The present invention relates to the field of agriculture, mainly animal and can be used in the occurrence and threat of the spread of infectious diseases in livestock farms, technology, engineering, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, businesses biological and food industry.

Known tetramethylenedisulfotetramine - 1,8,3,6-vandommelen-1,3,6,8-tetraazacyclododecane (RF Patent No. 2123337, IPC A61K 31/645, 1998), is used for disinfection of objects sanitary supervision, has virucidal and bactericidal action.

Known didecyldimethylammonium chloride - C22H48ClN - antiseptic and disinfectant. Is intended for use in disinfection, preservation of wood (RF Patent No. 2131897, IPC C09D 5/14 published 20.06.1999).

SUBSTANCE: disinfecting diaper is manufactured from absorbing material impregnated with liquid disinfecting composition and has sizes of (135-145) mm x (165-175) mm. Diaper is made from material composed of viscose, polyester or mixture of viscose and polyester. Thickness of material from which diaper is manufactured is 23-25 g/m2 and its absorbing capacity is 9.5-10.0 g/g. Diaper is impregnated with the use of 4.0-5.0 ml of liquid disinfecting composition including alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, alkyl dimethyl(ethylbenzyl) ammonium chloride, glycerol, ethyl alcohol, and water, with components being used in predetermined ratio. According to another version, diaper sized (55-65) mm x (71-81) mm is made of material having thickness of 55-65 g/m2; its absorbing capacity is 10.5-11.5 g/g. Said diaper is impregnated with the use of 1.0-2.0 ml of liquid disinfecting composition.

EFFECT: reduced contamination of environment with treated material, reduced production costs, simplified manufacture process and increased efficiency.

FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method involves the following stages: a) applying 0.5-100% aqueous solution of enzymeless cleaning composition concentrate having at least 10% of at least one alkanolamine; b) treating with solution at room temperature to boiling temperature of the solution; c) rinsing. The cleaning composition concentrate is to be applied at stage a) as aqueous solution of 0.5-20% strength, preferentially of 0.5-10% strength, better of 1-5% strength. Treatment at b) stage is carried out at 55° C, preferentially at 35-50° C, better at 40 to 50° C with treatment time being equal to 2-30 min at stage b), preferentially 10 s to 10 min long, better 30 s to 5 min long. The method optionally includes thermal disinfection.

EFFECT: high quality of cleaning; preserved surface safety.
