Polyvinyl chloride-based plastisol

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastisols for making children's toys. The PVC-based plastisol contains dioctyl phthalate, epoxidated plant oil, pigment titanium dioxide, iron oxide pigment, disperplast, extender PVC resin, calcium stearate, hydroxyl G 3 H, emulsion PVC resin with K=79.

EFFECT: high Shore number of 78-85 and low toxicity.

The present invention relates to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastisols, intended mainly for the production of children's toys, such as frame dolls.

The basic requirements that apply to platysoma used for the manufacture of toys: appearance should be pink with different shades, creamy mass with low odor, contains no lumps, pellets, lumps that are visible to the naked eye.

Processing plastisols includes the formation of products at room temperature and subsequent fusion at 120-200C. the Method depends on the shape and purpose of the product. So the method makanya molded gloves, put insulation on the handles of the tool and suspension electroplating bath, the coating on the fabric, glass bottles with spray packaging of medicines and other Fill plastisol forms are made of air and oil filters for cars, shoes, sealing gasket and cover jars and bottles for food products. Corrosion and noise attenuation coating the bottom and seal welded body seams seams car produced by sputtering, artificial leather and detergent Wallpaper - way spidermania, complex shape products (toys, balls, parts of medical instruments and other) - rotational formation. PR is changing, in addition to the above, also includes: manufacture of fire hoses and reinforced hoses, water-repellent coatings on fabrics and products for textile and textile-based (clothing, tents, car Tandy, canopies, pavilions and so on), application of polymer coatings on galvanized steel, bonding steel parts of car bodies, the production of plastisol inks, banner material for advertising boards and panels, manufacture of linoleum and floor coverings, etc.

Known plastisol on the basis of polyvinyl chloride comprising ester plasticizer, a metallic thermo stabilizer, filler chalk and additive (see USSR Author's certificate No. 1682364, CL C08L 27/06,1991; Patent No. 2049098, CL C08L 27/06, 1995).

The disadvantage of these plastisols is their inability to produce toys, as they do not meet the requirements specified above.

Known polyvinylchloride plastisol, which consists of the following components: polyvinyl chloride EP-6602 (GOST 14039-78), polyvinyl chloride emulsion grade PVC M-54 (TU 6-01-678-76), polyvinyl chloride "Formoton" (import), dioctylphthalate (GOST 8728-88), soybean oil epoxydecane (TU 6-10-722-86, oleic acid (GOST 7580-91) and paste pigment (see http://www.e-negotiant.ru/commdiy-rearch/52-commdiy-resea...).

The disadvantage of this PVC PLA the insulation is: the presence of imported components, does not meet the physical-chemical parameters, such as hardness.

The closest in technical essence to the present invention is polyvinyl chloride plastisol containing (by weight): polyvinyl chloride emulsion grade PVC TU 6602 C (GOST 14039-78) - 50,65%; vociferate (DOP) (GOST 8728-88) - 46,25%; vegetable oil epoxydecane (TU 07010508-61-92) is 2.55%; oleic acid (GOST 7580-91) - 0,25%, cadmium red (GOST R-95) -0,02%; cadmium orange GOST R-95 - 0,03%; titanium dioxide pigment (GOST 9808-84) - 0,25% (see Scientific-research and design Institute of the biotechnology industry research and BIOTIN), open joint stock company "Spring". Adjustment of the working expansion project workshop No. 2 in the Department of Batali production of plastisol. A working draft. Set PZ. General explanatory note. Album 1. 0-331-PZ).

The disadvantage of this plastisol is its low hardness, the presence of cadmium because of its toxic effect, a negative effect on a living organism (see Wochester. Polymeric materials: toxic properties. Chemistry, Leningrad branch, s).

The aim of the present invention is to increase the hardness (the pre-specified hardness shore 78-85%) with a simultaneous decrease in toxicity.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the plastisol on the basis of polyvinyl chloride is for the manufacture of toys, include dioctylphthalate, epoxydecane oil, titanium dioxide pigment, contains as polyvinyl chloride resin polivinlhlorida extender and the resin polivinlhlorida with K=79, and as the epoxy oil - epoxy vegetable oil, and optionally pigment zhelezookisnye, dispersant, calcium stearate, hydroxyl G 3 N, in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

the dioctylphthalate24-25
epoxydecane vegetable oil1,9-2,0
the titanium dioxide pigment0,6-0,8
pigment zhelezookisnye (for example S960)0,06-0,08
dispersal0,006-0,008
PVC resin extendera 9.7-10,0
calcium stearate0,38-4,0
hydrosil G 3 N4,6-4,7
PVC resin emulsion To=79rest

Dispersant is a wetting and dispersing additive, which results in a better distribution of p is gment in the mass of PVC plastisol, also, this additive prevents separation of environments, increasing sedimentation (www.byk.com/en/additives/additives-name/disperplast-1150.php).

The manufacturing process of the product may be two-stage or single-stage.

Process with two-stage production consists of the following operations:

The first stage is sequentially loaded into the reactor material DOP (dioctylphthalate), download PVC resin, download the rest of the ingredients, followed by the primary mixing the loaded components.

The second stage - skipping mass of plastisol through kraskoterke in the intermediate dispenser, the subsequent evacuation of plastisol and discharge in the transfer container when the control Rev.

Technological process for single-stage production consists of the following operations:

Sequential loading into the reactor material DOP (dioctylphthalate), PVC resin, download the rest of the ingredients, followed by the primary mixing of the components and the subsequent evacuation of plastisol and discharge in the transfer container when the control Rev.

General principles of processing of plastisol on Site recycling of plastics (PVC) consist of the following technological operations:

Vacuum plastisol, loading the dispenser, laboratory control, download galvanothermy, rotational molding in the heating chamber, retrieve the value of the finished product from the mold, control of TCI.

Open joint stock company "Spring" Kirov mastered the production of the proposed plastisol formulations based on polyvinyl chloride in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

the dioctylphthalate24,17
epoxydecane vegetable oil "Drapex-39"1,95
the titanium dioxide pigment0,64
pigment zhelezookisnye S 9600,067
dispersal0,007

calcium stearate0,39
thinner (viscosity regulator of hydrosil G 3 H)4,67
PVC resin emulsion To=79 (for example,
"Lacobel RV 1702")rest

Hardness offer plastisol shore is 78-85.

The increase in hardness with a simultaneous decrease in toxicity is the dignity and benefits of what estom of the proposed solution compared to the prototype.

Plastisol based on polyvinyl chloride for the manufacture of toys, including dioctylphthalate, epoxydecane oil, titanium dioxide pigment, characterized in that it contains as polyvinyl chloride resin polyvinyl chloride extender and a polyvinyl chloride resin emulsion with K=79, and as epoxidizing oil - epoxy vegetable oil, and optionally pigment zhelezookisnye, dispersant, calcium stearate, hydrosil G 3 H in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:
