the fin 13 is 90 together with the float 2, the uprights 4 and 5, which at the same time and in the oscillatory motion. While the flexible elements 6 and 8 engage the upper ends of the uprights 4 and 5 in the vibrational and rotational motion, do the work to overcome the drag torque on the shaft of the electrical generator, as well as on the orientation of the fin 13 in the direction of the waves.

Further excitement fluid energy installation is the same as it was described in the case of wave movement in the direction from the side of the rack 4 in the direction of the rack 5.

If the motion of the waves occurs in the direction of the observer, the waves, putting pressure on the keel 13, turn it 90, and with it the float 2, the rack 4 and 5 in the direction of clockwise. While the flexible elements 6 and 8, located in the vibrational and rotational who atalina movement, do the work to overcome the drag torque on the shaft of the electrical generator, as well as on the orientation of the fin 13 in the direction of the waves.

If the excitement of the liquid continues, the operation of the power installation is the same as described above for the case of wave movement in the direction from the side of the rack 4 in the direction of the rack 5.

The implementation of flexible elements 6 and 8 of equal length contributes to stable operation of the installation.

Pinning all their wound sites in the relevant parts of the coil 7, between which is provided a flange 10, as well as the fact that the upper end of the upper part and the lower end of the lower part of the coil have the flanges 11 and 12, prevents the descent of the flexible element with the coil 7.

The keel 13, secured to the bottom of the float 2, offset from its center, in the plane of arrangement of the uprights 4 and 5, provides the orientation of the float in the direction of the waves and increases reliability of the installation.

Thus, the proposed wave power plant can increase the reliability, ensuring stable operation at change of a direction of movement of the waves.
