FIELD: packaging.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packages for eggs. The invention object is to increase the flexural rigidity and stability during stacking of the package, reduction of the contact of the eggs, ventilation of the package. The package for eggs comprises a base in the form of a tray in which two rows or more cells for the eggs are made, and also dividing stops placed in a tray between the cells, ring-shaped dampers at the bottom of the cells in the form of ring-shaped grooves directed inside the cells. And along the perimetre of the tray a reinforcement rib in the form of a flanging is made. Each cell is made with a shape of smoothly mating spherical surfaces close to the form of eggs, the bottom part of each cell is made cylinder-shaped in the bottom of which a ring-shaped groove is made, which is a ring-shaped damper. The bottom parts of all the cells are connected to each other with jumpers to form a ring-shaped reinforcement rib in this part of the tray, separating stops between the cells are made in the form of projections of a height not exceeding the height of the tray. On the tray flanging along the perimetre the distantly located projections are made oriented in the direction from the flanging to form channels for ventilation.

EFFECT: increased flexural rigidity and stability during stacking of the package, reduction of the contact between eggs, ventilation of the package.

The invention relates to containers, particularly to containers of the tray, container, icebox for eggs, and is intended for storage and transportation of eggs.

Known packaging for storage and transportation of eggs, comprising a base with cells for eggs, ribs, located between cells, lateral and Central stops and external projections at the corners and the lid-liner to put parts, characterized in that the cells are made with inner and outer ribs that are located on their side surfaces, containers, placed at the base of the cells, dampers located at the bottom of the cells, and the inner protrusions placed at least between one pair of cells on the lateral surface and the side surface of the base is produced with internal tabs located at least between one pair of cells, the lid liner is made with cutouts placed with the opportunity to interact with internal protrusions of the base (EN 46477, B65D 85/32, publ. 10.07.2005).

The disadvantage of this package is its lack of rigidity due to structural features of cells, not providing adequate integrity eggs during storage and transportation, and the possibility of tipping along the long side, which also leads to damage to the packaging and eggs.

Now izaberete their aimed at the achievement of the technical result is to increase reliability by increasing the Flexural rigidity of the tray to increase the reliability of preserving eggs.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the packaging for eggs containing the base tray in which you have two or more rows of cells for the eggs, and placed in the tray between the cell stops dividing, the annular dampers at the bottom of the cell in the form of annular recesses, aimed inside the cells, while at the perimeter of the tray are made the rib in the form of flanging, each cell is made in the form of a smoothly mating spherical surfaces close to egg-shaped, the bottom part of each cell is made cylindrophinae form, the bottom of which is placed an annular recess, which is ring-shaped damper, and the bottom part of all cells are interconnected by a jumper for the formation of annular ribs in this part of the tray, the separation stops between cells are made in the form of protrusions on the frame of the tray around the perimeter made distant spaced protrusions oriented in the direction from the flange for forming channels for ventilation, while the top of the separating lugs and at least part of the tabs on the frame are located in a common horizontal plane.

The decree is installed signs are essential and interrelated with the formation of a stable set of essential features, sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.

The present invention is illustrated with a specific example of implementation, which, however, is not only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving the desired technical result.

The essence of the invention lies in the use of the new scheme of formation of the ribs, providing increased Flexural rigidity of the packaging type of the tray, which prevents deformation of cells for eggs and, consequently, ensures the safety of the eggs.

The packaging is made by molding of molded paper pulp, but may be made of foamed polystyrene, PET, etc.

The following is an example of execution of a package designed to hold one dozen eggs.

Packaging for eggs is a base tray of rectangular form in plan (figure 1), which is made of two rows of cells 1 for eggs. Each cell is made in the form of a smoothly mating spherical surfaces close to the form of eggs, and virtually repeats four the eggs, that creates certain facilities for packing and storage of eggs, as in the last cell of this form do not change their positions and are unable to move or swing. The depth of the cells is selected from the calculation of excess height eggs. Due to the fact that cells have an open form, the execution of the cells deeper than the height of the eggs does not preclude a quick and easy way of buying the eggs with your fingers. The cells in the tray formed adjacent to each other in two rows and thus form the side and end walls of the tray in the form of hemispherical protrusions 2. Traditionally this form of tray does not have enough stiffness in the manufacture of the sheet of polymeric materials.

To make the tray high enough spatial cruelty and promotergene in the tray used a new implementation scheme ribs, which are both integral elements of the tray. In the tray between the cells are dividing stops 3. The shape of the walls of these tabs stereopathy at their height, as these projections are also part of the walls of the cells. These projections function as damping eggs in the transverse direction.

Around the perimeter of the tray are made the rib in the form of a flange 4, which forms a hard belt on the upper contour of the tray. The bottom portion 6 of each cell is made not stereobase form, and cylindrophinae form, the bottom of which is placed an annular recess 7, which is a ring-shaped damper and bottom parts of all cells are interconnected by a jumper 8 for formation of the annular ribs in this part of the tray. The annular dampers at the bottom of the cell in the form of annular recesses, aimed inside the cells are the compensator impact on the walls of the weight of the egg when it is dropped in the cell.

Thus, the tray is formed of two belt rigidity: top in the form of flanging with the tabs and the bottom in the form of annular ribs, covering the bottom part of the cell. In the vertical direction of the cell is limited by the height of the separation of the stops.

The design of the tray is that the top part (two, three, or more, or all) separating lugs and the top of at least part of the protrusions (for example, three tabs on the frame are located in a common horizontal plane, and the peaks are located opposite each other protrusions on the frame can be located in Popper who offered plane, passing through the vertex between them is located a dividing fence. Peaks located opposite each other with the tabs on the frame can be positioned with an offset from the peaks of the separation protrusions. This arrangement of the projections and lugs excludes the possible impact on laid in the egg cell by, for example, covers or other packaging, closing the tray, since the projections and lugs are limiters. This condition is also performed for the design of the tray, designed for a half, or two, or three dozen eggs. When the number of rows of cells (figure 5) design features such increased volume of the trays remain the same as in the above example, the tray of one dozen eggs. Also important for such trays, in which the number of rows of cells exceeds two, is the condition under which the top part (two, three, or more, or all) of the projections on the peripheral portion of the tray must be in a common horizontal plane location of at least part of the separation stops, which are located either in the same row such stops (separating two adjacent rows of cells), or in adjacent spaced rows of lugs (part parov in one row and part of the thrust in the other row, and so on). This allows for each tray, regardless of its capacity, to form a support structure on which you can put a tray.

As trays for transport to the consumer stacked, to prevent their sticking in the stack due to forces of adhesion between the walls under flared in the corner zones of the tray are made transversely directed projections 9 for supporting each of the next tray, laid in the previous tray when forming the stack of trays.

The result is increased durability and providing reusable, improving the reliability of preserving eggs by reducing the possibility of deflection of the tray, the increase in the rigidity and stability of the construction, packaging, warehousing, reducing the possibility of contact of the eggs with each other. Packaging ensures the safety of eggs during transportation and ventilated, i.e. the "breathing"that is a prerequisite for the preservation of the eggs.

2. Packaging for eggs according to claim 1, characterized in that under flared in the corner zones of the tray are made transversely directed ledges for supporting each of the next tray, laid in the previous tray when forming the stack of trays.

3. Packaging for eggs according to claim 1, characterized in that the tray is made by molding of molded paper pulp, or polyethylene terephthalate, or polystyrene, or material suitable for molding.

It allows inner container turn between closed position wherein inner container is inserted inside outer container, and open position wherein inner container is, at least, partial removed from outer container. Note here that said pivot joint is located nearby inner container wall and nearby outer container exposed lateral end. Note also that every inner container is formed by folding first flat blank while outer container is formed by folding flat second blank, independent of said first blank.

Said box comprises also latch cover to closed exposed end pivoted to open end rear edge by cover hinge. It includes also inner box fitted in outer box to keep cigarettes therein. Inner box comprises wrap to keep cigarettes in and to seal inner box. Note here that said wrap has seams made by jointing warp edges to ensure tightness of inner box. Note also that said seams include: crosswise seam made by jointing warp top and bottom edges together. Note that said transverse seam extends over inner box width on front or rear side, and two vertical seams made by folding wrap side edge toward itself and jointing it to itself. Note that vertical seams extend on inner box opposite sides.

The proposed integrated milking dairy unit comprises the milking machine connected to the vacuum pump 4, the milk line 5, the filter 6 and the milk receiver 7 with the milk cooling device 8, the metering unit 9, the packet roll 13, the mechanism of the packet movement 14 with the device of depressurisation of the packet throat, the packet clamp 12, the germicidal lamp 10, the sealing device 11 of the filled packet, the finished product receiving tray 15, the automatic control unit 16. The sucking cups 1 of the milking machine are connected to the collector 2 which input through the vacuum duct 3 is connected to the vacuum pump 4, and the output - through the connected in sequence milk line 5, and the filter 6 is connected to the milk receiver 7 with the milk cooling device 8. At the output of the latter the metering unit 9 is mounted under which the packet clamp 12 is located which is connected to the packet roll 13 through the mechanism of the packet movement 14 with the device of depressurisation of the packet throat. In parallel to the gap between the metering unit 9 and the packet throat located in the packet clamp 12 the germicidal lamp 10 is mounted. The finished product receiving tray 15 is located under the packet clamp 12. The automatic control unit 16 is designed to control the filling of the metering unit 9, at a signal from which it generates commands to the mechanism of the packet movement 14 with the device of depressurisation of the packet throat, and pouring of milk in the unsealed packet from the metering unit 9 with subsequent sealing of the packet throat and discharge of the packet to the finished product receiving tray 15.

EFFECT: invention provides a simplified technological process, maintaining quality and natural taste of milk.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to structure for piling up sheets of ceramic construction material used for outer wall cladding. Objective of the invention consists in creation of piling-up structure the use of which lowers risk of appearing fine cracks, damages, shine, etc. on surfaces of sheets made of ceramic construction material including case when covering film and/or uneven relief is applied on surface of ceramic construction material. In the structure piling-up where covering film and/or uneven relief is applied on the surface of sheets of ceramic construction material, cushion of hollow structure is placed over pallet which cushion contains holes passing through its inside, and on the mentioned cushion the sheets of ceramic construction material are piled. On the faces of sheets the separating paper sheets are placed. Average compression resistance of cushion preferably made of synthetic resin is 2000 N or more.

SUBSTANCE: container comprises a base 2 with volumetric cells for laying eggs, which is pivotally connected with one side to the intermediate element 3, which serves as a cover for the lower tier of eggs and the base for the upper one, which is pivotally connected with the opposite side to the volumetric cover 4. SUBSTANCE: the invention concerns the area of production of composite materials with antiseptic and heat-insulating properties and may be used for manufacture of packing spacers for containers used for long-term storage of vegetables, fruits, eggs, etc., and also for production of building panels for walls, partitions, ceilings and lining panels for an interior finishing of airplanes, ships, buildings and etc. The technical result of the invention is expansion of the list of the produced items with increased strength and stable antiseptic and heat-insulating properties. A composite material for production of the items consists of: a filler and a binding agent. At that the waste paper and a high sphagnum moss or the under-decomposed high sphagnum peat are used in the capacity of the filler, and melted rosin and alumina are used in the capacity of the binding agent. The composite material has the following components ratio (in mass %): waste paper - 49-49.24; high sphagnum moss or under-decomposed high sphagnum peat - 49-49.24; melted rosin - 1.6-1.76; alumina - 0.07-0.09.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased strength and stable antiseptic and heat-insulating properties of the produced items and expansion of the list of the produced items.

FIELD: packing equipment, particularly for wrapping cigarette piles.

SUBSTANCE: wrapper is made of a single blank folded so that wrapper shape mate to that of cigarette pile covered with wrapper.

Proposed packet contains first inner wrapper 2 enclosing group of cigarettes and second outer wrapper 5 wrapped around first inner wrapper, said wrappers being two packing components 13 of packet. Packet contains also removable concealing means 16 being layer of nontransparent material which can be removed by scraping off and designed to mask at least one preset area 17 of at least one of packing elements containing at least one preset printed element 18. SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. Each side strip is curved so that concave part thereof faces inward to connect corresponding central part with adjacent side walls. Each side strip defines sharp edge with corresponding side wall, the first obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding minor wall and the second obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding central part, wherein the second obtuse dihedral angle exceeds the first one.

EFFECT: improved ability to remove the first cigarette from the pack after opening thereof, possibility to apply transparent coating without deforming thereof, prevention of pack wearing out during contact with user's clothing, reduced manufacturing cost and decreased time of pack production, minimal modernization of packing machine.

FIELD: handling environmentally hazardous materials.

SUBSTANCE: proposed facility for shipment and/or storage of explosive, radioactive, and toxic cargo has container and shock absorbers. Container covers and walls are shielded by external and internal shells that have alternating metal and heat-resistant rubber layers with holes. Inner surface of internal shell and outer surface of external shell are covered with swelling fire-proof material layers. Space between covers, walls, and internal shell of container communicates through nonreturn valves with internal space of container. Container cover has pressure-reducing valve with filter that functions to equalize gage pressure inside container with ambient pressure.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of handled cargo protection under normal operating conditions and in emergency situations.
