FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: irrigation system comprises two sprinkling machines, joined to each other with a flexible traction rod, equipped with central vertical stands, fixed to the centre of the tray, on the stands there are radial spikes fixed by ties with sprinklers. Sprinkling machines move in series upwards without rotation and downwards with rotation along its inclined ropeways using the tray weight, when filled with irrigation water in the upper point of the inclined ropeway, and water is supplied from the tray along tubular spikes to sprinklers using a centrifugal force when moving downwards with simultaneous rotation of the sprinkling machine around the stand on the support. The system comprises a ratchet interacting with a spinner arranged in the form of a pulley rolling along the ropeway in the horizontal plane. Filling of the tray with water happens via a drain, opened as the end switch installed in the upper point of the ropeway interacts with the carriage at the moment of contact, and closed as the hook installed on the float inside the tray is disengaged after filling it with water.

EFFECT: increased operational reliability of a system.

The invention relates to agriculture, namely, to irrigation by sprinkling.

Known sprinkling machine moving on the pontoons in irrigation conduit and the feed water to the sprinklers using wind power.

Known sprinkling machine is provided with a Central vertical stand, attached to the center of the pallet, and irrigation pipe is made in the form of radial spokes attached to the rack for cable suspension, equipped with sails (irrigation system SU 1672998 A1 MCI: A01G 25/09).

The disadvantage of this system is its low reliability, as required irrigation canal and wind, which on hot days usually does not happen.

The task of the invention is to improve the operational reliability of the irrigation system.

To solve this problem, the proposed irrigation system, for which the force of the wind is replaced by the force of gravity, and includes two pivot connected to a flexible shaft, moving alternately up without rotation and down with rotation on its tilted cable cars using the weight force of the pallet, filled with irrigation water in the upper point of the inclined cable car, and the feed water from the tray on the tubular spokes on the sprinklers using centrifugal force when d is igenii down with simultaneous rotation of the sprinkler around the rack on the support, ratchet interacting with rotator made in the form of a pulley riding on the cable car in the horizontal plane, and filling the tray with water occurs through the drain opening in the interaction of the limit set in the upper point of the cable car at the moment of contact with the carriage, and closed when the uncoupling of a hook mounted on the float inside the tray after filling it with water.

The drawing shows a diagram of one of the two inclined cableway 1 with a sprinkling machine, consisting of a carriage 2 with a flexible shaft 3 for connection with the carriage of another pivot (not shown). To the carriage 2 on the vertical center pillar 4 has a pallet 5 with water for irrigation. The Central vertical strut 4 is fixed to the center of the pallet. Hour 4 rotates on the support 6 and communicates through the sawtooth edge of the ratchet 7 with the response, the sawtooth edge of the rotator 8, made in the form of a pulley riding on the cable car in the horizontal plane. Irrigation system works as follows. Two cable cars of the same length and slope, the value of which is chosen empirically, are installed in parallel at a distance not less than the lengths of the two radial spokes 9. The length of the flexible rod 3 is chosen so that the carriage 2 there was one at the upper end, and the second at the lower end of the respective cable cars.

The carriage 2 sprinkler with an empty pallet, moving up without rotation, communicates at the upper end of the cable car with the lever end 13 connected to the lever that opens the water flow through the drain 12 to the tray 5 is held by the hook 14 during the process of filling the tray with water.

Water flow, depending on local conditions, can flow by gravity from the water tower or fed by a pump from a reservoir by a team of mechanical, electric or other type of end closure 13.

After filling the tray 5 to the specified water level float hook 14 down, simultaneously blocking the water flow through the drain 12, and the carriage 2 rushes down the inclined cable car 1. When the rotator 11 rolls on the cable car 1 in the horizontal plane passing the rotation through the ratchet 7 of the Central rack with 4 tray 5 and the radial spokes 9. During the rotation of the spokes on the sprinkler 10 is created centrifugal photocopy, coming from the pallet 5 hollow spokes or hoses. Resulting from the sprinkler 10 water when moving with the rotation of the two sprinkler machines irrigates an area of length in the cable car and a width of four radial spokes. For safe operation in the automatic mode, the trays are suspended above the height of a man, and in the areas of traffic suspended at a height of up to four meters.

Thus, the proposed irrigation system is economical, works in automatic mode without damaging the environment, does not require the construction of irrigation canals, can effectively irrigate fields on the plains and in the mountains and intersected by ravines areas, preserves the productivity of cropland and pasture in the dry season.

At least one of the modules is equipped with lifts and escalators and represents logistic link to other types of existing urban transport. At least one other of modules is used as depot for passenger cars.

SUBSTANCE: municipal ropeway includes end, intermediate and interchange stations. Paths are made as two or more threads of one encircling carrying-haulage rope. Discrete drive contains one or more mechatronic propellers in the form of movement module with hierarchical control system. Kinematic chain of each movement module contains one or more electric motors each one of which is connected with friction driving pulley of service and emergency brake. Each carriage of passenger car is equipped with mechatronic movement module of wheels drive and with detachable clamps in the number not less than the number of threads of carrying-haulage rope. Detachable clamps are made as articulated links where movable link on intermediate poles interacts with guides defining trajectory and time of clamp operation. Power supply units are located in passenger cars. System of passenger cars readdressing contains one or more rigid paths with trolleys and automatic switches interacting at stations with mechatronic movement modules of carriage wheels drive.

Proposed suspended way comprises carrying run made up of winch chain for chain transmission, e.g. a roller chain, unclosed and developed in one line and with length equal to that of entire suspended way or to those of way separate sections, whereon sprocket rolls to support cargo or passenger platform. Torque from drive to sprocket is transmitted by, for example, chain transmission. Note here that the drive may be accommodated on cargo or passenger platform and run from ICE incorporated with said drive.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport facilities. Municipal ropeway incorporates discrete drive comprising mechatronic propulsors with motors that are provided with single control unit and interconnected on the principle of electric shaft. Municipal ropeway comprises change stations mounted on arched supports above traffic area not limiting carriageway sizes. Said stations are equipped with systems that are intended for mechanical switching of passenger cars to other ways and connected with other stations in each direction. Ropeway comprises, at least, two independent ways with one and more traction rope and carrying ropes. Suspended supports are mounted between intermediate supports. The latter comprise the frame, one or more clips embracing carrying ropes on two sides, and one or more tractive rope hulleys resting upon elastic closed tractive elements of discrete drive mechatronic propulsors fitted on intermediate supports. Kinematic circuit of said propulsor comprises one or more motor, working brake, constant-velocity joints, and system of roller beams. At least, one roller of said beams incorporates emergency brake. Note that elastic tractive element runs over all rollers of aforesaid system of beams hinged to intermediate supports with the use of damping system.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport facilities, namely to overhead ropeways to carry cargoes and passengers. Proposed ropeway comprises drive, two pulleys, each fitted on self-propelled facility equipped with hydraulic outriggers, closed tensioned traction cable with hooking devices that runs around said pulleys and rests on rollers of line balancers mounted on telescopic supports. Drive is made up of multi-inductor linear induction motor with its each inductor secured along ropeway axis on said line balancers between rollers that are enveloped by elastic magnetic tape that makes secondary element of linear induction motor. Said magnetic tape is furnished with support for traction cable arranged all along the ropeway length.

EFFECT: higher efficiency provided by traction force stabilisation.

Proposed ropeway comprises load bearing rope, suspension with transport container and supports made up of crossarm, support members with their one ends jointed with appropriate ends of said crossarm by fasteners, and support elements fitted on opposite ends of said support elements. Support elements are mounted so that support element crossarms stay at different height. Support element posts are jointed with crossarm by hinge joint, four posts per one support element. Height of said support element is adjusted by the number of simple tubular elements incorporated therewith. Support elements are made up of footstep bearing and dowel secured on support element end to lock footstep bearing in certain position. Ends of load-bearing rope are anchored in soil by drill-like anchors while rope are tensioned by particular tensioning device.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ropeways. Proposed ropeway comprises one lower station and at least one upper station and haulage rope (3) running in guide disks (30) arranged at said stations. Note here that at least one of disks (30) revolves. It comprises transfer appliances (31, 32) intended for passengers boarding, transfer and detraining. Said appliances are uncoupled from haulage rope (3), transferred in guide rails (4, 41, 42, 4a) on stations to be coupled, again, with said haulage rope (3). It comprises also two points (40, 43) mounted along guide rails (4, 41, 42, 4a) to allow first transfer appliance (31) to move along first boarding/detraining zones (1, 1a) and second transfer appliance (32) to move along second boarding/detraining zone (2). First boarding/detraining zones (1, 1a) are located inside second transfer appliance (32) motion trajectory. First transfer appliances are formed by passenger seats (31) with skis fastened thereto while second transfer appliances are formed by ropeway passenger cabs without said skis. Action on boundary layer and registration of flow conditions is made by elements performed as nano- or microtubes at aircraft surface. Action on boundary layer is made in pulse-periodic thermal mode. The device contains elements located at aircraft surface that act on boundary layer and register flow conditions and parametre management system acting on boundary layer in real time. Action elements and registration of flow conditions are made as mass of nano- and microtubes oriented at the base surface under angle to flux within range of 0≤β≤180°, where β is an angle between main flow and tubes. Tubes are located at the base surface by pairs in rows at current lines. One of the tube in a pair is a generator with pulse periodic thermal impact, the other is a registering sensor of boundary layer parameters.

Proposed wheel comprises pneumatic tire 1 with rim 2, hub 3 with axle 4, drive ring 6 with stops 7, fasteners to joint drive ring 6 with hub 3, pusher and self-adjusting brake interacting with stops 7 Stops 7 are mounted on removable shackles secured to drive ring 6 on the side of its outer circumference. Note here that shackle inner surface is aligned with drive ring outer circle arc. Thrust bolts are fitted on one side of shackle to enter shackle threaded holes to contact with drive ring 6. Adjusting screws are fitted on opposite side of said shackles to enter threaded holes and provided with taper ends to enter taper recesses on drive ring surface.

The pipelines of the right and left wings of the machine are mounted on electric shuttles. The unit of movement synchronisation along the course comprises a guide wire. Along the irrigation channel on the racks a contact network is mounted, interacting with the current collector. The current collector through the telescopic mechanism is mounted on the shuttle. The shuttle moves on the opposite side of the irrigation channel. The current collector output is connected to the input of the control panel. The outputs of the electric power meter are connected to the inputs of the contactor, the microprocessor control unit, and the frequency converter. The inputs of the microprocessor control unit are connected to the timer, the course stabilisation system, the system of the shuttles synchronisation in line, the distometer, the irrigation norm setter, the setter of the irrigation length section, the flow meter, and the pressure gauge. The pressure gauge is mounted on the pipeline. The outputs of the microprocessor control unit are connected to electric hydraulic valve, frequency converter, contactor, devices of the shuttles synchronisation in line and devices of stabilisation of the left and right wing course. The outputs of the microprocessor control unit are connected via a vacuum pump to the pump input. The pump output through the electric hydraulic valve the flow meter is connected to the pipeline. The microprocessor control unit is connected to the input-output of the interface device. The signal from the output of the frequency converter is set to the electric drive of the left and right wing of the machine. The output of the contactor is connected through the electric motor to the pump input.

SUBSTANCE: irrigation system comprises self-propelled trucks (11) with hydraulic actuators, an irrigation pipe (3) with water outlets, the water supply facility, devices of surface irrigation. The water supply facility comprises a drum (2) and a unit of connecting the hoses to the pipe (3) of the device. The drum (2) comprises two sections with two water-supply hoses coiled on them. The drum (2) is made with the ability to rotate freely on the pipe (3) of the device. The drum (2) is provided with a brake (17). The unit of connecting the hoses to the pipe (3) of the device comprises a two-way check valve (6). The two-way valve (6) comprises one outlet (7), and two inlets (8, 9) with slots (10, 11) made of an elastic material. Through-holes in the slots (10, 11) are alternately overlapped with the ball valve (12). The ball valve (12) is made with the ability to move freely from one slot to another in the guides (13). The inlets (8, 9) are connected to the first (14) and the second water-conducting hoses (15). The outlet (7) is connected to the cylinder with seals (16), which is located on the pipeline in the area of water-supply windows with the ability to rotate around the pipeline. Hose laying device comprises two guide wheels (18, 19) and stops (20). The guide wheels (18, 19) are located on the shaft (21) with the possibility of free rotation. The stops (20) prevent the movement of the drives on the shaft (21) in the axial direction and are pivotally mounted on the pipe (3) of the device of the brackets (22) with holes. In the holes the ends of the shaft are located with the ability to move freely in the holes in the axial direction. The first hose (14) is wound on the drum (2) in one direction and is placed in the first guide wheel (18). The second hose (15) is wound on the drum (2) in the opposite direction and is placed in the second guide wheel (19). Both hoses are provided on both ends with the pipes and are connected to the hydrants of the discharge pipe (27) of the irrigation network alternately. Subsurface irrigation devices of boom type are fixed with clamps on the pipe (3) of the device and are connected in pairs to the water outlets of the device with flexible hoses. The flexible hoses are connected to the water outlets through the T-shaped pipes. Subsurface irrigation devices in each pair are arranged symmetrically with respect to the pipe (3) of the device. Subsurface irrigation devices can be rotated around the longitudinal axis of the pipe (3) and can be fixed at a certain angle with a clamp of attachment clips.

SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a water bearing pipeline with sprinklers, a guiding bearing support. The guiding bearing support consists of two trucks with hydraulic drives. The trucks with the hydraulic drives are equipped with shutoff valves, actuating valves, and a slide of the follower. On the frame of the guiding truck the motion control system on course with the guide plate is mounted. The water bearing pipeline is mounted on the trucks with hydraulic drives. The slide of the follower moves in the guide groove. On the water bearing pipeline between the trucks of the guiding bearing support a drum is mounted with the ability to rotate with the flexible pressure hose. The extreme trucks of the machine are equipped with two speed controls of forward and reverse motion. The trucks with the use of ropes are connected with overhangs of frames of penultimate trucks. The shutoff valves are hydraulically connected with the actuating valves, which are controlled by the guide plate of the motion control system at the course.

SUBSTANCE: sprinkling machine comprises one central carriage 13 and two side carriages 14, 15 driven by hydraulic cylinders 10, 11, 12, sprinkling pipeline 18, speed controllers 16, 17, and machine course control device. Said side carriages are arranged in symmetry on both sides of said central carriage. Said machine course control device consists of carrier 2, frame 3, first and second pushers 4, 41, turn assembly 5, first and second speed controllers 16, 17. The latter consist of first and second shaped control rods 8, 6, first and second control valves 6, 7. Base of frame 1 is articulated to central carriage frame 13. Frame top is pivoted to carrier 2. Second speed controller is secured to another side carriage. Inlets of control valves are connected to machine pipeline 18. Control valve outlets are connected to side carriage hydraulic cylinders.

The flexible irrigation pipe after irrigation is wound on a drum, without dismantling to sections. The barrels of the sprinkling devices are folded automatically, with each having a flexible element in its bottom. The flexible element is mounted on an adapter-hydrant of the irrigation pipe and secured on it with combined eye lugs and a finger. At the upper part of the barrel of the sprinkling device two supports with pushers are pivotally mounted. The pushers are attached to the protective casing. The casing is automatically thrust over the sprinkling device when reeling the irrigation pipe and yanking the supports.

EFFECT: this design enables to reduce irrigation erosion.

SUBSTANCE: selective velospraying machine, moved by the operator, provides a basic bicycle 1 with a side wheel and a pipe with nozzles 15 for liquid chemicals feeding of the treated crops. A high construction frame 2 is attached to the frame of the base bicycle with a lateral pipe with nozzles 15 for liquid chemicals feeding of the treated crops. The side wheel is fixed to the rack, which is connected to the construction frame by means of swing arm 5 with a movable element and the lock, and a horizontal rod, fixed in a side pipe with the possibility of extension. The nozzles 15 have a device 17 to install them and fix on the side pipe and horizontal rod, made with the possibility of regulation of their height and width to feet the selective plots.

EFFECT: design of velospraying machine is universal, because it allows lateral adjustment of the wheels and nozzles, depending on the width of space between rows of cultivated plots Its use will reduce labor costs involved in spraying.

Controls of flow characteristics are made in the form of hydraulically driven valves. Hydraulic drives of hydraulically driven valves are separated with a membrane to form upper and lower chamber. The upper chambers of hydraulic drive are connected to the control tube of protection system. The lower chambers of hydraulic drive are connected to machine pipeline of the irrigation devices. The lower chamber of hydraulic drive adjusting spring is placed. Regulating spring interacts with the adjuster and the membrane of hydraulically driven valve through a per heel block.

Adapter member is arranged in cavities at inlet end and at outlet end of adjacent segments of flexible water supply pipeline. Fastening means are made in the form of pins inserted into axially aligned openings of flanges and disks. Adapter member disk is connected through cable with frame of three-dimensional construction.

EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced metal usage, increased efficiency and improved distribution of artificial precipitation along flexible water supply pipeline.
